Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a customer perception that expectations have been fulfilled by material and material suppliers. Customer satisfaction can be achieved if a construction product or service meets customer expectations. So almost every material and material suppliers now realize the importance of customer meaning for the company and strive to provide satisfaction to customers. The existing problem is what sub criteria can be used to measure supplier quality, customer satisfaction, and how the relationship between supplier quality and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to know the sub criterion of supplier quality, customer satisfaction, and analyze the variable of supplier quality which is most dominant to customer satisfaction. Analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this method are: the most dominant sub-quality suppliers criteria, namely Overcoming difficulties immediately and accurately, Providing good service from start to finish, Fast and timely service process, Physical quality of reinforcing steel meets Indonesian Industrial Standard and SNI, Price which is given is the price in accordance with the quality, Provides ease in contacting the company, and good employee competence. The most dominant customer sub-criterion is Overall supplier satisfies customer, Customer says positive, Customer recommends to others, Customer buys reinforcing steel in the same place, Customer seldom makes the switch, Makes the supplier the first choice for customer, Makes supplier as the best company in Indonesia, Meet customer expectation, Customers happy stock of goods from supplier, and promising product quality, Criteria of supplier quality relationship with the most dominant customer satisfaction, that is Empathy, Loyalty, Satisfaction, Responsiveness, Assurance From Supplier

Abstract

Grogol Station is a Commuter Line KRL Station located on Prof. Dr. Latumenten Street, Jelambar, West Jakarta. This station is included in the small class station and activated in June 2015, but an increase in the number of passengers occurs every year. This indicates that Grogol Station has the potential to be further developed, supported by a strategic location so that many passengers use the KRL Commuter Line in this station. Therefore this study aims to evaluate the performance of services and facilities at Grogol Station and to analyze the level of passenger satisfaction with the services and facilities that have been provided. This study was conducted by direct observation to evaluate the performance of services and facilities at Grogol Station which will be compared with the Minimum Services Standards at PM 63 in 2019. In addition, questionnaires were distributed to analyze the level of passanger satisfaction with the services and facilities provided. The results of the questionnaire will go through validity and reliability tests, then processed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Based on the results of the evaluation, Grogol Station has fulfilled 78,72% of the benchmarks in PM 63 of 2019. From the analysis of the level of the passenger satisfaction, the average value of conformity is still below 100%, that is 77,07%. This means that the performance of services and facilities at Grogol Station is still not as expected, so it does not satisfy the passenger yet. This can be seen from the position of attributes that are still in quadrant A and quadrant C which require treatment to improve their performance.

Abstract

Permasalahan genangan air di permukaan atau banjir di Indonesia masih belum teratasi hingga kini. Salah satu solusi di bidang infrastruktur yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah penggunaan beton berpori sebagai material perkerasan jalan. Beton berpori adalah beton khusus yang didesain memiliki porositas yang tinggi sehingga rongga pada beton mampu dilewati oleh air. Kekurangan dari beton berpori adalah memiliki kuat tekan yang rendah. Maka dari itu, banyak penelitian terdahulu yang melakukan penambahan bahan tambahan, seperti abu terbang, superplasticizer, dan serat ke dalam campuran beton berpori untuk meningkatkan kuat tekannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menemukan campuran beton berpori yang optimal dan mengetahui pengaruh dari abu terbang, superplasticizer, dan serat terhadap kuat tekan beton berpori berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian terdahulu. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi literatur. Setelah dilakukan analisis terhadap 30 penelitian terdahulu, beton berpori yang optimal didapat oleh salah satu penelitian dengan kuat tekan 34,5 MPa, porositas 21,88%, dan permeabilitas 6,7 mm/s. Pengaruh maksimum yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan abu terbang, superplasticizer, dan serat terhadap peningkatan kuat tekan beton berpori masing-masing sebesar 149,45%, 76,62%, dan 57,14%.

Abstract

Successfully executing construction project within schedule is one of the most important aim, both from project owner and contractor’s point of view. Construction delay is a condition which is completely unwanted, as it will cause lost of money and time for both parties. This study was conducted to determine factors that most likely cause delays at the onset of the project. As many as 42 (forty two) variables have been identified as causing a delay claim based on the study of various literature. This is subsequently tested in the form of questionnaire or survey distributed to employers and contractors involved in the project, across different working levels of staff. Through factor analysis method using SPSS software, 7 (seven) factors have been further identified as main causes of delay claims in construction project. .

Abstract

Irrigation canals in Bendung Village, Kasemen District, Serang, only partially have masonry installed, most of them are still open canals. As time went by, the condition became deplorable, due to rain which eroded the cliffs due to surface erosion. This program aims to provide education about the vetiver system as a method of controlling surface erosion in irrigation canals. The method used in this activity was socialization about prevention of surface erosion in irrigation canals with vetiver roots, training and mentoring in making a pilot arrangement of vetiver in irrigation canals. As a result of the community service activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the socialization activities and shallow landslide/erosion control training with the "vetiver system" have provided new knowledge and skills for the people of Bendung Village.

Abstract

Kecepatan kendaraan dapat dipengaruhi oleh pusat kegiatan di suatu ruas jalan. Batasan kecepatan suatu kendaraan ditentukan berdasarkan penggunaan lahan dan tingkat kegiatan suatu kawasan seperti pusat kegiatan, industri, permukimam/perumahan padat dan sekolah. Jalan Jenderal Sudirman yang berada di Kota Bekasi yang merupakan Jalan arteri primer yaitu salah satu pusat kegiatan yang tinggi dan berdampak pada kecepatan kendaran. Ruas jalan tersebut memiliki beberapa pusat kegiatan yang menonjol. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis kecepatan dengan menggunakan metode 85 persentil, kecepatan kendaraa rata-rata yang melintas di jalan tersebut berdasarkan aturan kecepatan rencana Permen PU No.19/PRT/M/2011 sebesar 60 – 120 kilometer per jam terdapat penyimpangan. Dibandingkan dengan Permenhub No.111 Tahun 2015 bahwa kecepatan kendaraan yang melintas di Jalan Jenderal Sudirman secara keseluruhan telah melewati batas kecepatan maksimum sebesar 40 (empat puluh) kilometer per jam.
