Abstract

Decision making as a stage of a particular action process (among many alternatives) which is primarily the end goal of some choice goal. There will be a choice of conditions when the desired system does not meet the agreed target, the procedure does not approach the predicted perfect result or the object does not go according to plan. This study aims to identify maximally the ingredients that affect the use of shampoo products. Determine the user's perception and behavior in using shampoo that can be used as a benchmark for the success of a product that is in great demand. To find out how the respondent's perception of an object consisting of one or several product designs for Decision Making. The hope is that voters can develop personal preferences from the choice of a product, determine which products are preferred by consumers, determine the combination of the main attributes that are most preferred by consumers for the existing segments. Decisions can be made based on the results of the respondent's stimulation, namely products that are grammatically useful, good quality, easy to buy, medium, moisturizer (sunscreen), affordable prices, very fragrant, and small 30 ml bottles. Respondent's opinion greatly influences Conjoint analysis. The better the data is ranked and there is no similarity in the data, the better the results. From here we can extract value, significance, and correlation.Abstrak - Pengambilan keputusan dikategorikan sebagai tahap proses penentuan suatu tindakan tertentu (di antara banyak alternatif) yang titik utamanya adalah tujuan akhir dari beberapa tujuan pilihan. Akan ada pilihan kondisi ketika sistem yang diinginkan tidak memenuhi target yang disepakati, prosedur tidak mendekati hasil sempurna yang diprediksi atau objek tidak berjalan sesuai rencana. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi secara maksimal konten yang mempengaruhi alasan penggunaan produk sampo. Menentukan persepsi dan pengukuran perilaku pengguna dalam menggunakan merek sampo yang dapat dijadikan ukuran keberhasilan suatu produk yang banyak diminati. Untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana persepsi responden terhadap suatu objek yang terdiri dari satu atau beberapa desain produk untuk Pengambilan Keputusan. Harapannya, pemilih dapat mengembangkan preferensi pribadi dari pilihannya terhadap suatu produk, menentukan produk mana yang disukai konsumen, menentukan kombinasi atribut utama yang paling disukai konsumen untuk segmen yang ada. Sebuah keputusan dapat diambil berdasarkan hasil stimulasi responden yaitu produk yang manfaatnya mudah pada tata bahasa, kualitas baik, mudah dibeli, medium, mengandung moisturizer (tabir surya), harga terjangkau, wangi sangat harum, dan botol kecil 30 ml. Pendapat responden sangat mempengaruhi perhitungan analisis Konjoin. Semakin baik data pada peringkat dan tidak ada kesamaan dalam data, semakin baik hasilnya. Dari sini kita dapat mengekstrak interpretasi nilai, signifikansi, dan korelasi.

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of information technology today, every world of education requires campuses to develop teaching and learning services in their special practicum in the laboratory. Rapid response laboratory services are a form of participation to take part in the implementation of practicum adjusting standard operating procedures (SOP). In this case, the author takes a case study at the Atma Luhur ISB computer laboratory, making a damage report or PC troubleshooting now still in the form of LOG books and manuals, and the processing time is waiting for lecture hours to finish. Thus, a rapid response application process for response and information service laboratories is needed to make it easier for laboratory workers to carry out job descriptions. The method used in designing this rapid response system application is the waterfall model and is run on the Android operating system. The results of the rapid response application in the Atma Luhur ISB laboratory can help smooth practicum in this laboratory, making it easier for the laboratory and to obtain service responses and practicum services more quickly and effectively. This application after being tested for functional aspects by distributing questionnaires to laboratory assistants got an average value of 87.083% (good criteria), so overall it can be concluded that this application can be applied in the Atma Luhur ISB laboratory.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik yang di selenggarakan instansi pemerintahan kini semakin mengemuka, bahkan menjadi tuntutan masyarakat. Di negara-negara berkembang dapat kita lihat mutu pelayanan publik merupakan masalah yang sering muncul, karena pada negara berkembang umumnya permintaan akan pelayanan jauh melebihi kemampuan pemerintah untuk memenuhinya sehingga persoalan yang sering dikritisi masyarakat atau para penerima layanan adalah persepsi terhadap “kualitas” yang melekat pada seluruh aspek pelayanan. Karena itu pemerintah harus memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat. Agar pelayanan publik dapat berkualitas maka, salah satu cara yang dilakukan pemerintah ialah dengan memberikan pengembangan baik pengembangan kualitas dalam memberikan pelayanan maupun pada pegetahuan akan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin terbaharukan kepada pegawainya Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi tidak menutup mata pada tuntutan publik dan perkembangan sosiologis masyarakat. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Informasi, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik terus dibangun serta fungsi negara untuk melakukan perlindungan kepada warga negaranya dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang lebih mudah, efisien, efektif dengan penyederhanaan birokrasi dan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi

Abstract

Application of ISO 9126 Standard in Designing Android-based Inventory and Laboratory Monitoring Information System - The device inventory process is a recording strategy, grouping devices based on the expiration date, laboratory, condition and others to facilitate the use and data collection of devices in the laboratory. The inventory process makes it easier for equipment data collection staff to monitor and document equipment coming in and out of laboratories where practicum equipment is relatively expensive. Schematic development is a collection of elements that are interconnected with one another to form a single unit to achieve one goal. This research will design an Android laboratory application using an inventory information system and CCTV surveillance. The process of testing applications using ISO 9126 with stakeholders and testing effectiveness, efficiency, and usefulness to ensure applications can be used and functionally appropriate by laboratory assistants. can be done up to date, quickly and accurately with the smartphone device of each employee or laboratory assistant and can directly monitor the state of the laboratory. Quality estimation in this study used the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9126 standard. The results showed that the developed information system for equipment inventory and monitoring of the CCTV computer laboratory complied with ISO 9126 standards on the aspects of usability, efficiency, functionality, and reliability.
