Abstract

The Measurement of community satisfaction in the healthy sector is an important element in the evaluation of the performance of the Govermnent in Mojokerto Regency. In this case, the Public Health Centre (PHC) should become a public institution based on community-based services which is the best, efficient, and more effective. For this reason, research on the level of satisfaction of PHC in Mojokerto is aimed to determine the correlation among satisfaction index and the community expectations in a PHC services in Mojokerto Regency. The method was used is a qualitative descriptive, the research is designed to combines qualitative and quantitative data. The object of the research is the people who use the PHC in 27 sub-districts in Mojokerto district. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive accidental sampling at the research location with 150 respondents per PHC location. Respondent data collection was carried out by interview and questionnaire techniques. the obtained data then calculated the weighted average value, community satisfaction index (IKM) and conversion in the form of a table of perception and IKM values. The results of the analysis show that the highest average conversion value of each service element of the 27 PHC is the conversion value of the cost / tariff element (U4) of 89.01 or reaches the service quality value is A. While the lowest average conversion value is the service element of complaint handling. (U4) 84.40, is in the value of service quality is B, while the other 20 of other PHC status is Good IKM.

Abstract

The processing industry contributed 19% of GRDP in 2010 - 2017 the second largest after the trade and retail sector, this reflects the city of Bogor as a tourism area and residential area because it forms the largest GRDP of the four sectors. Thus, local economic development planning focuses on the processing industry. the processing industry, which is indeed mostly processed products typical of the city of Bogor, with commodities obtained from the FGD results, including typical culinary delights, processed food, fashion, footwear, and handicrafts. Local Economic Development is expected not only to solve economic problems, but also other aspects of development, namely improving the quality of development and improvement in local communities. Therefore, through a study of local economic development in Bagor City based on Regional Leading Products with the PUD assessment method based on twelve indicators and SWOT analysis with the aim of finding superior local economic products and determining the strategy for developing the Local Economy. This research approach is using a questionnaire, collecting primary and secondary data, through interviews, qualitative (but still measurable), document studies, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The city of Bogor has great local economic potential that is able to have a big impact on the regional economy. Some commodities in the city of Bogor, such as the rubber processing industry into footwear products that are able to open job vacancies for the surrounding community with an average workforce of 3-7 workers. There are five commodities that have the potential to be used as a foundation for the development of the local economy, namely commodities, culinary specialties, metal craft fashion, batik crafts, and footwear. through several development strategies of each commodity as a result of this study

Abstract

On the economic side, the herbal medicine industry has contributed greatly to national income, increasing people’s welfare and providing employment opportunities. Approximately 99% of herbal ingredients are domestic products and are considered capable of bringing a significant multiplier effect in economic growth in Indonesia, starting from the upstream sector (agriculture) to the downstream sector which includes industry and trade. However, along with the incessant variety of medicines (pharmaceuticals and imported herbal medicines) that are circulating and appear to be attractive to the public, it is not impossible that the demand for herbal medicines as traditional medicines in the last five years has tended to decline. Considering that herbal medicine is a product of the nation’s cultural heritage and has contributed greatly to the creation of domestic workers, the herbal medicine industry, which incidentally is a small and medium industry, must continue to exist amid increasingly fierce competition. Kulonprogo Regency has quite a number of diverse herbal and traditional medicinal plants businesses, most of which are classified as UMKM.. In general, the business diversity is divided into four types of businesses, namely, (1). Liquid herbal medicine business; (2). Herbal medicine business; (3). Herbal dipping business; and (4). Business of herbal tablets/capsules. In order to survive, they need to find some business strategy development to remain viable and profitable. Based on these problems, it is necessary to research the Feasibility and Development Analysis of the Traditional Herbal Medicine Business of the Kulonprogo Regency, with the aim of finding several development strategies and business feasibility. The sample was randomly selected as many as 30 traditional herbal medicine business actors in Kulonprogo Regency. Through the results of the SWOT analysis, there are several business strategies, including (1). Increasing the scale of production and business scale, (2). Following the development of market trends, (3). Marketing innovation and market expansion. (4). Development of licensing legality (certification), such as the legality of an official distribution permit, and being under the guidance of the health office/BPOM. Meanwhile, based on the business feasibility analysis using the Payback Periode (PP) and Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C) method, the liquid herbal medicine business, the brewed herbal medicine business, the dipping herbal medicine business, and the herbal tablet business, capsules are feasible

Abstract

The Government of Bantul Regency has a strong push for implementing the Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) at the Benih Pertanian Barongan because, in principle, BLUD is based on the principles of efficiency and productivity. On this basis, a Research Analysis of the Potential of the Implementation of the Regional Public Service Agency was carried out at the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan to know the potential of the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan in fulfilling the three BLUD requirements, namely substantive requirements, technical requirements, and administrative requirements. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data analysis analyses technical requirements, including public service performance and financial performance. The analysis results show that the potential for implementing BLUD at the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan meets the technical requirements, especially regarding public service performance and financial performance. This is indicated by the Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) category (category A) and healthy financial performance achievements. Besides that, it has also fulfilled the substantive and administrative requirements, and this is shown that the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan as a work unit under the SKPD of the Agriculture and Forestry Service of Bantul Regency is following the definition intended by Permendagri No. 61 of 2007, namely (a). The Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan organizes public services related to goods and public services, which have several tasks and functions of managing agricultural seeds and providing superior quality seeds and (b). Operational in nature in organizing public services that produce semi-public goods/services (quasi-public goods). That the provision of rice seeds is not only carried out by the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan, but several private parties or the public can also provide them
