Abstract

UPT Puskesmas Kaligesing gets a high number of patients. At that time, its consider less optimal for the service since the queue was too long and the public health center still used manual management. To overcome these problems, a web based patient queue system was needed as a tool in the queue service and data management. The modeling of this system used Unified Modeling Language (UML) tool and used the usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams. This research resulted a web-based system by using PHP and MySQL. This research resulted a system that can provide solutions to the problems of queue and data management of the patiens.

Abstract

The development of information technology is very rapid, very instrumental in everyday life. In the development of Blast Computama currently still using the manual system in recording sales transactions and service, which is still using thestock book to record inventory and still use the notes to record sales and service transactions. With the above problemshow to design sales information system, on Blast Computama. Based on the above problem formulation, the purpose of research is to build a sales information system that is useful tofacilitate the recording of inventory and sales and service transactions. In designing and building sales informationsystems, required data required. How to get the data by interview, observation, literature study and system requirementanalysis needed. The design of the system performed to produce a sales and service applications on Blast Computama in accordance withthe needs of the company. Outputs from the sales system are inventory recording, sales and service memos, sales andservice report.

Abstract

Sistem komputerisasi dalam sebuah perusahaan merupakan salah satu hal yang terpenting yang harus diperhatikan karena dengan sistem komputerisasi yang akurat, cepat relevan maka sebuah perusahaan akan lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya, sehingga perusahaan akan lebih berkembang dan maju. Sistem informasi merupakan salah satu teknologi yang berkembang di bidang software. Perangkat lunak aplikasi adalah suatu subkelas perangkat lunak komputer yang memanfaatkan kemampuan komputer langsung untuk melakukan suatu tugas yang diinginkan pengguna. Penjualan Boss Stiker Kutoarjo hingga saat ini pengolahan data penjualan masih secara manual. Adapun sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data penjualan masih menggunakan sistem buku besar. Sehingga dapat terjadi kesalahan dalam pengolahan data penjualan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem informasi Penjualan pada Boss Stiker Kutoarjo sehingga dapat membantu memudahkan pengelolaan data penjualan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penjualan pada Boss Stiker dengan menggunankan sistem berbasis web menghasilkan sistem pengolahan hasil penjualan yang lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This research was carried out had a purpose to test: 1) the Product towards the customer's satisfaction, 2) the Price towards the customer's satisfaction, 3) the Place towards the customer's satisfaction, 4) the Promotion towards satisfaction, 5) the Employee towards the customer's satisfaction, 6) the Process towards the customer's Satisfaction, 7) the Fisik Environment towards the customer's satisfaction. The data was gathered from 60 respondents by using the taking method random sampling. The analysis of the data was carried out through the analysis of the instrument of the research that covered the validity test used the correlation product moment and the test reliabilitas used the Cronbachs alpha; the hypothetical test used the analysis technique of linear regression. Results of this research showed that: 1) the Product towards the customer's satisfaction was influential positive and significant, meaning that increasingly fast access then the customer's satisfaction increasingly increased (the hypothesis was proven), 2) the Price towards the customer's satisfaction was influential positive and significant, meaning that increasingly cheap the price then the customer's satisfaction increasingly increased (the hypothesis was proven), 3) the Place towards the customer's satisfaction was influential positive and significant, meaning that increasingly stategis warnet then the customer would increasingly the customer's satisfaction increasingly increased (the hypothesis was proven), 4) the Promotion towards the customer's satisfaction was influential positive and significant, meaning that increasingly often carried out the program promo then the customer's satisfaction increasingly increased (the hypothesis was proven), 5) People towards the customer's satisfaction was influential the negative and significant, meaning that friendly and well-mannered the operator then the customer's satisfaction increasingly increased (the hypothesis was proven), 6) the Process towards the customer's satisfaction was influential the negative and significant, meaning that even more benefits that could be received by the customer then the customer's satisfaction increasingly increased (the hypothesis was proven), 7) the physical Environment towards the customer's satisfaction was influential positive and significant, meaning that increasingly complete facilities then the customer's satisfaction increasingly increased (the hypothesis was proven).

Abstract

Toko Ghafya Fruits Shop merupakan salah satu toko yang menjual buah baik lokal maupun impor. Setiap harinya petugas toko harus mencatat banyak transaksi penjualan secara manual dan harga seiring waktu sering berubah sehingga petugas tidak hafal semua harga buah. Hal tersebut membuat konsumen merasa tidak nyaman karena harus menunggu lama untuk melakukan transaksi. Aplikasi Kasir Berbasis Web pada Toko Ghafya Fruits Shop merupakan suatu aplikasi, yang memberi kemudahan untuk pemilik toko dan petugas dalam melakukan transaksi penjualan serta laporan penjualan. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL untuk menyimpan datanya. Hasil dari aplikasi ini adalah dapat memproses infromasi mengenai buah, seperti : mengubah data petugas, data barang, proses transaksi penjualan, laporan penjualan. Melalui aplikasi ini, diharapkan Toko Ghafya Fruits Shop sebagaiman telah disebutkan sebelumnya dapat dijalankan dan ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Department of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Maritime of Purworejo Regency Formed based on Purworejo Regency Local Regulation Number: 14 of 2008, to carry out local government affairs in the field of agriculture for food and Horticulture, forestry and plantations which include: Agricultural, Food Crops and Horticulture Facilities and Infrastructure, Development of Agriculture, Forestry and Plantation Businesses which are under and responsible to the Regent through the Regional Secretary. The purpose of this final project is to build an expert system of classification of web-based caligesing goats on the marine and fisheries food agriculture department. So the information presented to the community about kaligesing goats is more accurate. The method used in data collection is by interview, observation, literature study. The results of this expert system of classification of caligesing goats are two alternative choices of goat class which are presented according to the existing database rules. It is expected that this expert system can be used by the community as a starting point to determine the class of Kaligesing goats.

