Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation variables on employee performance and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at CV Fenaru Jaya. . The method used is descriptive and multiple linear regression path analysis. From the results of the study, it is known that financial and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide enlightenment in empowering scrap material of the type of patchwork to make it a useful and economic value product by increasing the added value of the product, to the Nia Sewing House Team and the Entrepreneurial Youth Community in Pekanbaru. This service method uses a discussion method about the problems faced by partners. The discussion method is used to convey general knowledge and experience about how to develop a creative business or entrepreneurship, how to find creative ideas for work and what to prepare, and the steps in developing an existing work. The question and answer method is used to complete things that have not been described in the discussion above. Furthermore, training is carried out on the manufacture of useful accessories as an added value to a product. The discussion and training involved lecturers of the Management study program in collaboration with the Nia Sewing House and the entrepreneurial youth community in Pekanbaru. as the target subject.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian mobil Toyota Agya di wilayah Kabupaten Kampar.Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Agung Automall SM Amin Pekanbaru. Populasi yang dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian adalah konsumen PT Agung Automall SM Amin yang melakukan pembelian Toyota Agya selama 2 tahun terakhir, yaitu tahun 2020 dan 2021 yang domisilinya di area kabupaten Kampar sebanyak 112 konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil dari rumus slovin, maka diperoleh jumlah ukuran sampel sebesar 88 dari jumlah konsumen yang melakukan pembelian mobil Toyota Agya di PT Agung Automall SM Amin dengan domisili Kabupaten Kampar dari tahun 2020 – 2021 baik pembelian dengan metode cash maupun kredit. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan pengolahan data diperoleh persamaan Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 Y 0.156 + 0.468X1 + 0.200X2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian Toyota Agya di PT Agung Automall SM Amin Pekanbaru.
