Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang desain dan konsep manajemen mutu pendidikan pesantren. Karena implementasi pendidikan pesantren seringkali dilakukan secara kultural sehingga membutuhkan strategi khussus untuk mengembangkan manajemen mutunya. Karena lembaga pendidikan harus mempunyai manajemen mutu yang terencana dengan baik agar supaya bisa besaing serta tidak tertinggal dalam kompetisi dengan lembaga lain. Pesantren dituntut bisa mencari solusi tepat, sistematis, serta berjangkauan luas ke depan sehingga diharapkan bisa menyelesaikan persoalaan kemanusiaan termasuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Tolok ukur mutu pendidikan Islam pada kerangka ini diantaranya; 1) Hasil akhir pendidikan; 2) Hasil langsung pendidikan, hasil langsung inilah yang dipakai sebagai titik tolak pengukuran mutu pendidikan suatu lembaga pendidikan. Misalnya tes tertulis, daftar cek, anekdot, skala rating, dan skala sikap; 3) Proses pendidikan; 4) Instrumen input, yaitu alat berinteraksi dengan raw input (siswa); dan 5) Raw input dan lingkungan

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pengembangan potensi global santri melalui pembelajaran Bahasa Mandarin di Pesantren Nurul Jadid. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, bahwa sejak lama, santri telah memiliki peran strategis sebagai kelas menengah dalam kancah global. Pada perebutan kemerdekaan, santri menjadi laskar yang memenangkan resolusi jihad di Surabaya. Setelah itu, mereka mengisi ruang-ruang ekonomi, sosial hingga politik. Di era reformasi ini, pemerintahan Jokowi-JK mengapresiasi keberadaan santri dengan adanya hari santri nasional (HSN). Namun demikian, kompetensi santri masih menjadi kajian yang terlantar dalam ranah pengembangan kompetensi pendidikan Islam. Penelusuran terhadap peran strategis santri dalam kaitannya dengan dunia global menarik dilakukan. Pesantren mengapresiasi terkait dengan kompetensi global santri sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan kompetensi global santri. Pesantren Nurul Jadid menjadi pemantik dengan membelajarkan bahasa Mandarin kepada santri. Penelitian ini menelusuri latar belakang, layanan-layanan dan aktifitas santri. Mereka memiliki prestasi baik lokal, nasional hingga internasional. Hal ini menunjukkan produk pesantren dalam kancah global.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang potensi madrasah diniyah dalam pengelolaan system Pendidikan nasional. Dalam system pembelajaran pendidikan diniyah, tidak hanya menekankan pada aspek kognitif, tapi juga afektif, sehingga dalam membentuk karakter, pendidikan cukup efektif. Dalam madrasah diniyah proses pembelajaran dituangkan dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ektrakurikuler. Kegiatan Intrakurikuler dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di madrasah diniyah, penjatahan waktunya telah ditentukan dalam program. Pada prinsipnya kegiatan intrakurikuler merupakan kegiatan tatap muka antara siswa dan guru.Termasuk didalamnya kegiatan perbaikan dan pengayaan. Sedangkan jegiatan ekstrakurikuler ialah Kegiatan diluar jam pelajaran biasa, yang dilakukan didalam atau diluar madrasah dengan tujuan memperluas pengetahuan siswa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara berkala dalam waktu-waktu tertentu

Abstract

This research was motivated by the PHBS movement (Habitat for Clean and Healthy Life); PHBS was carried out at an early childhood education program, namely Raudlatul Athfal, located in the village of Pakunira. This study aims to determine how PHBS in children is early prevention of COVID 19. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. After that, it is processed through data triangulation. PHBS is carried out in preparation and planning analysis, PHBS program implementation, and program evaluation based on the research findings. This research has implications for covid-19 prevention education through PHBS to provide the understanding and habituation to healthy lifestyles for students, teachers, parents, and the school environment

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the Implementation of Character Education through Trilogy and Panca Awareness of Santri in Islamic boarding school activities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of case study research at the Nurul Jadid Paiton Islamic Boarding School, Probolinggo. The data collection instrument in this study used observation and in-depth interviews to support the completeness of the data. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion of research results. From this study, it was found that the cultivation and application of character education was very effective in the scope of the pesantren, this was reflected in the application of the principles of the pesantren, namely the Trilogy and Panca Awareness of the Santri which were recorded through Islamic boarding school activities and in line with the concept of Imam Ghazali's spiritual values ??with several methods, namely the method of exemplary, habituation, advice, and stories or stories. This research shows that the values ??of Islamic boarding schools are a full supporter in the successful implementation of character education with a complete pesantren component, of course with consistent effort and full discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the students' creativity program as a medium to build students' entrepreneurial spirit at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. This research method uses a qualitative research method; the type of case study uses data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis was carried out circularly, starting with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study indicate that Islamic boarding schools develop creative activities for students by providing places for activities to build an entrepreneurial spirit through pesantren extracurricular activities, managing used goods, applying in pesantren skills competitions, and skills activities in every institution under the auspices of the Nurul Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen talenta berbasis religius melalui kepiawaian Wali Asuh Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid dalam meningkatkan kualitas intelektual dan religius santri-santri untuk mewujudkan pesantren yang mempunyai keunggulan dibidang akademik maupun dibidang keagamaan dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada santri yang bertalenta religius melalui kepiawaian Wali Asuh Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam upaya meningkatkan talenta santri berbasis religius melalui kepiawaian Wali Asuh Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid ialah dengan melalui pendekatan secara personal approach, sharing, pembiasaan dengan melembagakan program tersebut dijadikan program rutinitas. Sehingga hal tersebut pesantren dapat berkembang melalui santri yang bertalenta religius melalui kepiawaian Wali Asuh.

Abstract

This paper wants to see how far the response of educational institutions to changes in aspects of human life from manual to technological basis. All human activities will become easier to reach. Globalization brings changes in everything, including in the world of education, thus managers of educational institutions are required to always innovate in developing educational institutions, not only producing output equipped with scientific knowledge but also being able to produce graduates who are creative, skilled, and able to compete and can adapt to advances in information technology. Countless educational institutions make competition very tight. To address this, educational institutions need to have an established branding image because the majority of people make decisions in choosing educational institutions by looking at the branding of institutions such as Nurul Jadid University through trilogy and five awareness branding. The results showed that the better the branding owned by the institution, the better the interest and attention of the public to choose the institution.

Abstract

This research has the purpose to (1) test the effectiveness of the MBKM program model at Nurul Jadid University through limited trials; (2) conduct an evaluation and revision of the model; (3) carry out a broader model trial for the development of future MBKM prototype programs. This research employs a Research and Development approach with two implementation phases. The research outcomes indicate that in the first phase, an exploratory research and prototype design of the MBKM program were conducted through the MBKM Santri Mengabdi and MBKM Santri Mengajar programs. In the second phase, a trial of the MBKM program design was conducted with a limited group, and the outcomes demonstrated the success of the MBKM Santri Mengabdi and MBKM Santri Mengajar programs, serving as prototypes for the independent development of MBKM by Nurul Jadid University. Through evaluation and revisions, it was found that the MBKM Santri Mengabdi and MBKM Santri Mengajar programs are suitable for broader implementation, even though some technical adjustments were identified. The outcomes of the program trial indicate that the MBKM Santri Mengabdi and MBKM Santri Mengajar programs are suitable for implementation and are proposed to be carried out in all research programs at Nurul Jadid University in Paiton, Probolinggo.
