Abstract

Employees are a very important resource for the survival of the company, so it is necessary to pay attention to matters relating to employee performance in order to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment factors on employee performance and the most dominant factors in influencing employee performance at CV. Roda Jati Karanganyar. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive. In accordance with the objectives of this study, the sample used is the employees of CV. Roda Jati Karanganyar. Through this preliminary research, it is hoped that in addition to producing a follow-up research formulation, the main thing is to become a reference material for companies to be able to determine human resource development strategies to achieve company goals.Key words: Compensation, Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk agar para akademisi dapat turut serta membantu peran pemerintah dalam pengembangan pembinaan pelaku usaha ekonomi kreatif dan pengrajin terutama dalam bidang pengembangan desa wisata. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu survei, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ekonomi kreatif di wilayah Kelurahan Tambak Ulas Kecamatan Padang Harapan Kota Pagaralam sudah berjalan tetapi masih belum optimal. Peran pemerintah dalam mendukung pelaku ekonomi kreatif di wilayah Kota Pagaralam kini sebagai fasilitator, yakni membantu perizinan dan pengembangan kemampuan manajemen kewirausahaan dan memberikan pembinaan kepada para pelaku usaha ditiap kelurahan di Kelurahan Tambak Ulas Kecamatan Padang Harapan. Pembinaan yang diberikan adalah pembekalan motivasi kewirausahaan baik bagi para pengusaha pemula maupun yang sudah berjalan, pembinaan tentang manajemen kewirausahaan yang baik dan strategi pemasaran. Selain itu pembinaan juga dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan potensi desa wisata di daerah tersebut. Dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yang masih harus dilakukan berkelanjutan bukan hanya pembinaan saja, namun pelatihan langsung bagi para pelaku ekonomi kreatif yang ada diwilayah Kelurahan Tambak Ulas Kecamatan Padang Harapan Kota Pagaralam. Mengingat banyaknya para ekonomi kreatif dan potensi wisata alam yang masih belum dikolola dengan baik yang ada wilayah tersebut

Abstract

This study aims to determine; (1) the working environment conditions at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel; (2) employee performance at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel; and (3) is there a significant effect between the work environment on the performance of employees at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel. This research is quantitative research using regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel, totalling 15 employees. Sampling with totalling sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale which has 5 alternative answers. The instrument validity test uses item analysis and is calculated using the product moment formula, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha formula. Prerequisites for analysis include a normality test and a linearity test. Next, test the hypothesis using simple regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the work environment and employee performance at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.643 and a coefficient of determination of 0.413. This means that 41.3% of employee performance at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel is influenced by the work environment, while the other 58.7% is determined by other variables not explained in the study

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan dan komitmen organisai terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Telesindo Assurance Indonesia. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah apakah pengawasan dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Telesindo Assurance Indonesia. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 60 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh 1) Pengawasan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan thitung= 4,905 > ttabel= 1,674 signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. 2) Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif secara parsial signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan thitung = 5,060 > ttabel= 1,674 signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. 3) Pengawasan dan Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Fhitung= 18,127 > Ftabel= 3,18 signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulannya bahwa pengawasan dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Telesindo Assurance Indonesia.

Abstract

In writing this report, the writer obtains data from the object research its Bebek Gendut Restaurant Palembang which addressed at Nyoman Ratu street No.1771 Palembang. The purpose of this research is to find out how Bebek Gendut Restaurant serves customers who visit and ensure customers are satisfied with the menu that is served so that it becomes one of the culinary tourism attractions in the city of Palembang. The method used in analysing data is a qualitative method. The results of this research are about the taste of the food, the procedures for promotion, the services used, and the obstacles that often occur during the sales process and how the role Bebek Gendut Restaurant as one of the culinary tourism attractions in the city of Palembang. Bebek Gendut Restaurant quite an important role in the presentation of Javanese cuisine in the city of Palembang, but due to the lack of attention from the management, Bebek Gendut Restaurant not widely known in the city of Palembang. The lack of maintenance and expansion of sales branches is a factor that is less developed culinary industry. This is very influential in increasing revenue turnover and less attractive to visitors.

Abstract

Human resources play an essential role in a company, because the human factor (employees) is the main driver in every activity in the company, because employees who carry out company activities start from planning, and implementing, to controlling every activity and activity of the company. wages on employee performance at PT. Sejahtera Bersama Palembang. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Sejahtera Bersama Palembang. Sampling with saturated sampling technique, with a sample of 18 respondents. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. This study's data analysis method used descriptive statistics using scores, percentages, and tables. Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that wages have an effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the average percentage on the wage variable as much as 85% positive response and on the employee performance variable as much as 97% positive response given by the respondent. This shows that the better the level of remuneration by the company, the better the employee performance. The results of this study indicate that wages have an effect on employee performance

Abstract

Conventional economics has not only weaknesses but also strengths. Its weakness mainly lies in its secular paradigm, which separates positive and normative economics, the absence of a solid relationship between micro and macroeconomics; and the neglect of moral and ethical values ​​in its descriptive and predictive functions. The advantage is the sophisticated achievement of conventional economic theories with mathematical models and calculus. The era of globalization and the phenomenon of the development trend in economics has given rise to many opportunities as well as challenges, especially in efforts to develop Islamic economics. Therefore, in the future development of the Islamic economy, apart from learning from the successes and failures of conventional economics, it is also necessary to utilize new creative and innovative approaches to truly realize an Islamic economy that is rahmatan lil'alamin in its various aspects.

Abstract

This study examines the practice of human resources on leadership styles, communication, and performance of employees of local tax management agencies in Indonesia. This study also investigates the intervening role of organizational culture in the relationship between human resource practice, leadership style, communication, and employee performance of tax management agencies in Indonesia. This article has used a questionnaire to collect data and smart-PLS to examine the relationship between variables. The results show that the sub-structure equation shows that leadership and communication quality partially affect organizational culture, and in the leadership structure equation, communication quality and organizational culture have a positive effect on employee performance, but the leadership variable has a very dominant influence on local tax management agencies in Indonesia. Indonesia. The findings also show that organizational culture is a significantly strong intervening between leadership and communication quality on the performance of employees of local tax management agencies in Indonesia

Abstract

The change of KKNI to the most essential independent learning campus curriculum that occurs at the elementary and middle school levels first, requires an integrative thematic learning approach, where students are invited to see, pay attention, observe the environment, and are no longer oriented to memorization. The purpose of this training is to increase the competency capacity of teachers, principals, and supervisors in understanding the implementation of the independent learning curriculum, and to improve the competence of students in the fields of knowledge, skills. This training was attended by 30 students from several universities. The results of the training show that before the training and after the training participants can understand the training material provided well, the trainees are students who are ready to take part in Merdeka Merdeka learning campus activities. It is expected that this training will be carried out for all teachers to be able to understand the implementation of the independent learning curriculum and improve the ability of teachers in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in accordance with their respective conditions

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out as a collaborative program between two tertiary institutions, STIA Satya Negara and Darussalam Polytechnic. This PKM aims to promote tourism in the city of Palembang. The activity was carried out through virtual ways (zoom meetings) with participants from Palembang city tourism activists, students and high school/vocational school students in the Palembang city area. After the pandemic, tourism in the city of Palembang entered a transitional period so that tourism, especially in this city, was getting better. Palembang is the oldest city in Indonesia which played an important role in the spread of Buddhism during the heyday of Sriwijaya so that in these traces there are many historical relics that are left behind and should be preserved as cultural heritage.
