Abstract

Proyek Light Rail Transit (LRT) Ruas Cawang-Dukuh Atas yang sedang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Adhi Karya Tbk. berpotensi tinggi terjadi risiko kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan SMK3 oleh PT. Adhi karya Tbk. dengang melakukan identifikasi tingkat penerapannya dan memberikan evaluasi apakah masih ada yang perlu diperbaiki. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif kemudian melakukan penilaian kesesuaian penerapannya terhadap Australian Standard/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS) ISO 31000:2009. Data sekunder diperoleh dari sumber Departemen QHSE Perkereta apian PT. Adhi Karya Tbk dan informasi elektronik yang sudah dibuat, sedangkan data primer diambil dengan kuesioner kepada pekerja dan wawancara dengan karyawan. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian dan analisis secara kualitatif didapatkan tingkat kesesuaian terhadap Australian Standard/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS) ISO 31000:2009 mencapai 90 %, risiko kecelakaan kerja dapat dikontrol dengan baik, dan tingkat terjadinya insiden kecelakaan dapat dinihilkan tanpa mengurangi kinerja produksi atau pencapaian progress pekerjaan. Saran untuk perbaikan ke depan perlu dilakukan adalah menstandarkan kepada seluruh personil K3 harus bersertifikat, dan menjaga konsistensi pelaksanaan SMK3 yang sudah baik.

Abstract

In order to improve the function of the Mosque in this case, mushalla as a place of worship and the construction of the people in particular, where people's lives are so compound and crowded, and to increase piety in performing worship (congregational prayer) as best as possible, prospering the Mosque has a positive influence for the development of the community in order to improve the quality of life of the community and the country. In order for religious syi'ar to be more echoed because it requires some improvement because of the inadequate physical condition of the building, it is necessary to renovate the construction of Mushalla and Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) which is regressive, is a program of mushalla management in Curug Village, RT.06 RW.04, Bojongsari Subdistrict, Depok City, West Java for the creation of a solemn and comfortable atmosphere of worship. The activities began with a coordination meeting with mushalla administrators in Curug Village, RT.06 RW.04, Bojongsari Subdistrict, Depok City, West Java, and residents around the Mosque, planning, drafting, and calculation in the making of Unit Price Analysis (AHS) in order to be analyzed and carried out on time. Mushalla is a center of community activities and development. And besides that, we should be able to position the Mosque as a unifying forum for Muslims

Abstract

Ketapang Village is located on the sea coast of Mauk District, Tangerang Regency, which has residential environmental characteristics that tend to be closely related to poverty and illegal land use. Slum settlements are caused by the inability of the poor to get proper housing, causing them to illegally occupy land along the riverbanks owned by the Tangerang District Fisheries Service. With the PEMSEA program in 2022, infrastructure development for mangrove conservation and ecotourism in Ketapang Waters is of course accompanied by regional planning, with improving the quality of slum settlements on the banks of the river leading to the beach. The arrangement of the slum settlement area is through relocation to land that is not far from the location where he lives because the legality of residential land is unclear. In an effort to overcome these obstacles, it is necessary to socialize and assist in understanding the community regarding relocation activities. The socialization method consists of two initial activities, namely data collection on project-affected residents and the process of implementing education and outreach activities through relocation assistance. The results of the outreach: the mechanism for planning and implementing relocation in Ketapang Village did not run smoothly, namely some residents affected by the project refused to relocate, so an approach was taken through socialization so that residents affected by the project were willing to sign a letter of intention to move to a new place of residence.
