Abstract

The millennial generation is one of the generations that has entrepreneurial potential and capable using social media, especially in Covid 19 pandemic era. This potential has been utilized by the community but has not been optimal. There are lots of social media, if used maximally, can increase sales turnover. The purpose of this community service is to provide entrepreneurial insight into understanding the challenges, opportunities and business management (especially marketing management) for entrepreneurship through social media. This community service was carried out by means of a webinar with zoom meeting for economic education graduates belonging to the millennial generation with age range of 17-37 years of 15 people. The model used is empowerment with the method of delivering materials. Evaluation is carried out through knowledge tests and questionnaires on the use of social media as a promotional, the difficulties in marketing, capital and entrepreneurial operational costs. The participants' initial test results averaged 6.00 and the final test average 7.07, an increase of 0.27 with the low category. This increase was accompanied by the use of social media as one of the promotional media, the difficulties in marketing, capital, and entrepreneurial operational costs by 78.56%. In conclusion, this community service activity can provide basic knowledge and stimulate the millennial generation to use social media to be entrepreneurial.

Abstract

The purpose of this studty was to show the difference in learning motivation between indekos and students who live with their parent. This research is comparative research using quantitative methods. The Product Moment Correlation formula is used for instrument validation and the Spearman Brown formula (Split Half Method) is used for reliability testing. The population of this study is all students of Economic Education 2018 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University, which amounts to 62 people. Questionnaires and interviews are used for variable data X1 (motivation to study indekos students) and X2 (motivation to learn students who live with their parents). The results of this study showed that there was no significant difference between the learning motivations of indekos students and students who lived with parents. The motivation to study indekos students has an average of (80.71), while the motivation to learn students who live with parents is (84). The hypothesis using parametric statistics the t-test is obtained that thitung=-8.09 ? ttabel =1.671 then Ha was rejected and Ho accepted.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan perbedaan motivasi belajar antara mahasiswa indekos dengan mahasiswa yang tinggal bersama orang tuanya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komparatif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Rumus korelasi product moment digunakan untuk validasi instrumen dan rumus spearman brown (metode split half) digunakan untuk pengujian reliabilitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi 2018 FKIP UNSRI yang berjumlah 62 mahasiswa. Angket dan wawancara digunakan untuk mencari data variabel X1 (motivasi belajar mahasiswa indekos) dan X2 (motivasi belajar mahasiswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua). Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar mahasiswa indekos dan mahasiswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua. Motivasi belajar mahasiswa indekos memiliki rerata sebesar (80,71), sedangkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua sebesar (84). Hipotesis menggunakan statistik parametris yaitu uji-t dan diperoleh t-hitung = - 9,09 ? t-tabel = 1,671 maka h0 diterima h0 ditolakKREATIVITAS MENGAJAR GURU DAN PERHATIAN ORANG TUA TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MASA PANDEMI