Abstract

The problem examined in this study is how to design and make a Food Sales Information System in Purworejo Kedai Blast with an accounting system that has good and appropriate output with the store management needs. The purpose of the designer is that it can help facilitate services to consumers and reports to store owners with the accounting system. This information system was created for food sales at Purworejo Blast Store. The method used in making this system is qualitative with descriptive translation. Data collection techniques used are observation, discourse and documentation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: This system can make it easier to sell food at Kedai Blast Purworejo, checking system makes it possible to prevent the occurrence of the length of service and to calculate the number of production sales that are less accurate and the system can produce output according to accounting calculations.

Abstract

Load balance settings are very important if you have 2 or more ISPs for paths to the internet network. Load balance itself is useful for dividing the network load into several paths. Currently, Sawunggalih Aji Polytechnic uses an older version of the TP-Link Load Balance Router so it is less effective. This is what motivates the author to conduct research on the implementation of the load balance policy based route (PBR) method using a Mikrotik device. This study aims to increase the effectiveness of the load balance at the Sawunggalih Aji Polytechnic using routers of different brands. Research on load balance implementation uses at least 1 router and 2 ISPs. This research focuses on the application of the load balance concept using the policy based route method and testing it. The results of the load balance implementation using the policy based route method, namely the internet path traversed by the data packet according to the design that has been designed in the design chapter. These results are obtained from testing using the command prompt or the torch feature found on Mikrotik

Abstract

The Government of Bantul Regency has a strong push for implementing the Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) at the Benih Pertanian Barongan because, in principle, BLUD is based on the principles of efficiency and productivity. On this basis, a Research Analysis of the Potential of the Implementation of the Regional Public Service Agency was carried out at the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan to know the potential of the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan in fulfilling the three BLUD requirements, namely substantive requirements, technical requirements, and administrative requirements. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data analysis analyses technical requirements, including public service performance and financial performance. The analysis results show that the potential for implementing BLUD at the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan meets the technical requirements, especially regarding public service performance and financial performance. This is indicated by the Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) category (category A) and healthy financial performance achievements. Besides that, it has also fulfilled the substantive and administrative requirements, and this is shown that the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan as a work unit under the SKPD of the Agriculture and Forestry Service of Bantul Regency is following the definition intended by Permendagri No. 61 of 2007, namely (a). The Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan organizes public services related to goods and public services, which have several tasks and functions of managing agricultural seeds and providing superior quality seeds and (b). Operational in nature in organizing public services that produce semi-public goods/services (quasi-public goods). That the provision of rice seeds is not only carried out by the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan, but several private parties or the public can also provide them

Abstract

Abstrak Program Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitas Berbasis Masyarakat (PAMSIMAS) menjadi salah satu program Nasional yang bertujuan meningkatkan akses penduduk pedesaan terhadap fasilitas air minum dan sanitas yang layak. Dengan adanya PAMSIMAS Tirta Mulya Sejati sangat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Di Desa Kedungbatur pengelolaan data masih dilakukan secara manual dan kurang optimal. Hal tersebut seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam mengolah data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Dalam implementasinya, sistem manajemen ini berbasis website dengan program aplikasi Visual Studio Code dan PhpMyAdmin sebagai pengolahan database. Desain sistem yang digunakan yaitu Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Normalisasi, Tabel Relasi, Kamus Data, dan User Interface. Sistem Manajemen Tirta Mulya Sejati Pada Desa Kedungbatur dapat menghasilkan suatu sistem yang informatif dalam memberikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan Manajemen Pamsimas sehingga kesalahan informasi maupun pendataan dapat diminimalisir. Program ini juga dapat mempermudah pengguna dalam mengolah data sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang lebih efisien dan akurat. Kata Kunci: PAMSIMAS, Sistem Manajemen, website Abstract The Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Provision Program (PAMSIMAS) is one of the National programs aimed at increasing access of rural residents to proper drinking water and sanitation facilities. The existence of PAMSIMAS Tirta Mulya Sejati really fulfills the needs of the community. In Kedungbatur Village, data management is still done manually and not optimal yet. This is often has difficulty in processing data. This research uses interview, observation, documentation, and literature study methods. For implementation, this management system is based on a website with Visual Studio Code and PhpMyAdmin application programs as database processing. The system design used is Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Normalization, Relationship Table, Data Dictionary, and User Interface. The Tirta Mulya Sejati Management System in Kedungbatur Village can produce an informative system in providing information related to Pamsimas Management so that misinformation and data collection can be minimized. This program can also make it easier for users to process data so that they get more efficient and accurate results. Keywords: PAMSIMAS, Management System, website
