Abstract

Faculty of Computer Science is one of the faculties at the University Methodist Indonesia. At this school there is a sistemabsensi faculty and students who are still running it manually, which dalampenerapan attendance system, there are some things that become obstacles, which include the effectiveness and efficiency of time and prosespengabsenan. With the above reasons, the authors try to memberikanalternatif solving problems by creating a software absensiyang system will record data and a list of faculty and student attendance, number and recapitulation presence of faculty and students, which will be made in a systematic and computerized WITH barcode, which will eliminate the process attendance of lecturers and students who have been running it manually in the Faculty of Computer Science. Barcode will method of reducing levels of fraud at the time of charging absent students, and to improve discipline in attendance. At this writing will also be explained stages of processing, mulaidari process of analysis, planning, design by using VB.Net and MySQL for its database, to manufacture DFD (Data Flow Diagram) as an indication of the current procedure that akanditerapkan data on the system, and the analysis of inputs and output, to know anything what the data will be input and output.

Abstract

The limitations of humans to maintain the security and confidentiality of stored data can have a bad impact if it is used by unauthorized parties. One way to secure shipping is to convert data into one that is not understood by encoding and insertion using cryptographic techniques. Cryptography is the study of system security, where the system needs to be secured from interference or threats from irresponsible parties. One of the cryptographic algorithms is the Blowfish Algorithm. The Blowfish algorithm is a modern cryptographic algorithm symmetrical key shaped block cipher. The Blowfish algorithm is quite simple but strong enough because it has a long key space, making it difficult to attack. Encryption is done by using a certain key, so as to produce ciphertext (files that have been encrypted or encoded) that cannot be read or understood. The ciphertext can be restored as if it was decrypted using the same key when encrypting the file. The key length used can affect the security of the algorithm. The decryption flow is almost the same as the Blowfish Algorithm encryption, except in the P-array (P1, P2, …… .., P18) done by invading. Information of a system is certainly stored in a database that is always possible to attack, but using cryptography then the problem can be overcome. By using the Blowfish algorithm, information security in a MySQL database can be improved.

Abstract

Technology has an important role in the implementation of human activities at this time, including in business activities. Today's technology is widely used to manage business activities with various forms of display/templates that are easy to use.Dashboards are used to display data concisely. Reports can be viewed quickly through a summary of the data displayed on the dashboard. So much data processing makes business activities that still carry out manual recording and see the report data sequence is felt to be less effective. Utilization of technology is highly needed by owners of small businesses when facing business management constraints such as a long time to manage data, loss of sales data, purchases and reports recapitulation errors. Besides, the need for fast and accurate data and information access is also needed to support and monitor business management. Based on these problems, a solution is needed to manage the overall sales and purchasing data, and display reports quickly and accurately by carrying out a study entitled "Dashboard Management of Sales and Purchases of Fish in Fish Spots".
