Abstract

This research aims to analyze Punishment & Reward, organizational climate and potential for the productivity of the scientific work of PDRI South Sumatra lecturers. The research method used is quantitative research with descriptive and verification confirmative survey methods, with a population of 234 PDRI members in the Whatsapp (WA) group and 132 taken after being verified in answering questionnaires and interviews, as well as data processing using the SPSS 23 tool. that punishment & rewards for lecturers can affect productivity with t count 6.215> t table 1.976, organizational climate affects productivity with t count 6.215> table 1.976, and compensation affects productivity with t count of 4.044> t table 1.976, and punishment & reward, Organizational climate, and competence together affect productivity with F count of 26.484> F table 3.0663, with the output solvent coefficient of R Square 70.9%. Thus, that reward & reward affects productivity, organizational climate affects productivity, and competence affects productivity, and together punishment & reward, organizational climate, and competence affect productivity.Key words: punishment & reward, organizational climate, Competence, and Productivity

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of Murabahah receivables, Mudharabah Financing, Musyarakah financing, and Qardh loans against Net Operating Margin (NOM) as well as the implications against Non-Performing Financing (NPF). The research object is the Sharia General Bank in Indonesia from 2014-2018. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling with selected samples as many as 10 sharia banks out of 14 sharia public banks. Data were analyzed by using a panel regression analysis model, and it was processed in Eviews 10. The results showed that the Murabahah receivables have a significant and negative effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of-1.08 E-11 and a prob. amounting to 0.0470. Mudharabah financing has a significant and positive effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of 4.98 E-11 and a prob. of 0.0137. Musyarakah financing has a positive effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of 2.97 E-12 and prob. by 0.1579. Qardh loans have a negative effect and not significant to Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of-2.88 E-09 and prob. of 0.4773. Besides, receivables Murabahah, financing Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Qardh loans have a significant effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM) simultaneously. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of how the effect of training, competence and placement, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The sample measurement refers to the Saturated Sample Concept that has been formatted so that it is stated that all populations are samples that are very simple and easy to use, because functionally it only consists of two important columns namely a column for population size (N) and a column for sample size (n). The number of employees of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk as many as 85 people became the population and all were taken as samples. In this study, the type of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of research data output processed with SPPS 23 that training, competence and placement together affect the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk with a significance level of 0.001 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and H1 can be accepted. That the influence of training, competence and placement together are positive and significant to the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk with an F count of 35, 474> F table4,893. Thus this hypothesis-4 rejects Ho and accepts H1, that together training, competence and placement together positively and significantly influence the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, with a significance level of 0.026 <0.05 and t arithmetic 2.269> t table 2003 and a 0.306 regression terminated, so that this study was able to confirm between the research theory and the empirical in the field. Conclusion of the study that simultaneous training, competence and placement affect the performance of employees to work more diligently and thoroughly in the framework of achieving production and as the highest variable the effect is the placement of employee positions that pay attention to the level of employee knowledge in accordance with the demands of the task.

