Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan dalam Rancangan Pembelajaran sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013 untuk meningkatkan kualitas Guru-Guru ini dilakukan di SMA Gita Kirti II Sunter Jakarta Utara sangat dibutuhkan mengingat kurikulum 2013 saat ini menjadi salah satu panduan bagi para guru didalam membuat rancangan pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini harus dilakukan dan dikembangkan secara berjangka sebagai wujud pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas masyarakat yang pada umumnya dan pada guru pada khususnya.

Abstract

This community development activity aims to provide understanding of material and earnings management techniques through lectures and simple financial application practices to improve the welfare of the parent Kramatjati market fruit traders in East Jakarta. This activity is part of activities carried out jointly with the theme "School Market for the Fruit Traders in Pasar Kramatjati of East-Jakarta". The sub-material for earnings management techniques starts with brain storming about factors that affect the activities of participants. The next material is about earnins management and recording simple financial statements using the "LAMIKRO" application. This application can be downloaded from the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSEs website. This community development activity was held in the PD Pasar Jaya office hall in the Kramat Jati market environment, with lecture and paractic methods. The results of this activity include the installation of the "LAMIKRO" application for some participants to facilitate making simple financial reports that were immediately practicable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to gain proper knowledge (legal, valid and true), trustworthy, dependable (reliable) concerning the influence of intense job satisfaction on turnover of teachers in East Jakarta Cipayung PGRI Foundation. This study used a survey, which studied data from samples taken from a populace. Collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire to variable job satisfaction and turnover intention teacher in East Jakarta Cipayung PGRI Foundation. The sample in this study are all teachers in East Jakarta Cipayung PGRI Foundation (Saturation Sampling). This study uses linear regression analysis. The result is the satisfaction worked intense negative affect turnover. That is, the higher the job satisfaction obtained, the lower turnover intense. In addition, using the f test to determine the significance of the variable to Y produces f of 4.623 with p <0.05, which means there are significant effect all dimensions of job satisfaction on turnover intense. 0.47 shows the determination is meant the proportion of variance explained by the intense turnover entire dimension job satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that there is significant relationship between the variables of job satisfaction on turnover intention variable. The higher satisfaction received by the teacher, the lower the intention Turnover. So are suggested every teacher should work in a professional manner in order to increase job satisfaction and ultimately reduce intense turnover Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan pengetahuan konsep ekonomi siswa dan mengetahui seberapa erat hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan pengetahuan konsep ekonomi siswa pada SMA Hutama di Pondok Gede. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan terhitung bulan September sampai November 2011. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Hutama Pondok Gede sebanyak 438 siswa, dan populasi terjangkaunya adalah siswa IPS kelas XI yang berjumlah 106 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 84 orang siswa dengan menggunakan teknik sampel acak sederhana. Data variabel Y (pengetahuan konsep ekonomi siswa) dan data variabel X (komunikasi interpersonal) merupakan data primer, instrument yang digunakan untuk variabel Y adalah berbentuk tes objektif dan untuk variabel X adalah berbentuk kuesioner. Sebelum digunakan, dilakukan uji validitas konstruk (Construct Validity) melalui proses validasi yaitu perhitungan koefisien korelasi skor butir dengan skor total dan uji reliabilitas dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Hasil reliabilitas instrument variabel Y (pengetahuan konsep ekonomi siswa) sebesar 0,889, sedangkan hasil reliabilitas instrument variabel X (komunikasi interpersonal) sebesar 0,910. Uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan adalah dengan mencari persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah Ŷ = 0,44 + 0,194X. Hasil uji normalitas lilifors menghasilkan Lhitung = 0,077 sedangkan Ltabel untuk n = 84 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 adalah 0,097. Karena Lhitung < Ltabel variabel X dan Y berdistribusi normal. Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji keberartian regresi menghasilkan Fhitung (37,40) > Ftabel (3,91) yang berarti persamaan regresi tersebut signifikan. Uji kelinieran regresi menghasilkan Fhitung (1,38) < Ftabel (1,71) sehingga disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regresi tersebut linear. Uji koefisiensi korelasi product moment menghasilkan rhitung = 0,560. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji keberartian koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan uji-t, menghasilkan thitung (6,12) > ttabel (1, 67). Hasil penelitian tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan pengetahuan konsep ekonomi siswa. Dengan uji koefisien determinasi atau penentu diperoleh hasil 31,32% variabel pengetahuan konsep ekonomi (Y) ditentukan oleh komunikasi interpersonal (X)

