Abstract

One reason for the low ability to appreciate short stories students is the lack of media that is able to connect students to be able to like short story appreciation lessons. This can cause students to feel bored to participate in learning and have an impact on the low value of Indonesian. One effort to overcome this is to use innovative learning models to develop skills in students, namely the brain based learning model. The purpose of this study is to find out whether or not there is an effect of the brain based learning model on the ability to appreciate short stories in class XI students of Islamic Parlaungan Waru Sidoarjo. The population in this study were students of class XI Islamic High School Parlaungan Waru 2018/2019 school year as many as 62 students. By using a total sampling technique or the overall sample which is divided into 2 sample groups, namely class XI IPA totaling 30 students as an experimental class using a brain based learning model and class XI IPS totaling 32 students as a control class using conventional learning models. Analysis of the data of this study used the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it is concluded that there is a change in the brain based learning model towards the ability to appreciate short stories in class XI students of Islamic Parlaungan Waru High School. This is shown from the results of testing the hypothesis by t-test using SPSS 16 software, obtained tcount = 3.123> ttable 2,000. From the test results also known the average value of the experimental class post-test of 88.00 while the average value of the post-test of the control class was 82.25 which means that the experimental class taught using the brain-based learning model has a higher value than the class controls that are taught using conventional learning models

Abstract

Budaya Indonesia saat ini memasuki era revolusi industri 4.0 yang mengharuskan semua sumber daya diintegrasikan dan memiliki konektivitas ke teknologi, komunikasi, dan data besar untuk menciptakan produk dan layanan cerdas. Sistem pendidikan di Indonesia termasuk dalam sistem ini. Dunia pendidikan, dunia bisnis, dan pemerintah harus bekerja secara diam-diam dalam sistem triple helix untuk menciptakan peluang baru untuk mencapai Indonesia Emas 2045. Menurut Etzkowitz & Leydesdorff triple helix adalah tempat akademisi dengan sumber daya, ilmu pengetahuan dan fokus teknologi tentang menghasilkan berbagai temuan dan inovasi yang berlaku. Kapitalisasi bisnis yang memberikan manfaat ekonomi dan manfaat bagi masyarakat. Pemerintah menjamin dan menjaga stabilitas hubungan mereka dengan regulasi yang kondusif. Faktanya adalah, meskipun Indonesia dianggap baik dalam menghasilkan lulusan dari berbagai universitas, tenaga kerja para sarjana belum terserap dengan baik dalam pekerjaan revolusi industri 4.0, yang sekarang hampir semuanya bersinggungan dengan teknologi digital. Untuk alasan ini, universitas sebagai penyedia pendidikan harus mulai merevolusi manajemen pendidikan mereka dengan bermitra dengan universitas atau perusahaan secara lebih spesifik sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri yang berdaya saing global, menyediakan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi yang kritis, praktis, sensitif dan adaptif untuk perubahan yang cepat dalam lingkungan industri dan ekonomi, dan menekankan pentingnya penguasaan data dan teknologi informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan data dan observasi, dengan studi literasi sebagai tambahan. Penelitian ini mengharapkan kemampuan universitas dalam mengelola pendidikan untuk mempersiapkan lulusan mereka di era revolusi industri 4.0.

Abstract

Tindak tutur merupakan suatu kajian ilmu yang dibahas dalam pragmatik yang melibatkan pembicara, pendengar atau pun penulis, pembaca serta yang dibicarakan. Dalam penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa jenis tindak tutur pada tokoh dalam Film The Raid Redemption  yang berupa tuturan yang disampaikan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa peristiwa tindak tutur pada tokoh-tokoh pada film The Raid Redemption, yang dilakukan selama kurang lebih satu bulan dari bulan Januari 2020 hingga Februari 2020, dan pengambilan data dilakukan selama 1 bulan. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa (1) Peneliti sebagai instrument utama, (2) Laptop, sebagai dokumentasi dan alat transkripsi data, (3) Tabel Indikator Penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode simak, yakni metode simak bebas libat cakap, teknik observasi, teknik catat, dan teknik rekaman. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini bersumber dari jenis tindak tutur yang dituturkan oleh tokoh-tokoh pada film The raid Redemption.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana pemerolehan bahasa anak usia 03-05 tahun di RT 02 ditinjau dari segi sintaksis pada jenis kalimat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pemerolehan bahasa pada jenis kalimat pada anak usia 03-05 tahun di RT 02 Desa Tambak Oso. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskripif kualitatif. Sumber data yang diambil oleh peneliti yaitu anak usia 03-05 tahun di RT 02 Desa Tambak Oso, dengan data berupa kalimat. Total data keseluruhan berjumlah 88 data. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode simak dalam penelitian ini memiliki teknik dasar yaitu berupa teknik sadap, metode simak libat cakap, teknik catat, dan teknik rekaman. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode agih dan metode padan. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, pemerolehan bahasa anak usia 03-05 tahun lebih banyak diperoleh pada kalimat deklaratif yaitu sebanyak 52 data. Kedua, pemerolehan bahasa anak usia 03-05 tahun lebih banyak diperoleh pada kalimat interogatif ini didapatkan data sebanyak 15 data. Ketiga, pemerolehan bahasa anak usia 03-05 tahun lebih banyak diperoleh pada kalimat imperative mendapatkan data sebanyak 21 data.

