Abstract

In starting a business, a marketing strategy is one of the most important things. There is a lot of competition in doing business, so the marketing strategy must be carried out as well as possible so that the results are in accordance with the plan and can win the market. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research on marketing strategies in terms of Islamic economics. With this background, business people must pay attention to marketing strategies in order to compete with other business people in accordance with sharia economic principles. The problem in this study is how the marketing strategy of Mbah Darsih's Angkringan restaurant in facing business competition and whether the marketing strategy of Mbah Darsih's Angkringan restaurant is in accordance with Islamic economic principles. The aim is to find out the marketing strategy used by Mbah Darsih's Angkringan restaurant and the suitability of the marketing strategy used with Islamic business principles. The data in this study were obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results obtained in this study Angkringan Mbah Darsih restaurant using a strategy commonly called the marketing mix where Angkringan Mbah Darsih is very concerned about product quality, promotional activities, price, and place. Angkringan Mbah Darsih in implementing its marketing strategy in accordance with Islamic business principles, namely siddiq, amanah, tabligh, fathonah. The shortcomings of Mbah Darsih's Angkringan restaurant in carrying out its strategy are the lack of consistency in carrying out promotional activities and the lack of available parking space.

Abstract

At the end of 2019 there was a global change due to the corona virus disease which was then called Covid-19 which first appeared in Wuhan, China. WHO officially announced this respiratory virus as a pandemic in March 2020. Covid-19 has caused the death rate to continue to increase both in the world and in Indonesia. Covid-19 affects various sectors, one of the sectors most affected is the economic sector. It is known that during the Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesia's GDP decreased, the unemployment rate increased, and also in the microeconomic sector many MSMEs experienced a decline in business and even bankruptcy. Whereas MSMEs are one of the most influential sectors for GDP in Indonesia. MSME turnover has decreased while MSMEs need capital assistance for their business. To overcome and support MSMEs, the role of financial institutions is very much needed. One of the Financial Institutions that plays a role in providing capital for MSMEs is Islamic Banking, this is because Islamic Banking focuses on the real sector, even though on the Islamic Banking side there needs to be a strategy before providing financing so that Islamic Banking can maintain financial stability during this pandemic. Therefore, this research is entitled: Strategy of Islamic Banks in Microfinance during the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study of BSI KCP Sentul). With the formulation of the problem; (1) Problems encountered in microfinance at BSI KCP Sentul during the pandemic; (2) Solutions to problems encountered in microfinance at BSI KCP Sentul during the pandemic; (3) Strategy of BSI KCP Sentul in microfinance during the pandemic. The method used is descriptive qualitative by interviewing 3 people from BSI KCP Sentul. This study uses primary data, namely interviews. The results of this study are: (1) the problems faced are in the form of internal problems which include performance such as weak financing analysis, limited human resources in the field of financing settlement, weaknesses in bank policies that apply high product prices, and also access to Islamic banking which is still difficult to reach. Meanwhile, the external problems faced in the form of problems stemming from the character of customers, covid-19, government regulations, and the legality of MSMEs; (2) The solution from the internal banking side is to carry out managerial supervision of the Bank and conduct regular communication to customers, improve the capacity of human resources in terms of micro-financing, and provide indirect financing through BPRS; (3) The first banking strategy is to provide financing to MSMEs that are not significantly affected by Covid-19, establish a microfinance service center, and provide lower margins. Abstract

Non-performing financing is one of the main parameters in assessing bank performance. Financing whose payments are stuck or cannot reach the specified minimum obligation value will cause the bank's performance to be unfavorable. So this study aims to determine the role and strategy of the Account Officer in minimizing the risk of financing problems at PT. BPRS Rif'atul Ummah Bogor. The research method that the researcher uses is a qualitative research approach, which consists of primary and secondary data. By using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, the role played by Account Officers in minimizing the risk of non-performing financing is by managing accounts, managing products, managing financing, managing sales, and managing profitability, which in general is monitoring and coaching customers from the initial process before financing is given to financing. is given to the customer. The strategy used by the Account Officer in minimizing the risk of non-performing financing is by analyzing financing proposals in the process of checking the Debtor Information System (SID), checking using 5C financing analysis, namely character, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition of economy as well as binding asset guarantees. customer. It is proven that the role and strategy carried out by the Account Officer is able to minimize the risk of non-performing financing on December 31, 2021 by 4.78%, which means it is already below the safe limit of Bank Indonesia. Abstract

