Abstract

Competition in various business sectors between companies cannot be avoided. One of the supporters of the success of various aspects of the work of the company is human resources, which is one of the assets of the company that runs the wheels of the business movement. An example of an aspect that always becomes competition between companies is the sale of a product created by each company. One of the supporters of the success of selling a product in the company is sales. The number of products sold depends on how the sales can market the product. So it requires talented sales people to attract new customers, increase product sales, and increase customer satisfaction. Therefore leaders must be able to assess the capabilities of salespeople in marketing the company's products. So that leaders can determine which sales can be maintained and which ones need to be replaced. AHP is one of the tools (processes) in decision making. This procedure is so powerful that it has been widely applied in important decision making. AHP can be relied on, because in AHP a priority is composed of various choices that can be in the form of criteria that have been previously decomposed (structure) first, so that priority setting is based on a structured (hierarchical) process and makes sense

Abstract

Cooperative Savings and Loans is one type of cooperative in Indonesia that has the main activity is to provide storage services and loan funds to members of the cooperative with the aim of advancing the welfare of members in particular and society in general. From that base, it can be seen that cooperatives contain two elements, namely economic elements and social elements related to each other. It is said to have an economic element because the purpose of the cooperative itself is to achieve the welfare of members. The loan facility in the Artha Color cooperative has a high risk of non-performing loans or bad loans. The incidence of further problem loans may result in difficulties from the cooperative. This study aims to analyze the procedure of granting small and medium business loans and employee loans. The subjects of this research are staff of Artha Color Cooperative employees and members of Artha Color Cooperative. The object of his research is the analysis of the determination of lending employees to members of the cooperative. The data collected by interview method, observation and documentation are then analyzed by Quantitative Descriptive Analysis. The results showed that lending procedures to members of the cooperative has been well implemented starting from the submission of loan demand, analysis of guarantee files, conducting surveys, studying loan files, to disbursement of credit.

Abstract

Science and Technology can be utilized in improving performance in an organization or company. During the COVID 19 Pandemic, BAZNAS Kabupaten Tangerang was encouraged to create a media as a facility for philanthropists in delivering zakat and infaknya, due to many limitations to be done directly as before.  An application to receive and distribute zakat through android-based devices in the palm of the hand is the solution of the problem that can help BAZNAS Kabupaten Tangerang to be able to continue carrying out its activities.  The result of this research is designing and building android-based applications in BAZNAS kabupaten Tangerang that are expected to be able to serve the community, store and share information to the community. Supported by articles, news, information documents, and discussion forums as a forum to increase trust and foster religious and religious values in the community.

Abstract

The e-Raport system is used as an information system designed by schools to inform parents of student development by schools, which has been implemented in all state schools in various provinces in Indonesia including Banten province. SMPN 5 Tangerang is one of the public schools in Tangerang city that uses the e-Raport System as a substitute for reports of students' learning outcomes manually. The problem raised in this study is whether the quality of the e-Raport System affects user satisfaction. This research focuses on user satisfaction e-Raport system using webQual 4.0 method consisting of 3 variables namely usability, information quality, and interaction quality. The data used in the primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires using a likert scale with 20 points of statement to 400 respondents. Data obtained and processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS software. Based on webqual variable 4.0, the analysis results showed that the quality of usefulness, information quality, and interaction quality influenced user satisfaction.

Abstract

Implementation of Expert System Diagnosis of motorcycle engine damage is a solution of motorcycle service at AHASS 00955 Mitra Perdana, Expert System is a system that is related to the knowledge possessed by experts and technology users to solve a problem. This article, discusses the design of decision-making applications that have an important role in the process of diagnosing motor engine damage. Because the system is currently running the user only hands over the motorcycle to the technician. The use of computer-based artificial intelligence can be a solution to problems in structured decision making. The design of this expert system is designed using the forward tracking inference method and is designed in the form of a website to facilitate users in using it.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIndonesia's current position in ceramic production is in the 7th position in the world. Indonesia is the world's top 10 ceramic users. With the current production capacity of ceramic machinery installed in the country, quantity and quality can meet domestic development needs. 87% of production is sold domestically. The biggest exports to Southeast Asian and Middle East countries are 12-13%. Information dissemination activities carried out by the Ceramics Tourism House company F. Widayanto to the general public by using the website, www.fwidayanto.com. This information is very influential on user satisfaction both in terms of benefits or fields or facilities offered to users. In the preparation of this thesis the author limits the problem to the scope of the problem under study, namely examining the website of the Rumah Wisata Keramik F. Widayanto by using the Webqual 4.0 method which consists of dimensions (usability, information quality and quality of service interactions). The calculation results obtained by the Cronbach Alpha value for the Information Quality variable of 0.724, for the Usability variable of 0.649, for the Service Interaction Quality variable of 0.715 and for the User Satisfaction variable of 0.816. Thus it can be concluded that the questionnaire is reliable because> 0.60 and can be used for research.Keywords : Ceramic House, User Satisfaction, Website Satisfaction, Ceramic House, Webqual 4.0,ABSTRAKPosisi Indonesia saat ini dalam produksi keramik masuk dalam posisi 7 dunia. Indonesia merupakan pengguna keramik 10 besar dunia. Dengan kapasitas produksi mesin keramik terpasang dalam negeri saat ini, secara kuantitas dan kualitas sudah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pembangunan dalam negeri. 87% produksi dijual dalam negeri. Ekspor terbesar ke negara Asia Tenggara dan Middle East sebesar 12-13%. Kegiatan penyebaran informasi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan Rumah Wisata Keramik F. Widayanto kepada masyarakat luas dengan menggunakan website yaitu www.fwidayanto.com. Informasi ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna baik dari segi manfaat ataupun bidang atau fasilitas yang ditawarkan kepada pengguna. Dalam penyusunan skripsi ini penulis membatasi permasalahan hanya pada lingkup permasalahan yang diteliti yaitu  meneliti website Rumah Wisata Keramik F. Widayanto dengan menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 yang terdiri dari dimensi (kegunaan, kualitas informasi dan kualitas interaksi pelayanan). Hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai Cronbach Alpha  untuk variabel Kualitas Informasi sebesar 0,724, untuk variabel Kegunaan sebesar 0,649, untuk variabel Kualitas Interaksi Pelayanan sebesar 0,715 dan untuk variabel Kepuasan Pengguna sebesar 0,816. Dengan demikian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kuesioner tersebut reliabel karena > 0,60 dan dapat digunakan untuk penelitian.Kata kunci : Kepuasan Pengguna, Kualitas Website, Rumah Keramik, Webqual 4.0

