Abstract

This research aims to reveal audiences reflection about propaganda of Palestine Liberation that presented through nationalism value  in film wathani al-ghali based on Stuart Hall Perspective. This research is  decriptive qualitative. The subject of this research are 40 students of Arabic  Languange and Literature in UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim by purposive sampling based on curent criteria. The results of this research showed that actualization of  nationalism value in film wathani al-ghali are about 18 in various form as  propaganda of Palestine Liberation. Those actualization are blatant uprising,  being killed for Palestine’s defenses, fooling the Israeli army and attacking  them. Audience receptions for the representation nationalism value in the film  interpreted into a reflection of propaganda of Palestine Liberation. Percentage  of audiences are 78% are in dominant hegemony position, 22% are in  negoitation position, and no ocucupies for the opposition. Some underlying  factors are background knowledge that related to Palestinian conflict, simple  flow, and also getting much moral values from the film.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pada masa Abbasiyah akhir adalah masa keruntuhan umat Islam khususnya di bidang politik, diantara sebab eksternal kemunduran Abbasiyah adalah munculnya perang salib. Perang salib yang dianggap merupakan perang antar agama sempat membuat situasi perpolitikan Abbasiyah kacau balau dan memanas. Namun perkembangan bahasa dan sastra khususnya puisi pada era ini tetap berjalan. Banyak penyair yang muncul pada masa keruntuhan Abbasiyah ini, salah satunya adalah Ibnu al-Khiyath. Makalah ini akan membahas tentang struktur puisi Ibnu al-Khiyath dilihat dari sisi struktur sekaligus makna, karena puisi menggunakan banyak-tanda-tanda. Sehingga metode Riffatere dipergunakan untuk menjelaskan unsur instrinsik dari puisi Ibnu al-Khiyath melalui pembacaan heuristik dan hermenetik sastra.Kata kunci: Strukturalisme Semiotik, Ibnu al-Khiyath, Era Perang Salib.

Abstract

Abbasiyah time was a golden period in the era of glory in all fields of science. This time was marked by the development of religious and non-religious sciences, as well as literature. Maqamat art was one type of Abbasiyah prose that experienced rapid development, with Badiuzzaman al-Hamdani as a figure whose maqamat work consist of human values. Maqamat is a short story that contains the events of the main characters narrated by certain narrators. The language style is mostly in the form of 'and badi' and ends with advice.This study purposes to describe the characteristics in Badiuzzaman al-Hamdani’s Maqamat and explain human values in Badiuzzaman al-Hamdani’s Maqamat. Data collection is conducted with documentations and heuristic techniques and analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study explain: 1) Five characteristics in Badiuzzaman al-Hamdani’s Maqamat consist of themes, characterizations, plot, background and point of view, and 2) Moral values portrayed in Badiuzzaman al-Hamdani’s Maqamat are human values and justice values. Keywords: Badiuzzaman al-Hamdani’s Maqamat, characteristics, content analysis, moral values

Abstract

Teaching material has an important role in learning, so in providing good teaching materials, it must refer to the principles of the preparation of good teaching books, one of which is the principle of education. This study aimed to analyze Maharah al-Qiraah 2 material in Arabic and Letters Department base on the principle of education, namely: curriculum, syllabus, and suitability material content, suitability presentation of material and language used. The type research is descriptive qualitative research by content analysis. The result of this research explain from suitability of the content Maharah al-Qiraah 2  material suitable by the curriculum and syllabus in Arabic language and Letters Department that aimed to analyze the discourses in learning material. The suitability of presentation material suitable by the gradation start from easy material to difficult material, but need to choose the argumentative topics and reformulating the argumentative questions in exercises  which support students to critical thingking.

Abstract

Dewasa ini beberapa ahli dan praktisi pendidikan juga telah memberikan gagasan tentang peran karya sastra dalam pendidikan karakter anak. Tak dipungkiri lagi bahwa karya sastra memilki peran penting dalam dunia pendidikan.  Cerita pendek sebagai salah satu bentuk karya sastra dalam wilayah kepenulisan kreatif bisa dijadikan media bagi pembelajaran keadilan dan kesetaraan gender di kalangan remaja dan juga anak-anak. Remaja saat ini sudah mengenal bacaan-bacaan fiksi berupa cerita pendek, cerita bersambung, novel bahkan cerita bergambar atau komik. Sementara itu, tidak dipungkiri bahwa sebuah karya, sebuah cerita khususnya, tidak lepas dari latar belakang penulisnya.    Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Madrasah Aliyah Al Hidayah Desa Wajak, Kecamatan Wajak,  Kabupaten Malang sebagai lokusnya. Dan hasil dari penelitian ini adalahterjadi perubahan pada siswa setelah dilakukan pendampingan; 1) siswa memiliki pengetahuan dan informasi tentang gender dan aspek-aspeknya, 2) perubahan pola pikir untuk memperlakukan secara adil dan setara antara laki-laki dan perempuan baik itu di rumah, di sekolah, dan di lingkungan sekitar, dan 3) siswa mampu meletakkan isu keadilan gender dalam cerita pendeknya.Kata Kunci: cerita pendek, berkeadilan gender, pendidikan