Banking institutions establish institutions whose activities are related to currency to promote trade, one of the bank's business activities is to collect funds from the surplus side and allocate them to the deficit side in the form of credit or financing for investment activities. This study aims to determine the effect of musyarakah, mudharabah and mudharabah financing on net income. The method used by the researcher uses the quantitative method of secondary data obtained from the quarterly financial statements of the BPRS Bogor Tegar Berima 2017-2021 by using classical assumption test analysis, multiple linear tests, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination tests. Research results The results showed that partially musyarakah financing had a positive and significant effect on net income, mudharabah financing had a negative and insignificant effect on net income, and murabahah financing had a positive and insignificant effect on net income. Simultaneous research results between musyarakah, mudharabah and murabahah financing have a positive and significant effect on net income BPRS Bogor Tegar Beriman. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product knowledge, religiosity, product quality on the decision to buy halal processed foods. The independent variable in this study are product knowledge, religiosity dan product quality, while dependent variable is buy decision. The research method used is quantitative. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires with google form application which distributed to consumers who had bought dan consumed halal processed foods in Bogor city. Amount of respondents in this study as much as 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the approach Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study showing variable of product knowledge has a positive but not significant to product knowledge while religiosity and product quality variable have positive and significant to product knowledge. Abstract

Mobile banking is a service provided by banks in conducting transactions, can simplify, and expedite. Services that can be used anytime and anywhere. The existence of mobile banking services must be supported on aspects of security, convenience and trust. This study aims to determine the authority of security, convenience and customer trust in transactions using mobile banking. This data analysis method uses multiple regression. In multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis that has been proposed, process and discuss the data obtained. The results show that there is a significant effect between Security and Transaction Interests, there is a significant influence between Transaction Convenience and Interests, and there is an influence between Trust and Transaction Interests. Based on the results of the simultaneous analysis, it shows that Security, Ease, Trust partially affect Transaction Interest using mobile banking services. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the istishna contract in the convection and screen printing business of R. INDUSTRIES Bogor, as well as to explain the Muamalah Fiqh provisions in assessing the validity of the istishna contract in the convection and screen printing business of R. INDUSTRIES Bogor. This type of research is qualitative-descriptive research, using field research techniques, with direct observation and interviews with respondents namely one owner of clothing and screen printing services R. INDUSTRIES Bogor. The results of this study indicate that in general, istishna' contract transactions in the convection and screen printing business carried out by R. INDUSTRIES Bogor can be declared permissible or permissible. In a sense, transactions carried out are in accordance with the provisions of fiqh muamalah and do not contain elements that are are not permitted in muamalah fiqh, such as maysir, gharar, and usury. Abstract

Intense competition in the era of digital marketing and the use of social media requires entrepreneurs to adapt and formulate marketing strategies to survive and develop businesses. In the midst of business competition in capturing the market, fraud and fraudulent actions are vulnerable to be carried out. Moral and Islamic values are important to be implemented in the business operations that are carried out. Hana Nadhira is a business brand that was founded by a married couple and managed to take advantage of business opportunities through digital media with encouraging developments. This research is a qualitative research with the aim of analyzing how sharia marketing is implemented by Hana Nadhira Clothing in increasing profitability. The results of the research show that Hana Nadhira has succeeded in developing from a minimal profit with a narrow market coverage to a profitable business with a turnover of more than Rp. 50,000,000 per month and market penetrating overseas market. Continuous quality improvement in terms of products, promotions that are updated based on trends, as well as the use of communication media that is busy being used are the keys to the success of the business. Abstract

At the end of 2019, the world was shocked by Coronavirus Disease 2019, or what we often call Covid-19, this outbreak that has spread widely even across continents. Especially when it entered the middle of May 2021, the Covid-19 pandemic had soared to more than 163.218 million cases and even reached 3.384 million deaths. Covid-19 also had a major impact on economic growth in Indonesia, where previously economic growth in Indonesia was 5.3%, and some people predict that Indonesia's economic growth now only reaches 2% is obviously very different from before the existence of Covid-19. The impact that is most felt by MSME actors in Sukajadi Village Bogor District is a drastic decrease in income due to the difficulty of getting buyers there may also be some business actors whose income has increased, but how can they survive in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses 2 quantitative and qualitative methods in its direction: Paired Sample test with SPSS 16 software to measure the influence of income of MSME actors before and after the covid-19. From the results of the t-test (test) in this study, it is known that the Covid-19 variable has a significant positive effect on the income of MSME actors before and after the existence of Covid-19. Abstract

The outbreak of the COVID-19 Pandemic, has an impact on all activities globally, especially tourism activities. The number of tourists fell drastically in line with travel restrictions, both by land, sea and air transportation modes. This condition has worsened since the implementation of social distancing, physical distancing, and Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) to break the chain of spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. Saung Dolken Resort Bogor is one of the resorts affected by the Covid-19 pandemic where there is a decrease in visitors, which has an impact on operational activities. This study aims to examine the condition of hotels in Bogor and the survival strategies taken during the outbreak. The method used in this study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive qualitative approach methods and in-depth interview techniques and literature studies on books, scientific journals, and online news. The results of this study indicate that Saung Dolken Resort and Hotel Syariah can still survive during the covid-19 pandemic. The strategy is almost the same, namely by terminating employees permanently and temporarily, limiting the use of hotel facilities, spending efficiency, selling non-room products online, to refusing to refund bookings by changing the visit schedule.
