Abstract

Constructivism, as a philosophical paradigm, seems to be a good explanation in understanding the entrepreneurial learning process that builds meaning through experience with the business world. This study aims to explore the learning process of student entrepreneurship from a constructivist perspective and try to understand how students learn to become entrepreneurs in the context of higher education. This research is based on the learning of a small group of Sharia Economics study program students who take entrepreneurship modules at Sunan Giri University Surabaya Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the student learning process is seen as a very valuable experience and is based on all types of interactions in the classroom according to the situation outside their class. Entrepreneurship development is supported by an experience approach to learning, action-based and student-centered, focusing on developing skills and competencies related to entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of the wisdom of Idariyah in the management of Islamic education. This research is a literature study. Data collection methods used are studies taken from books that discuss Noah and management of Islamic education. The results of this study are Islamic education is an organization based on the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet, so the management must be absolutely perfect in all aspects. Noah was a model of an outstanding leader in dealing with the problems of his people, firmly defending the truth, never giving up and not caring about demons who discouraged his preaching. His perseverance and determination must be set as an example by today's leaders.

Abstract

Studying the yellow book cannot be separated from the world of pesantrenan because it becomes a mandatory book (Al-Pole Al-Mukarrarah) which is almost sacred since the fifth century, XIII H, XI and XIII M and to this day continues dynamically in boarding schools especially those in pondok Salaf boarding school. This research formulates to describe the application of the Amtsilati method. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with data sources obtained through interview and documentation observations. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of the Amtsilati method in the learning of Nahwu Shorof to accelerate the study of the yellow book is good enough to be seen from the way of its application. For this reason the application of the Amtsilati method for a quick way to learn the Yellow Book at Pondok Pesantren X by presenting a professional teacher from the Amsilati method as a teacher.

Abstract

The study aims to find out the existing condition of the effectiveness of the MEC Education and Training program collaboration in collaboration with internal and external institutions in enabling the orphans of the education and training participants to obtain job opportunities; and The condition of the ongoing process of the MEC Education and Training collaboration program in the independence of the orphans of the training participants; 3) The condition of independence of the orphans after participating in the Yatim Mandiri MEC Education and Training program with internal and external institutions in obtaining job opportunities. This research is qualitative field research with a descriptive approach through a before - after analysis of program participants. The research object that will be developed in this research is the effectiveness of the MEC Education and Training program collaboration with internal and external institutions in enabling the underprivileged team of training participants to get job opportunities. The results of this study conclude, that the overall assessment of indicators from various assessment categories is on: 1) the existing condition of the MEC Education and Training program collaboration with internal and external institutions in making the orphans of the education and training participants get job opportunities; 2) The condition of the ongoing process of the MEC Education and Training collaboration program in establishing the poor team of training participants; 3) The condition of independence of the orphans after participating in the Yatim Mandiri MEC Education and Training program with internal and external institutions in obtaining job opportunities; shows a positive assessment close to the "good" category or shows "effective" results. This means that the MEC education and training collaboration with internal and external institutions for poor orphans has shown "effective" results in obtaining job opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to find out if there are differences in the use of big books on reading literacy between visually educated students and non-visual students at MINU Waru 1. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of comparison. The study population was 84 students in grade 1, with a sample of 64 students divided into grades 1A, 1B, and 1C. Through observation, students are classified their intelligence levels and with tests to measure reading literacy levels. The results were analyzed using independent sample t-test that was previously done prerequisite test, namely normality test and homogeneity test, using SPSS application version 22. Independent sample t-test results showed a significance value of < 0.05 is (0.000 < 0.05) for the pretest, and a significance value of < 0.05 is (0.008 < 0.05) for posttest. From these results, Ho was rejected and Ha received which means there is a difference in the use of big book media to read literacy between grade I students who have visual intelligence and non-visual students at MINU Waru 1 Sidoarjo

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a balanced scorecard-based strategy formulation step concept from Kaplan and Norton's strategy formulation theory, to formulate a mosque's economic independence strategy. This study is expected to provide general guidelines for formulating strategies to build mosque self-sufficiency. Through Basic Qualitative Research, this research was analyzed using a content analysis approach. The results of the study show that the steps in formulating the strategy include: 1) establishing the vision and mission of the mosque's economic business in line with the vision and mission of the mosque, 2) conducting a SWOT (strengths-weaknesses-opportunities- threats) analysis, by making adjustments to the financial perspective, namely the stakeholders are mosques, donors (as investors) and empowered communities, 3) formulating strategies using the matrix and logical thinking Strategy map.

Abstract

One of the prominent trends in modern creative organizations is involving organizational stakeholders in idea development, promoting cooperation, sharing knowledge, and fostering creative expression. Changes in the value writing process have become essential factors in creating innovation. This research aims to analyze how innovative organizations, such as publishers, utilize their ability to manage communication channels to foster stakeholder involvement in the value writing process collectively during innovation. Through a case study approach, this research involves 25 Islamic publishers of the Indonesian Publishers Association, utilizing websites and the social network Facebook as communication tools. The research findings indicate that idea and project development, networking, collaboration, knowledge sharing, opportunities for non-formal learning, discussion platform creation, and feedback are crucial factors driving stakeholder involvement in enhancing added value in the innovation process