Abstract

In the end of 2015 is the time for Indonesia to enter the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) that will integrate with 10 Southeast Asia countries. AEC itself is expected can bring Indonesian economy to be better by expanding the market share. The applicability of AEC not only affects the free trade sectors, but also makes a various workers from ASEAN countries can compete to fill a variety sectors across the ASEAN countries. To be able to compete with other ASEAN countries, Indonesia must have qualified human resources. One of the ways that could be done is through the development of education in Indonesia in order to make high quality human resources. Meanwhile there are still a lot of inequality in Indonesia, both educational inequality and economic inequality itself. This study aims to determine the inequality of education and economic development within the framework of the preparation of AEC. The research methods used are descriptive statistics and statistical inference to know the relationships between the variables. The variables are Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) and Net Enrolment Ratio (NER), Dropout Rate, Natioal Exam Score, and the Literacy Rate, on the other variables: School Operational Assistance, government expenditure in education sector, Specific Allocation Funds of education, deconcentration fund, GDRP per capita, School-Pupil Ratio, Teacher-Pupil Ratio, and the Teachers' Competency Test. The study was conducted in 33 provinces in Indonesia in 2012-2013. From the results of the estimation using Eviews 7 software, are known that GER inequality, Dropout and Literacy rate inequality variable influenced by economic inequality and education inequality in different directions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis paper discusses the concept of quality character of education for Indonesianstudents in an effort to shape one's personality through edu cation that results are seenin a person's real action in the form of good behavior, honest, responsible, respectingthe rights of others, hard work, and so on. The purpose of education is to instillcharacter good habits, so that students understand, able to feel, and willing to do good.Education characters carry the same mission with moral education or moral education.Thomas Lickona said that the legal basis of morality should be applied in education inaccordance with the principles of religious teachings in scripture, and the implicationsof the legal basis of this morality are universal. Abstract

Abstract Human Capital is the knowledge, skills and abilities that can be used to produce a professional service. Human capital for the company is owned by its employees collective ability to create ideas, innovations and solutions appropriate to contribute to the achievement of corporate goals. For individuals, human capital is the ability to be able to win the competition in the world to provide more value in financial terms for workers. The government's role in education is to protect them and provide opportunities for educational equity, acted as a partner, companion, facilitator, public servants and funders; protect citizens from the negative influence of outside parties, giving equal opportunity to learn for every citizen. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction with work productivity state secondary school principals in the province of Jakarta. This study used survey method with path analysis technique (Path Analysis). The data collection process is done by using a questionnaire as a research instrument in this study Head of State High School In Jakarta selected as the unit of analysis with a sample size of 115 people is determined by simple random techniques (simple random sampling). The results show: First, There is influence between organizational culture with job satisfaction; Second, There is the influence of the culture of the organization with the principal productivity. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Influence of Activity Quality Teacher Organization toward Economic Teachers Profesionalism at Public Senior High School in Jakarta.This research conducted to describe the activity quality teacher organization toward economic teachers profesionalism at public senior high school in Jakarta. This research was conducted during two months from May to June 2012. This research used survey method with the corelational approach. The observation using 20% from reach population to become sample. Data recording questionnaire are research technique. Before use, test the validity of the constructs (constructs validity) through a validation process is the calculation of correlation coefficient score points with the total score and the test of reliability with Cronbach alpha formula. Results instrument reliability variable X (Activity Quality teacher organization) of 0.919, while for variable Y ( teacher profesionalism) of 0.860. test requirements analysis is to find the regression equation obtained was Ŷ = 49.13 + 0.558 X. result of normality test resulted liliefors Laccount= 0.128 while for n=30, at the level of significance (α = 0.05) is 0.161. Because Laccount<Ltable the variables X and Y have normal distribution. Testing the hypothesis with the significance test of regression produces Faccount (14.12) >Ftable (4.12) which means significant regression equation. Linierity test F values of regression produce Faccount (-0.47) <Ftable (2.98) thus conclude that the linier regression equation. The result of product moment correlation coefficient produce rcalculate = 0.579. furthermore, the correlation coefficient significance test was done using t-test, resulting in taccount (3.76) > ttable (1.70). the result of product moment correlation coefficient quality teacher organization have positive and significant influence on the teacher profesionalism at public senior high school in Jakarta.Keyword : Activity quality teacher organization, teacher profesionalismshows tha the activity

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research to aim the effect School Operational Fund and Profesianal Teacher on Score of National Examination.. This research use panel data with combine time series and cross section data, with secondary data that had published by Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) and Ministry of Education and Culture. Estimation data with Eviews 7. This research use average score of National Examination on Junior High School educational level per provice in Indonesia, the number of school operational fund of education variable, and The number of teacher certification between provinces in indonesia year 2008-2012. The result is School Operational Fund have significant positive effect on Score of National Examination, Profesional Teacher have significant positive effect on Score of National Examination. The equation is Y = -23.27917+ 1.151364LnX1 + 0.216754LnX2. This equation means if variable School Operational Fund increase 1 percent will influence Score of National Examination increase for 1,151364, and if variable Profesional Teacher increase 1 percent will influence Score of National Examination increase for 0.216754. The R square value is 0.915965indicate that 91,59% Score of National Examination explained by both independent variable, those are School Operational Fund and profesioanl teacher.