Abstract

Melihat fenomena belajar mengajar dari jarak jauh yang telah dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih setahun ini pada sekolah-sekolah negeri dan swasta di seluruh Indonesia karena dampak dari wabah Covid 19, Penelitian ini merupakan salah satu bentuk evaluasi si dari penggunaan e-learning aplikasi Quizizz yang belum lama ini disosialisasikan kepada guru-guru Sekolah Dasar di wilayah Jatiuwung Tangerang sebagai objek penelitian. Menggunakan metode TAM dan terdiri dari 45 koresponden menjawab 24 butir pertanyaan dan hasil yang dimiliki menunjukkan bahwa kemanfaatan, kemudahan, dan penggunaan aplikasi Quizizz berpengaruh positif dan signifikan juga secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap efektivitas aplikasi itu sendiri

Abstract

Inventory is one of the most important factors in ensuring the continuity of the production process. PT. Pratama Abadi Industri is an industrial company in the field of shoe sales. In its activities, PT. Pratama Abadi Industri was unable to provide production materials appropriately, causing a shortage of shoe material stock for the production of the type of shoe that the customer is most interested in. The method used in this research is to use the a priori Algorithm and to get accurate results, this research uses the Tanagra 1.4.50 software. The purpose of this study was to analyze the ordering of NIKE shoes that are often ordered by customers by looking at their previous order patterns. This a priori algorithm can produce 7 final association rules between items with a minimum value of 30% of support and a minimum of 70% of confidence and from May 2020 to October 2020 it is known that the most popular order pattern for NIKE shoes is NIKE shoes with the Tailwind (100%), Revolution 5 (100%), Air Max Plus (100%) and Classic Cortez Leather (100%) which can be used as reference materials in determining the next production material inventory.

Abstract

Tugas akhir dan skripsi merupakan syarat mutlak untuk menuju kelulusan dalam Program Sarjana, merupakan kewajiban mahasiswa yang harus terselesaikan. Dimasa Pandemi COVID 19, kita dituntut kreatif dalam membuat inovasi, mengganti cara lama dengan cara baru yang akan berguna bagi masyarakat khususnya Mahasiswa dan Dosen, diharapkan proses komunikasi dan Konsultasi berjalan lancar, penyelesaian keseluruhan bimbingan tepat waktu, walau tidak bertatap muka. Aplikasi Bimbingan Online menggunakan ExpressJs (NodeJs) dan ReachJs sebagai bahasa Pemrograman MySQL sebagai databasenya. Diharapkan Aplikasi ini dapat mengoptimalkan proses bimbingan Tugas Akhir dan Skripsi.

Abstract

Sistem persediaan barang adalah suatu sistem untuk mengelola persediaan barang di gudang. PT Sinar Utama Jaya Abadi masih menggunakan program microsoft excel dalam pengolahan data seperti data barang masuk, keluar dan  pembuatan laporan. Kendala yang sering dialami diantaranya membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mengolah dan mencari data persediaan barang yang dibutuhkan, serta pembuatan laporan lebih lama. Sebagai solusi dari permasalahan-permasalahan yang saat ini dialami oleh PT Sinar Utama Jaya Abadi tersebut, maka penulis merancang sebuah sistem informasi inventory berbasis web menggunakan bahasa Pemrograman PHP, database MySQL dan Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model waterfall. Dengan adanya sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis web ini dapat lebih mudah dalam mendapatkan informasi serta mempermudah dalam pengolahan data barang masuk dan barang keluar.