Abstract

Tindak tutur merupakan suatu kajian ilmu yang dibahas dalam pragmatik yang melibatkan pembicara, pendengar ataupun penulis, pembaca serta yang dibicarakan. Sedangkan pragmatik sendiri merupakan kajian dalam ilmu linguistik yang membahas terkait makna dan maksud serta penafsiran tuturan seorang mitra tutur. Dalam penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk menganalisis suatu “Fungsi Tindak Tutur Guru dan Siswa di TK Yunior Manyar Rejo, Kelurahan Menur Pumpungan Kecamatan Sukolilo Surabaya”. Penelitian ini membahas terkait fungsi tindak tutur yang meliputi fungsi asertif, komisif, direktif, ekspresif, dan deklaratif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakan metode simak bebas libat cakap dengan cara melakukan perekamanperistiwa pertuturan guru dan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dengan alat berupa handphone, dan metode simak libat cakap yakni dalam melakukan bentuk wawancara kepada guru kelas TK B dan kepala sekolah untuk mendapatkan data pendukung. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka didapatkan data fungsi tindak tutur asertif yakni berupa tuturan melaporkan, pernyataan, menyarankan, dan menawarkan, fungsi tindak tutur komisif yakni berupa tuturan mengusulkan sesuatu, fungsi tindak tutur direktif yakni berupa tuturan memerintah, menasihati, melarang, mengajak, dan menyarankan, fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif yakni berupa tuturan ucapan terima kasih, ucapan selamat, pujian, kritikan, dan permohonan maaf dan fungsi tindak tutur deklaratif yakni berupa tuturan menghukum dan menetapkan.

Abstract

This research focuses on imagery in the poetry collection “Perempuan Yang Tergusur” by W.S. Rendra. While the aim of this research is to describe the various types of imagery in the collection of poems “Perempuan Yang Tergusur” by W.S. Rendra. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. While the type of research used is library research. The research data focused on written data regarding the imagery aspect contained in the collection of poems “Perempuan Yang Tergusur” by W.S. Rendra. For data collection, the techniques used are reading techniques and note-taking techniques. The results of the analysis of the poetry of Perempuan Yang Digusur found 5 (five) forms of imagery, namely: (1) visual imagery; (2) auditory imagery; (3) olfactory imagery; (4) tactile imagery, and; (5) motion image. The imagery in the poem "“Perempuan Yang Tergusur” is described by the character "you", namely "evicted women" which is a representation of reality that occurs in marginalized communities who live in various big cities with various kinds of suffering and various injustices that they experience

Abstract

The art of music is part of student sub-subjects at primary and secondary education levels, and is an extra school curriculum activity with the hope of increasing interest that supports multiple intelligences (music) and student creativity. The music practice process has several learning method approaches, one of which is the improve method which is seen as able to support increasing students' intelligence and creativity. So the aim of this research is to test the effect of music improvement training methods on students' creativity and intelligence. Real experimental research was carried out using a pretest-post test design model involving a control group. Data was collected through checklists (assessment sheets) from three music instructors to measure musical creativity and intelligence. The results of the hypothesis testing analysis through the paired sample t test showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the improvement method on musical intelligence, both in the experimental group and the control group; there was a positive and significant influence of the music improvement method on students' creativity in the experimental group, whereas in the control group there was no evidence of an increase in creativity; and there is a significant difference in musical intelligence and increased creativity between the experimental group, namely students who practice music using improved methods, and the control group, namely students who practice using non-improved methods.

Abstract

Science lessons often involve conceptual material that requires visualization to facilitate students’ understanding. In the fifth grade science learning process, it was found that students had difficulty understanding the subject, lacked enthusiasm for reading,  and the learning media used were monotonous and uninteresting. Consequently, this affected students’ logical thinking abilities. The purpose of this research is to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the Science Comic (KOMSA) media as a tool to facilitate the logical thinking abilities and reading habits of fifth-grade students in elementary school, specifically on the topic of the water cycle. This study is a developmental research using the 4D approach (define, design, develop, disseminate) with a one-group pretest-posttest design technique conducted at Pangudiluhur Ambarawa Elementary School. The discussion results obtained an average percentage of 87%. The trial results indicated that the learning media falls into the category of high effectiveness with a percentage of 77.18%. Therefore, the Science Comic (KOMSA) as a learning media is deemed suitable and effective for facilitating logical thinking abilities and reading habits.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Quizizz on the cognitive and critical thinking abilities of UPTD students at Sabiyan State Elementary School. The research method used is quantitative analysis with an experimental research design. This research uses test instruments in the form of cognitive ability and critical thinking questions. The population in this study was class IV students at UPTD SD Negeri Sabiyan totaling 50 students, while the sample in this study was class IV-A students totaling 50 students and class IV-B with a total number of 25 students. The results of the study showed that 1) Test The independent sample T-Test in the cognitive posttest average column for class A students using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by the Quizizz application was 81.60, while in the column the average posttest for class B with conventional learning was 76.60. 2) Independent sample T-Test in the average cognitive posttest column for class A students using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by the quizizz application was 81.60, while in the average posttest column for class B with conventional learning was 71.60.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning Model on Students' Independence and Understanding in Fiqh Subjects in Class X Ma Nurul Hikmah. The research method used is quantitative using a quasi-experimental research design with the One Group Pretest-Posttest type. This research uses test and non-test instruments. The population in this study were class X students at MA Nurul Hikmah, while the samples were classes X-1 and The research results were based on hypothesis testing using SPSS. The first hypothesis obtained a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 then the problem based learning model can influence learning independence in Fiqh subjects. The second hypothesis obtains a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 then the problem based learning model can influence students' understanding of Fiqh subjects.
