<![CDATA[BPS mempunyai fungsi pokok sebagai penyedia data statistik dasar, baik untuk pemerintah maupun untuk masyarakat umum, secara nasional maupun regional. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh BPS Kabupaten Lampung tengah adalah: pengawasan yang dilakukan Pimpinan masih kurang efektif, karena masih ada Kordinator Statistik Kecamatan dalam melaksanakan tugas jika tak ada pengawasan pimpinan secara langsung maka bekerja tidak sesuai prosedur, disiplinnya masih rendah, dimana masih pegawai yang terlambat bahkan tidak menyerahkan absensi ke BPS Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dan masih banyak prestasi kerja yang dicapai belum optimal atau masih kurang dan tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan pimpinan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka permasalahannya adalah: Bagaimana pengaruh Pengawasan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Prestasi kerja, serta bagaimana pengaruh Prestasi kerja terhadap Kinerja BPS Kabupaten Lampung Tengah?. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengawasan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja Kordinator Statistik Kecamatan, serta bagaimana pengaruh Prestasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja BPS Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan serta teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, interview, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sumber data berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan alat analisis korelasi produk moment, regresi sederhana dan regresi linier berganda dengan α = 0,05. Koefisien regresi b1= 0,564 berarti pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Koefisien regresi b2 = 0,568 berarti disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Koefisien regresi b3 = 0,401 berarti prestasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja BPS. Koefisien Determinasi Simultan pengawasan dan disiplin kerja dengan prestasi kerja KSK (rX1X2X3) = (0,867)2 = 0,752, mempunyai arti bahwa pengaruh secara simultan antara pengawasan dan disiplin kerja dengan prestasi kerja KSK sebesar 75,2% dan selebihnya akan dipengaruhi variabel lain sebesar 24,8%. Koefisien determinasi (rX3Y) = 0,171 % menunjukkan bahwa kinerja BPS 17,1 % dipengaruhi oleh prestasi kerja KSK dan sisanya sebesar 82,9 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa prestasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja BPS Kabupaten Lampung Tengah.BPS has a basic function as providers of basic statistical data, both for the government and for the general public, both nationally and regionally. The research aimed to find out how Supervision and Discipline Coordinator Job to Job Performance Statistics Districts, as well as how the influence of Work Performance on the Performance of BPS Central Lampung regency. This study uses descriptive type of research literature and field research and data collection techniques by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Source of data derived from primary and secondary data. This study uses quantitative analysis by means of product moment correlation analysis, simple regression and multiple linear regression with α = 0.05. The regression coefficient b1 = 0.564 means that supervision significantly influence performance. The regression coefficient b2 = 0,568 means of labor discipline significant effect on performance. The regression coefficient b3 = 0.401 means performance significantly influence the performance of CPM. Simultaneous Determination Coefficient supervision and discipline of work with job performance KSK (rX1X2X3) = (0.867) 2 = 0.752, means that the simultaneous effect between supervision and discipline of work with job performance KSK 75.2% and the rest will be influenced by other variables at 24 , 8%. The coefficient of determination (rX3Y) = 0.171% indicates that the performance of BPS 17.1% influenced by the work performance of the CWC and the remaining 82.9% is influenced by other factors.