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to investigate the use of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Cooperative Learning Model in enhancing collaboration among students in the Arabic qawaid material. The study examines the technical implementation steps of STAD and evaluates its impact on students' awareness of collaboration. A qualitative research approach with a case study design was employed. The participants consisted of students engaged in the implementation of STAD. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings revealed that the technical implementation steps of STAD significantly contribute to improving collaboration among students. The students exhibited increased awareness of the importance of collaboration in achieving common academic goals. However, it was also found that enhancing collaboration requires consistent time and effort. This research holds important implications for the development of cooperative learning in the educational environment and provides recommendations for teachers and educational practitioners to effectively implement STAD and enhance collaboration among students. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dalam meningkatkan kerja sama antara siswa di materi qawaid bahasa Arab. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memperhatikan langkah-langkah teknis implementasi STAD dan mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap kesadaran siswa tentang kerja sama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas yang terlibat dalam implementasi STAD. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa langkah-langkah teknis implementasi STAD dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kerja sama di antara siswa. Para siswa mengalami peningkatan kesadaran tentang pentingnya kerja sama dalam mencapai tujuan akademik yang sama. Namun, ditemukan pula bahwa peningkatan kerja sama membutuhkan waktu dan upaya yang konsisten. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam pengembangan pembelajaran kooperatif di lingkungan pendidikan dan memberikan rekomendasi bagi guru dan praktisi pendidikan dalam menerapkan STAD secara efektif untuk meningkatkan kerja sama di antara siswa.

Abstract

Literary works have a relationship with social conditions. such as in Mauthini's short story which discusses the state of the Palestinian people who are under attack by Israel. The purpose of this article: 1) To describe the portrait of the suffering experienced by the Palestinian people (2) To describe the portrait of the sacrifices of the Palestinian people during the uprising. This type of research is qualitative, descriptive, and literature. Data collection uses reading and note-taking techniques. The technical analysis of this research data is data reduction, data exposure and conclusion drawing. The results of this study have found a portrait of the suffering and sacrifice of the Palestinian people that shows the concept of the sociology of literature by Alan Swingewood. In the portrait of the suffering of the Palestinian population, there are 5 quotes that contain elements of suffering: (1) Wounded with blood. (2) Scream in heart (3) Victims fall. (4) Destruction of housing (5) Children victims of Israeli attacks. (6) Oppressed Palestine. In the portrait of the sacrifice of the Palestinian population kesimpulan, there are 3 quotes about the suffering of the Palestinian population: (1) Sacrificing their faith. (2) Muhammad's courage to the last drop of blood. (3) Sacrifice with Muhammad's martyrdom in the short story "Mauthini" by Amani Ismail. Keywords: Short Story, Palestine, Suffering, Sacrifice

Abstract

Parnasianism is a genre that emerged as a result of its rejection of the Romantic genre. While romanticism exaggerates the subjectivity and emotions, parnasianism genre promotes its inverse. It highlights 'the literature for the literature itself’ which means breaking away from moral and social goals. Through literature study, this study aims to reveal from the historical point of view the emergence of the Parnasianism genre, the forms and models of works, figures, and critics of the Parnasian genre. The result of this study reveals that parnasianism emerged in the mid-nineteenth century as a form of rejection of the romanticism genre since it was too subjective. Thus, this genre emerged with the theme of objectivity towards literary works. The figures in this genre include Leconte de Wisle, Charles Baudelaire, Mala Raimah, Ghautah, Bodler, Benjamin, Kofstan, Victor Kuzan, Ghustav Flaubert, and Thufail. The figures that critic this genre are Walid Qassab, as well as the poet and the writer of Sidney.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of Take and Give (TG) method in learning Arabic could increase students’ vocabulary mastery at MTs Negeri 1 Pati. This was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles, each of which includes 3 stages, namely 1) planning, 2) implementing and observation, and 3) reflection. Data collection techniques were tests and non-tests. While the research instruments were pre-test items, post-test items and observation sheets. Data were analyzed using comparative descriptive technique by comparing the learning outcomes of pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. As a result, Take and Give method could be used as an alternative teaching method to learn mufradat (vocabulary). The students’ learning outcome increased significantly from the initial conditions (pre-cycle) with 21.05% KKM completeness, then increased about 47.37% in cycle I and increased again to 92.11% in cycle II. This meets the indicators of success that at least 75% of all students achieve learning mastery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek psikologis dakwah dalam kitab “Al-Futuhat al-Makkiyah” karya Ibnu Arabi, khususnya nilai dan makna spiritual. Buku ini merupakan kumpulan utama metafisika, kosmologi, antropologi spiritual, psikologi, dan yurisprudensi, dan dianggap sebagai jantung ajaran spiritual Ibnu Arabi. Fokus utama dalam Futuhat adalah serangkaian kualitas dan kapasitas spiritual khusus yang menandai tahap spiritual khusus ini (manzil), yang dianggap simbolis oleh Ibn Arabi dalam berbagai tradisi yang berkaitan dengan peran eskatologis Mahdi dan "Pembantunya" atau " Para menteri", tetapi yang ditegaskannya bahwa hal ini telah disadari oleh para wali (awliya') yang telah mencapai tingkat pemahaman spiritual ini, yang telah mencapai "akhir zaman". Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kajian mengenai nilai dan makna spiritual dalam kitab ini dapat digunakan dalam dakwah, dan penerapannya dalam konteks keberagamaan umat Islam modern.