Abstract

PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, as a national cement industry in the struggle for supply and competition with local cement producers remains optimistic to continue marketing their products. Baturaja cement production processes carried out in the directorate of production and development continue to run at the cement plant. One of the operations division 2's role is placed directly under the production and development directorate of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, carrying out strategic tasks in coordinating, directing, and carrying out factory 2 operational activities ranging from raw materials to packaging. Phenomena related to work in the operating division 2 such as the existence of a physical work environment, assessment of penalties and rewards with differences of opinion about differences in work differences between operating and non-operating work can cause differences in job satisfaction of the company. This thesis research uses the verification survey method, aimed at discussing hypotheses and describing variables. Quantitative samples through field data and information directly from the sample. This research is an associative study, where in this study there are related variables and can affect other variables. PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, with a significance level of 0,000 <0.05 and t arithmetic 5.203> t table 2.003 and regression regression 0.413. PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, with a significance level of 0.465 <0.05 and t -0.715> t table 2.003 and a regression of -0.052, and an appreciation of the work satisfaction of Operational Division 2 employees of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, with a level of significance of 0.00 <0.05 and t arithmetic 7.697> t table 2.003 and a regression of 0.594, which means organization, punishment and gifts together to support positive and significant for employee job satisfaction of Operations Division 2 PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk with F count 53,411> F table 4,893. Thus this research has successfully completed the theory empirically in the field, it can be concluded about the organizational contribution, punishment and appreciation of the positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees of Operations Division 2 of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of Competency and Productivity Analysis of the Outsourcing Performance of the Asset and Office Management Department of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Through Organizational Climate Moderation, both partially and simultaneously in providing services to the management of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. This study uses a quantitative verification method with a confirmative negative verification. The results of the analysis of the Competence of Organizational Iklmin prove positive and significant with a significance of 0,000 <0.05 and t arithmetic 6.422> t table 1.994, so that it can be attenuated against comparisons to organizations, Products towards organizational climate are proven by the results of data processing using SPSS version 23 significant and significant with t-test 7.115> t table 1, 994 and significance 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using SPSS version 23, which contains positive and significant positive and significant joint-positive competencies and assessments of organizations with an F count of 30, 368> F table of 2,500 and a significance of 0,000 <0.05. 0,000 <0.05 and t count 9.036> t table 2.500 and a regression term of 0.739, so that this study succeeded in supporting empirical research in the field of research to improve performance. Then the conclusion of this study: a) outsourcing competencies that enjoy working in a team have a positive and significant effect in improving the performance of outsourcing where relationships are close and familiar. b) the level of outsourcing productivity supported by high morale, can significantly build outsourced fellow work that is familiar and mutually supportive in increasing production. c) Together competence and productivity influence in building a conducive organizational climate. The most influential research variable on organizational climate is productivity, then competency variable. d) passionate outsourcing competency when working in a solid team dam, will have a positive and significant impact on the performance of outsourcing helping each other in completing tasks so that the task load can be completed properly. e) productivity outsourcing in the development of asset and office management of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, which has high morale, positively and significantly influences the improvement of outsourcing performance which always helps each other in completing tasks properly. f) the organizational climate built through outsourcing relationships is very close and familiar, significantly influencing the performance of outsourcing in the Department of Asset and Office Management of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk which always helps in completing tasks effectively. g) high outsourcing components, increased outsourcing productivity and a conducive organizational climate Department of Asset and Office Management PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, jointly influences the improvement of outsourcing performance which helps each other in completing tasks with optimal results.

