Abstract

This article aims to examine character education in primary age inclusion schools. Focus the discussion on research on the basic concepts of character education in inclusion schools, the process of character education planning in inclusion schools, how character education is implemented in inclusion schools, and how to monitor character education in inclusion schools. The approach used is a qualitative approach to library research. Data sources are obtained from books or journals relevant to this study. The data collection technique is to analyze character education in elementary age inclusion schools to obtain data from literature sources. Data analysis was conducted by examining the concept of character education in basic age inclusion schools using reference materials. The results of this study show that (1) character education planning in inclusion schools is carried out by meeting teacher work, socialization of all parties related to the school, and the preparation of a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), (2) in the application of character education in inclusion schools through integrating in learning, self-development through school culture as habituation, as well as inclusion education (3) character education monitoring in inclusion schools including observation and direct mentoring , identify the obstacles that occur, make improvements from the constraints that occur, as well as measure the success of the implementation of character education programs. Inclusion education is done well because of the intertwining of cooperation and support from various parties to change the way of thinking in doing social tolerance and humanizing people

Abstract

In the process of learning one important part is to communicate with questions and answers. The inquiry in the learning process is a submission of questions both factual and opinion beginning with the guidance of teachers until the learners can understand and can be a habit. This research aims to describe the ability to ask learners with the theme of my works subtheme of the types of work of thematic learning subjects and to illustrate the constraints experienced by students of class IV elementary School of State of Maguwoharjo 1 Sleman Yogyakarta school year 2019/2020. The research method used in this study is a qualitative DESCRIPSITF approach. The result of this study is the ability of the students to be different because of lack of confidence, the fear is wrong and fear of being laughed at his friends who are still attached to the learners, and a stupid assumption when asked. These shortcomings can be eliminated in the following ways 1) the need for teacher creativity in delivering learning with strategies, methods, and the media and the approach used. 2) The courage and confidence of learners who need to be thrust and motivated by both teachers and parents. 3) Create active learning activities so that students are eager to learn. Keywords: Ability to ask, learners, thematic learning.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji Keputusan Menteri Agama Nomor 211 Tahun 2011 tentang Pedoman Pengembangan Standar Nasional Pendidikan Islam pada Sekolah. Fokus pembahasan pada penelitian ini adalah urgensi kompetensi leadershipbagi guru, pengertian leadership, indikator kompetensi leadershipguru, dan cara menumbuhkan kompetensi leadership pada guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi pustaka (library research). Hasil dari penelitian ini mengenai pentingnya kompetensi leadership pada guru MI adalah 1) mendukung dan menguatkan empat kompetensi guru lainnya 2) bekal untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kepemimpinan pada peserta didik, 3) menjadi dasar, bekal, dan persiapan bagi guru ketika menjabat sebagai pimpinan atau kepala madrasah, dan 4) mempersiapkan peran guru di masyarakat. Langkah-langkah menumbuhkan kompetensi leadership pada guru MI adalah 1) mengikuti pelatihan, seminar, dan diklat, 2) aktif  berorganisasi, 3) menanamkan sikap optimis dan positivisme, dan 4) memberdayakan diri sendiri.Kata Kunci. kompetensi leadership, guru MI
