This community service activity (Penmas) aims to improve the understanding of the materials and techniques of completing the final exam with a double syllabus, namely the Curriculum syllabum 2013 and the spirit of the 2006 Curriculum, at high school level Economics teachers in Mataram - Lombok.Penmas conducted for 3 hours, with lecture and practice methods. Selection of materials based on previous years test questions that are often tested and required calculation or curve analysis, such as demand and supply concepts, price elasticity, and transaction analysis in accounting records. The concept of demand and supply material is deepened by the factors that influence it and its impact on the movement / shift of the curve. The concept of elasticity material deepened with the variation of the problem and how to quickly solve it. The transaction analysis material to post in the ledger deepened with some practice with various kinds of questions. The techniques of performing the final exam with multiple choice questions, both manual and computer-based systems are also delivered.Penmas implementation ends with frequently asked questions and submission of several frequently tested material files. This activity will be followed up later, in order to see the effect of this activity on student exam results in the coming year.

Kegiatan pendampingan dalam Rancangan Pembelajaran sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013 untuk meningkatkan kualitas Guru-Guru ini dilakukan di SMA Gita Kirti II Sunter Jakarta Utara sangat dibutuhkan mengingat kurikulum 2013 saat ini menjadi salah satu panduan bagi para guru didalam membuat rancangan pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini harus dilakukan dan dikembangkan secara berjangka sebagai wujud pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas masyarakat yang pada umumnya dan pada guru pada khususnya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan status sosial ekonomi orang tua, motivasi belajar, minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi dan menguji pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas XI di SMA Pusaka 1 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode ex-post facto. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil analisis jalur menunjukan bahwa: (1) pengaruh langsung antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi sebesr 22,2% ; (2) pengaruh langsung antara motivasi belajar terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi sebesar 14,1%, dan (3) pengaruh tidak langsung antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat melanjukan studi ke perguruan tinggi yang dimoderatori oleh motivasi belajar sebesar 18,1%.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the Cultural Organization of the Cooperative Members Participation in Telkom Employees Cooperative (KOPEGTEL) East Jakarta. This research was conducted at Telkom Employees Cooperative (KOPEGTEL) for approximately one month, starting from November 2011 until December 2011. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study are all members of Koperasi Pegawai Telkom (KOPEGTEL) in East Jakarta. While the population is affordable cooperative members who are in the central office PT.Telkom East Jakarta branch. The samples used were 58 members. The sampling technique in this research is proporsial sampling technique to sample tables at the level of 5% error. Calculation of research data begins with finding regression equation and obtained y = 33.11 + 0,737X. Then test requirements normality test data analysis with error estimates using formula Lilifoers. L value obtained from the calculation count = 0.077 whereas L table for n = 58 is 0.116. Because L count <L table, then the estimated error normality test regression of Y on X indicates that the error estimates of regression of Y on X normal distribution. The results of calculations to test the significance of regression (Î± = 0.05) was obtained F count = 36.94 and F table = 4.03. Because the F count> F table, the regression model is significant. For the calculation of the regression linearity test (Î± = 0.05) was obtained F count = 0,92 and 2,08 F table. Since F arithmetic <F table, then the model is a linear regression equation. Hypothesis testing using the formula of Pearson Product Moment correlation r xy yield of 0.630 while the results of the significance test obtained t count ttable by 6.08 and 1.68. Due t count> t table, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture with Cooperative Members Participation in Telkom Employees Cooperative (KOPEGTEL) East Jakarta. Calculation of the coefficient of determination showed 39.74% variation of the variable Y is determined by the variable X. It is concluded that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture relationships with the participation of Members Cooperative. More conducive organizational culture, the higher participation of the Cooperative Members

ABSTRACTThis research aimed to analyze the Partnership and Competitiveness of Small and Medium Industri (UKM) in the Small Industrial Township (PIK), East Jakarta Municipality. This research, conducted with survey. The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of job culture, integrity, and trust towardteachers organizational citizenship behavior. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 115 from 950 teacher of teachers selected random sampling. The research was focused on four aspect; job culture, integrity, and trust towardteachers organizational citizenship behavior The data were colected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analyisis it is conculaded that (1) there the positive direct effect of job culturetowards organizational citizenship behavior, (2) there is positive direct effect of integrity towards organizational citizenship behavior, (3) there is positive direct effect of trust towards organizational citizenship behavior, (4) there is positive direct effect of job culture towards trust, (5) there is positive direct effect of integrity towards trust, and there is positive direct effect of job towards culture integrity Keywords: organizational citizenship behavior, organizational job culture, integrity, and trust

Wearable device is a device that is worn on the body to measure the clinical parameters of the body. The purpose of using this tool is to determine the value of each parameter being measured. In this research on the design of wearable to monitor health conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic, wearable made to measure body temperature, oxygen saturation (SpO2) which is a clinical parameter of the body during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to helping prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus, this tool also realizes physical distancing automatically. This study describes the manufacture of technological tools that are appropriate and useful for the community, as a solution to the problem pandemic Covid-19This tool can perform (1) physical distancing automatically, (2) monitor oxygen saturation (SpO2) in real time. (3) monitored body temperature in real time, and equipped with an Android application for monitoring. The variables studied in this study were the manufacture of tools equipped with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology, besides the microcontroller and an android application based on the Dart programming language with the Software Development Kit Flutter from the results of observations and analysis, it is known that BLE technology is efficient for use for Internet of Things, and short-range communication. BLE can realize distance measurements to provide physical distancing automatically by using Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI), ranging from 0cm to100 cm. The results of measuring SpO2 and body temperature on wearable monitor health conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic using the MAX30102 sensor can work well. The results of the SpO2 measurement get a standard deviation value of 0.96%, while the results of body temperature measurements get a standard deviation value of 1.64%.
