Abstract

This research aims to describe the governance of Village-Owned Business Entities in Megaluh, Jombang. Data collection with questionnaires and documents. This research method using quantitative-descriptive. The results show that BUMDES in Megaluh was implemented with the purposes of BUMDES and increase the economics of the village. But there are several limitations in the governance of BUMDES, which is the educational background of the management of BUMDES governance was occupied by high school or vocational school graduates (56,1%), the majority of BUMDES characteristics are in the form of savings and loans (56,4%), trade (29,6%), rental (6,3%), and else (7,7%). BUMDES does afford to contribute to village cash or PADes of the still low (2,39%).

Abstract

This study aims to understanding the good governance based on perspective of Head of Community and Village Empowerment Agency (DPMD). Informants in this research are the Head of Division, Section Head, and community economic business development staff who can represent the research unit in the understanding of good governance in DPMD Jombang Regency. The study was conducted with in-depth interviews with the help of a questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are professionally managed, the BUMDes management has the capacity, is able to compile a master plan, understand business, governance refers to guidelines for establishing BUMDes based on Permendes and has Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). BUMDes is managed separately from the village government and there is not much interference from the village government, without being influenced by the pressures of other parties' policies, and can carry out their duties proportionally and can be accounted for. The principles of BUMDES governance include transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, participation, effective and efficient, and sustainable.

Abstract

Motor induksi tiga fasa merupakan peralatan penggerak yang paling banyak digunakan dalam dunia industri karena mempunyai konstuksi yang kuat dan sederhana. Dalam pengaturan kecepatan pada motor induksi tiga fasa diperlukan adanya inverter sebagai alat yang berfungsi untuk megatur kecepatan motor dengan mengubah nilai frekuensi. Untuk mengatur nilai frekuensi yang sesuai pada inverter dibutuhkan suatu krontroler, salah satu kontroler yang paling banyak digunakan adalah kontroler PID. Nilai parameter kontrol yang ada pada kontroler PID sangat berpengaruh terhadap respon kecepatan motor, sehingga diperlukan sebuah metode pencarian yang mana digunakan GA dalam penentuan parameter kontrol PID. Penentuan parameter kontrol PID menggunakan GA dilakukan dengan lima jangkauan pembatasan pada nilai pembangkitan individu sehingga didapatkan berbagai macam nilai yang berbeda-beda dan diharapkan sesuai dengan respon kecepatan yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa respon kecepatan motor setelah diberikan kontroler PID berbasis GA dapat mencapai kecepatan referensi 120 rad/s dengan kecepatan aktual saat beban 100 Nm sebesar 120,1 rad/s sehingga didapatkan ess 0,083%.
