Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kekuatan tungkai dan koordinasi mata kaki dengan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga FIP UBHARA JAYA. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga FIP UBHARA JAYA dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 30 orang Mahasiswa yang dipilih secara random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi dengan menggunakan sistem SPSS Versi 22 pada taraf signifikan 95% atau α 0,05. Bertolak dari hasil analisis data, maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) hubungan kekuatan tungkai dengan kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola, terbukti r0 = 0,647 (P < α 0,05), (2) hubungan koordinasi mata kaki dengan kemampuan menggiring boladalam permainan sepakbola., terbukti r0 = 0,633 (P < α0,05), (3) hubungan kekuatan tungkai, koordinasi mata kaki dan keseimbangan dengan kemampuan menggiring boladalam permainan sepakbola., terbukti R0 = 0,827 (P < α 0,05).

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the extent of improvement in the jumps and the results of the jumps by using various forms of media at the High School Student Athletics Club 2 Range in 2020. This study was students who were still in class X who were sampled with a total of 35 students. action will be given in the form of learning using a variety of media to the results of improvement of the results of the jump. The method used in this research is classroom action research. The location of this research is in SMA Negeri 2 Kisaran Asahan Regency where the school has a very active Athletic club. This research was conducted in February 2020. To obtain data in this study, a test of learning outcomes was carried out at the end of each cycle in the form of the application of the basic jump assessment technique. With the implementation of this research study test results carried out for two weeks or two meetings. Data analysis was performed by data reduction and data exposure. The results of the study concluded: (1) from the test of learning outcomes obtained as many as 30 students with grades after being confirmed (69.04%) had reached the level of mastery learning while 5 students (30.96%) had not reached the level of mastery learning. From this study, it can be concluded that the use of media can be an improvement in the results of the long jump so that its effectiveness is very precise. This research is designed so that the teacher or trainer is able to be a solution to improve the results of the long jump for the students or athletes he trains.

Abstract

This training needs to be done because there are exercises that are not too maximal, planning, and maturity in conducting training activities both in terms of training material and from the integration and recovery provided. Higher Education as an institution that produces training and educators, while institutions that conduct community service activities have more tasks to conduct coaching. For this reason, the FIP Ubhara Jaya Sports Coaching Education Program has a community service program to provide athlete training to overcome these problems. The target of this activity is the final result of an athlete's achievement. The stage that participants go through is to take part in the training provided by the devotee starting from basic training to training in accordance with the athlete's physical excellence. Keywords: Training, Strength Conditioner, Badminton Abstrak Pelatihan ini perlu dilakukan karena adanya latihan yang belum begitu maksimal, perencanaan dan kematangan dalam melakukan kegiatan latihan baik dari segi materi latihan maupun dari intensitas serta recovery yang diberikan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan. Untuk itu Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga FIP Ubhara Jaya memiliki program abdimas untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet agar cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dapat teratasi. Target dari kegiatan ini adalah secara bertahap menghasilkan prestasi atlet. Tahap yang dilalui oleh peserta yaitu untuk mengikuti latihan yang diberikan pengabdi mulai dari latihan dasar hingga latihan yang sesuai dengan keunggulan fisik atlet sendiri. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide physical condition training to novice athletes, training programs for physical trainers at Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). This training needs to be done because the training process is still minimal. Trainers have the obligation to provide training and make athletes excel, but there are still limitations in doing so. Training for novice athletes is still very much needed because of the lack of planning and maturity in carrying out training activities both in terms of training material and from the intensity given. Higher education as an institution that produces trainers and educators, as well as an organization that organizes community service activities, has a moral obligation to carry out coaching and training. For this reason, community service programs providing athlete training are the way to be taken to overcome this problem. Activities include physical condition training. The material discussed is the judo training program. The training is planned to be held on October to December 2020. Pelatihan ini perlu dilakukan karena adanya proses latihan yang masih minim. Pelatih memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan latihan dan menjadikan atlit berprestasi, namun masih ada keterbatasan dalam melaksanakannya. Pelatihan bagi atlet pemula masih sangat diperlukan karena kurangnya perencanaan dan kematangan dalam melakukan kegiatan latihan baik dari segi materi latihan maupun dari intensitas yang diberikan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan. Untuk itu program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menghadirkan untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet adalah cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan kondisi fisik. Materi yang dibahas adalah program latihan judo. Pelatihan direncanakan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal Oketober hingga Desember 2020. Kata kunci: Judo, Kondisi fisik, Pelatihan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find the effectiveness of teaching style to the learning outcomes of passing motor skills under the volleyball. The Method is Used by experiment with 2 x 3 factorial design. This research is Implemented at SMPN 3 Satu Atap Labura with sample of class VIII.
