Abstract

Research objectives To know the influence of brand image to buy product decisions Mustika Ratu in the employee hospital mothers Hope. Methods with a quantitative approach. Population and samples of 30 respondents using saturated sampling techniques and data analysis techniques: Simple regression assisted by SPSS. The results showed that the brand image of the t value is greater than t table that is 2.582> 1.703 and the value of sig, 016 because sig smaller 0.05 results show brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while for the price variable t value greater than t table is 2.329> 1.703 and sig 0.028 smaller than 0.05 indicates that the price variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: brand image, price, purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job descriptions and job specifications on employee performance at PT. Murfa Surya Mahardika Merauke Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Murfa Surya Mahardika Branch Merauke, totaling 36 people. The sample in this study amounted to 36 people with the determination using the nonprobability sampling method. The research approach used is a quantitative approach and uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 23. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis that has been processed, the equation Y = 0.300 + 0.455 + 0.554) + e. From the results of hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test, it shows that the variables of job description and job specifications have a significant effect partially or simultaneously on the performance of the employees of PT. Murfa Surya Mahardika Branch Merauke. This is evidenced by the tcount of Job Description (X1) 3,834> ttable 1,692 with a significant level of 0.001 <0.05 so that Ha is accepted H0 is rejected. The tcount value of Job Specifications (X2) 4.805 > ttable 1.692 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 so that Ha is accepted H0 is rejected. Then the value of Fcount 262,900> Ftable 3,28 with a significant level of 0,000 <0.05 so that Ha is accepted H0 is rejected. The value of R Square is 0.937, which means that all independent variables jointly affect the performance of the employees of PT. Murfa Surya Mahardika Branch Merauke amounted to 93.7% while the remaining 6.3% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether individualism and high willingness to take risks significantly influence the performance of each workforce and whether creativity mediates between individualism and high willingness to take risks on the performance of all workers. The place of this research is located in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Merauke Regency, Papua Province. The population and sample of this research are the total workforce of 99 people. The method of data collection uses the questionnaire method (questionnaire) which uses a list of questions directly from the respondent. Data analysis techniques in this study used SEM analysis through the operation of the AMOS program. The results of the study explained that 1) Individualime influences performance, 2) Willingness to take risks influences performance, 3) Creativity influences performance, 4) Individualime influences performance through creativity as mediation, 5) Willingness to take risks influences workforce performance through creativity as mediation in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) of the Merauke Regency, Papua Province.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial pada perusahaan BUMN, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja manajerial pada perusahaan BUMN, dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja manajerial pada perusahaan BUMN yang ada di kota Merauke. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah statistik diskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer, metode pengambilan sampel dengan cara proporsive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada perusahaan BUNM, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada perusahaan BUNM dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada perusahaan BUNM.

Abstract

Kampung Hidup Baru is one of the villages in the Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency, where the majority of the population makes their living as farmers. One of the agricultural commodities cultivated is horticultural crops, including chili plants. This commodity has the potential to be developed because it is supported by the availability of unused empty land and fertile soil conditions. Chili plants are a type of horticultural plant that has great business opportunities to be developed in Merauke. The large need for this commodity makes chilies a promising commodity. The high demand for chilies is due to the fact that they can be used as a spice in cooking and in the food industry. The chili plant is currently being developed by farmers in Kampung Hidup Baru even though economically it is not yet the main source of income. This is due to farmers' lack of understanding of marketing management, business management and group management which is not yet optimal. Therefore, with the Partner Village Development (PDM) activity, the implementing team will provide full participation in solving the problems faced by farmers, both aspects of cultivation, management and marketing. Implementation of activities includes counseling and technical guidance as a medium for transferring knowledge and technology to partners, which will be carried out en masse, through groups and individuals. The solution offered in implementing the service program is through non-physical and physical activities which are expected to (a) increase knowledge about the importance of innovation in business, (b) increase knowledge about group management, (c) improve marketing management, (d) improve the farmer's economy