Abstract

Research objectives specifically to know the results of the analysis of the implementation of the value of cultural safety through the Baturaja Risk Containment employee Level Junior Manager and Specialist at PT. Semen Baturaja Site Baturaja. The method of research that is used is qualitative descriptive by emphasizing analysis of data obtained in the field. Data collection in the field using observation and interview techniques. Data sources and information obtained from informant that is an employee of the Junior manager and specialist and also key informant from the officials at the Vice president, Senior Manager and Manager who experienced more than six years in the field. The results of the study stated that before the program BRC employees did not care and do not understand the importance of occupational safety. After the implementation of BRC program there is a change in safety culture of employees with increased awareness of 64%, increased adherence to safety rules by 14% and increased understanding of safety culture by 22%. Factors supporting the creation of cultural safety include 60% of consciousness, 25% of fear due to sanctions and 15% pressure from superiors. The positive impact of the BRC program makes employees more concerned about the culture of safety. With the commitment and maximum support from the cement Baturaja, the value of cultural Safety through BRC program for employees of Semen Baturaja in Junior Manager and Specialist disite Baturaja can not only be realized well but also provide a positive image for investors and the public.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, and the process, or what is known as the 7P marketing mix on the decision to purchase plane tickets Online. The methodology used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis method, with the population used in this study consisting of 3 (three) airlines, namely Sriwijaya Air, Batik Air, and Lion Air Palembang with 329 respondents and processed with SPSS version 22. Partially, the marketing mix variables that influence the purchasing decisions to purchase plane ticket online of Palembang are price, place, and process. The conclusion of this study, the results of the analysis show that the product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, and process variables together have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision to purchase plane tickets Online of the Palembang city with an F value of 64.908 and an r2 value of 0.766 or 76% and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how competence, compensation and work motivation jointly affect the performance of KPU employees in Banyuasin Regency. The General Election of Banyuasin Regency used quantitative methods, using a saturated sampling sample in the study of 20 employees. In this study, the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of data processing using SPSS 20, using the t test that t counts 4,330> t table 2.003 There is an influence of competence on performance; that t count 4.181> t table 2.003 positive and significant effect of compensation on performance; t count 4.469> t table 2.003 there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on performance; and F count 34.356> F table 4.883 and a significance level of 0.00 <0.05, that there is a positive and significant effect on the competency, compensation and motivation patterns together on performance, with a determination coefficient of 77.5%, the rest is influenced by other variables. The conclusion of the research is that competence, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance either partially or simultaneously. Strategies to improve employee performance at the KPU Banyuasin Regency can be done by first increasing employee motivation to increase broad knowledge of knowledge in supporting work implementation, then increase. competence to be consistent in having a good attitude with colleagues.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of the influence of organizational culture, competence and compensation both partially and simulatively on the performance of Palembang Palembang Regional Market Company Palembang City. The study used a confirmatory survey method with a quantitative approach, a population of 220 employees of Palembang Jaya Regional Market Company Palembang City, 142 taken as a sample of research using a Sloven formula, data collection using questionnaire techniques, documentation and observation. Data processing uses the spss version 23 analysis tools. Research time is from November 2019 to January 2020. Results Data output is processed with SPSS, that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 and t table 7.552> t count 2.003 regression coefficient of o, 538; that partially the competence has a positive and significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 and t table 5.949> t count 2.003 regression coefficient 0.450; that partially, compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 and t table 7.667> t count 2.003 regression coefficient of 0.545; and simultaneously organizational culture, competence and compensation affect the performance of t count 8.599> t table 4.763 regression coefficient of 47.1% the rest 52.9% influenced by other variables. Research conclusions that (1) employee organizational culture always work together in a work team, have a positive and significant effect on improving performance through leadership support in employee development, (2) employee competence by getting enough facilities to run, tasks have a positive and significant impact on performance through leadership support in employee development; (3) Compensation to employees in the form of adequate facilities in carrying out tasks, positively and significantly influencing performance through leadership support for employee development, (4) Organizational Culture, Competence and Compensation simultaneously affect the performance improvement of Palembang Palembang Pasar Daerah Regional Company with a regression reached 47.1%, while another 52.9% was influenced by variations of other variables. Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the effect of organizational commitment, organizational climate, and capacity building on the performance of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency DPRD Secretariat. This research uses a confirmative survey method and is verification in nature. The method used is a quantitative method through data collection in the field and direct information from a sample of 71 people. The sample measurement refers to the concept of the Krejcie-Morgan table. The data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of data processing using SPSS 20, using the t test that t count is 4.075 <t table 2.003 that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance; The organizational climate at the OKI Regency DPRD Secretariat apparently cannot affect the performance with t count 1.588> t table 2.003; Capacity Building affects the performance of the OKI Regency DPRD Secretariat with t count 2.176> t table 2.003. Regression determination jointly influences organizational commitment, organizational climate and capacity building on performance, in OKI Regency only 0.285 or 28.5%. This means that as many as 71.5% are influenced by variations or combinations of other variables outside the research variables. The conclusion of this research is that Organizational Commitment, Organizational Climate and Capacity Building on the Performance of the Regional Representative Council Secretariat of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency are influential, but to improve the performance of the OKI DPRD Secretariat can be done by increasing the work commitment of employees; in carrying out the workload that is completed according to schedule, through increasing the organizational commitment of the DPRD Secretariat to guard against committing disgraceful acts in order to maintain the morale of the DPRD.
