Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether individualism and high willingness to take risks significantly influence the performance of each workforce and whether creativity mediates between individualism and high willingness to take risks on the performance of all workers. The place of this research is located in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Merauke Regency, Papua Province. The population and sample of this research are the total workforce of 99 people. The method of data collection uses the questionnaire method (questionnaire) which uses a list of questions directly from the respondent. Data analysis techniques in this study used SEM analysis through the operation of the AMOS program. The results of the study explained that 1) Individualime influences performance, 2) Willingness to take risks influences performance, 3) Creativity influences performance, 4) Individualime influences performance through creativity as mediation, 5) Willingness to take risks influences workforce performance through creativity as mediation in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) of the Merauke Regency, Papua Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and brand image partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Liza Bakery products. The population in this study were all customers who purchased Liza Bakery products as many as 1201 customers. The sample in this study amounted to 92 respondents with a determination using purposive sampling. The research approach used is a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 26 tool. From the results of statistical data analysis, it shows that promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Liza Bakery products. This can be seen from the results of the t test in which the value of tcount is obtained. 6.768 > ttable 1.986 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. The results of statistical data analysis show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Liza Bakery products. This can be seen from the results of the t test in which the value of tcount is 22,560 > ttable 1.986 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. This it can be concluded that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. The results of this study indicate that together (simultaneously) the promotion and brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision variable with an Fcount value of 632.839 with a significant level for X1 and X2 to Y of 0.000 and a Ftable value of 3. 10. Thus it can be concluded that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to explain the analysis of needs, methods, benefits, supporting factors, inhibiting factors and training evaluation methods and human resource development strategies on CV. Cakrawala. This research is a qualitative approach. The method of data collection used is observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The results of this study explain the strategy of training activities and human resource development on CV Cakrawala which is run based on the analysis of the work requirements of employees. The method used is the method in the classroom and the method of training in work. Training and development strategies are believed to be beneficial for employees and companies in an effort to increase competency so that the final results can be assessed, namely the results of their work. Basically a company engaged as a goods distributor fully supports the existence of training and strategic development activities. The attention of top management and employee motivation is less a limiting factor in attending training. Evaluation of activities is carried out through sharing sessions between employees and top management.

Abstract

Making Cattle Feed Using a Chopper is a community service activity in a community partnership program that aims to assist breeders in making efficient cattle feed. Farmers are given assistance on how to make animal feed using a chopper with grass ingredients that are usually given to cattle. Making feed using a chopper can combine other feed ingredients into one such as grass, banana stems, corncobs, and others. With this feed, it is hoped that the cattle will fatten up faster, which of course will affect sales so that it can directly improve the farmer's economy. The implementation of this program will go through several stages including activity socialization, technology preparation, technology workshops, technology implementation, evaluation, publication, and final reporting.

Abstract

Literasi baca perlu diterapkan sedari dini, karena merupakan periode emas dalam perkembangan otak manusia. Membaca merupakan dasar yang perlu dibangun. Pemberantasan buta aksara merupakan program pendidikan non formal dimana pemerintah berupaya untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat serta mengentaskan kebodohan dan kemiskinan. Daerah Onggatmit Merauke, Papua Selatan merupakan daerah yang didiami oleh Orang Asli Papua dari suku Asmat atau yang dikenal dengan daerah Primapun. Kondisi sosial masyarakat pada daerah ini masih memiliki perekonomian dalam kategori kurang mampu, yang berdampak bagi anak-anak. Hal ini dikarenakan anak-anak harus membantu orang tua dalam bekerja, oleh karena itu kebutuhan belajar dikesampingkan. Akibatnya anak-anak suku Asmat Primapun memiliki literasi baca yang rendah, terlebih terdapat anak-anak yang buta aksara. Upaya untuk membantu memberantas buta aksara perlu mendapatkan perhatian serius. Peningkatan pengetahuan bagi anak-anak suku Asmat di Merauke sangat diperlukan, salah satunya dengan pelatihan literasi baca bermuatan pendidikan inklusif. Tahapan pengabdian ini ada 5 tahap meliputi tahap persiapan, tahapan penyusuan bahan pelatihan, tahap sosialisasi, tahap implementasi, tahap monitoring dan evaluasi. Jumlah anak-anak yang mengikuti pelatihan sebanyak 40 anak. Metode pelatihan adalah observasi, ceramah, persiapan alat dan bahan, pelatihan, pendampingan, diskusi dan evaluasi. Pengabdian ini berlangsung selama 1 bulan dari bulan November hingga Desember 2023. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah berjalan dengan lancar terbukti tercapainya indikator luaran yaitu mampu mengenali huruf, mampu mengeja, dan mampu membaca.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at the Hawai Bakery Agen Merauke outlet. (2) To determine the influence of price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Hawai Bakery Agen Merauke outlet. (3) The approach taken in this research uses a quantitative research approach and the population in this research is 4,757 with a research sample of 94 people. The research results show that product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is proven by the calculated t value being greater than the t table value, namely 2.600 > 1.985 with a significant level of 0.011 < 0.05 for the purchasing decision variable and a value of 10.615 > 1.985 for the price variable with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05
