Abstract

Objective: This article aims to examine the scope of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility in Sharia banking as well as orientation that sharia banking should do in the 5.0 Society era.Design/approach: This writing uses a qualitative descriptive approach.Findings: In general, this article succeeded in formulate the form or orientation of Corporate Social Responsibility that should be implemented by sharia banking, more promoting community service that is minimal covering 6 dimensions, namely community settlements, energy, prevention/disaster mitigation, health, food and logistics.Originality/value: This paper is believed to be important and significant especially in an increasingly advanced age. With the emergence of the Society 5.0 is expected to synergize with Sharia banking CSR program to accelerate and provide effectiveness on the social responsibility of sharia banking that is perceived by the community, as well as the input for Sharia banking institutions so that the CSR program should be oriented to the acceleration of social welfare, to provide facilities to the community as a capital to face the global challenge.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk melihat apakah profesionalisme, kompetensi, independensi, dan pengalaman berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit. Penelitian ini menggunakan auditor BPKP Provinsi Bengkulu sebagai sampel. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% (0,05). Hasil dari pengujian tersebut adalah profesionalisme berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit, 2) kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit, 3) independensi berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit, 4) pengalaman berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit. Kata Kunci: profesionalisme, kompetensi, independensi, pengalaman, dan kualitas audit

Abstract

Risiko kerja tenaga medis dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan telah menjadikan mereka sebagai cluster terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19. Sebagai garda terdepan penanganan wabah ini maka diperlukan perhatian khusus terhadap mereka. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di RSUD dr. M.Yunus Bengkulu dengan tujuan untuk memberikan dukungan sosial kepada tenaga medis. Bentuk kegiatan berupa pemberian donasi bubuk jahe, kunyit temulawak sebagai minuman suplemen yang dapat meningkatkan imunitas. Ramuan tersebut mengandung Curcumin yang dapat mencegah terjadinya badai sitokin respon biologis terhadap virus Corona yang dapat membahayakan jiwa. Tahapan kegiatan berupa pembuatan suplemen Bersama mitra masyarakat dan tahapan distribusi suplemen ke RSUD dr. M. Yunus. Sebanyak 250 bungkus bubuk diberikan dalam dua tahap. Hasil evaluasi tenaga medis merasakan khasiat minuman tersebut dalam menjaga stamina. Simpulan yang dapat diambil dari kegiatan ini adalah dukungan sosial masyarakat merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan ketahanan fisik dan mental tenaga medis. Menimbang kemungkinan serta efek pandemi yang panjang maka kegiatan-kegiatan serupa perlu dipertahankan.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of the implementation of the system of internal control of government and compliance with laws and regulations on the performance accountability of government agencies. The data is using the primary data obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires to the head of the Regional Device Organization in the office of government agencies of Bengkulu City. The result of hypothesis testing shows that the application of the government's internal control system and the obedience to the regulation have a positive effect on the performance accountability of government agencies. From the results of this study, shows that the performance accountability of government agencies are required to improve the implementation of government internal control system and compliance with laws and regulations that will improve the accountability of performance control system of government agencies of Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove the influence of human resource competencies, implementing commitments, implementing regulations, and the quality of training on compliance with government regulation number 71 of 2010 regarding fixed assets. The population in this study were all financial management apparatus in the Regional Devices Organization in the City Government of Bengkulu. The data used in this study are primary data, which was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The sample in this study amounted to 146 respondents, data analysis was performed using SPSS version 22. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear analysis. The results showed that the competence of human resources, implementing commitment, the application of regulations, and the quality of training proved to have a positive effect on compliance with government regulation number 71 of 2010 regarding fixed assets.

Abstract

Pencatatan Keuangan yang baik dan benar selayaknya dapat diterapkan oleh pelaku UMKM yang aktif. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada mitra mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan usaha yang transparan dan akuntabel, memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan keuangan yang benar sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (SAK EMKM) serta Membantu UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan usahanya sesuai dengan SAK EMKM yang berlaku umum. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Rindu Hati Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah pada pemilik UMKM Kopi Rindu Hati. Metode kegiatan menggunakan teknik ceramah dan Diskusi. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah sebagian besar pengurus dan pemilik UMKM Kopi Rindu Hati sudah berkeinginan untuk melakukan pencatatan secara akuntabel. Namun, mereka mengharapkan ada pendampingan teknis mendalam dan intens, agar penyusunan laporan keuangan yang dilakukan nantinya sudah sesuai dengan SAK EMKM yang berlaku umum.

Abstract

This community service activitiy aims to improve the capacity, knowledge and skills in various aspects of micro scale enterprise (MSE) or business of gnetum chips (production, management and law). In addition, the goal is improving the quantity and quality of produced gnetum chips. The training has been done to diversify the products processed chips gnetum IE cookies crackers and chips caramelized on the Group micro scale business of Rafflesia and Cempaka in Bengkulu City. In management aspects of the business, it has been implemented various activities that can enhance the knowledge and skills of the partners in managing their business, such as business management and computerized marketing training. Lastly, in terms of the law, it has been implemented mentoring of legal permission to partner in order to register their business to P-IRT. Keywords: mikro scale enterprise, genum (emping), business, income

Abstract

Pupuk organik adalah pupuk yang dibuat dari bahan tanaman dan atau hewan yang telah mengalami serangkaian proses .Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) merupakan pupuk yang umumnya berasal dari limbah syuran yang sangat mudah ditemukan dan dibuat.Pupuk organic cair dibuat secara alami yakni dengan proses fermentasi,dimana akan menghasilkan pembusukan dari sisa tanaman maupun kotoran hewan.Tujuan pembuatan pupuk organic cair (POC) untuk memanfaatkan limbah dapur atau rumah tangga menjadi hal yang berguna. Pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) ini lakukan untuk mengetahui proses yang efektif dalam pembuatan pupuk organik organik cair dengan memanfaatkan sampah organik dari rumah tangga sebagai bahan bakunya dan dengan penambahan EM4 (effective microorganisms). Kata Kunci: POC, Pupuk Organik, EM4   ABSTRACT  UTILIZATION OF KITCHEN WASTE AS LIQUID ORGANIC FERTILIZER (POC) FOR CULTIVATION OF PLANT IN THE COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENT OF SURABAYA SUB-DISTRICT. A fertilizer is a fertilizer made from materials and or animals that have undergone a process. Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) is a fertilizer that generally comes from vegetable waste which is very easy to find and make. Liquid organic fertilizer is made naturally by the fermentation process, which will produce the decay of plant residues and animal waste. The purpose of making liquid organic fertilizer (POC) to utilize kitchen or household waste becomes useful. The manufacture of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) is carried out to determine the effective process in making liquid organic fertilizer by utilizing organic waste from households as raw material and with the addition of EM4 (effective microorganisms). Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BumDes) sebaiknya mampu melakukan pencatatan keuangan yang baik dan benar, terutama mengenai kas, baik kas masuk maupun kas keluar. Namun permasalahan yang dihadapi sebagian besar oleh pengelola BumDes adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki. Hal ini yang menyebabkan mereka enggan menyusun laporan penggunaan kas. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra peran pentingnya mengelola kas yang baik, dan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sri Kuncoro Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah pada pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BumDes). Seluruh anggota pengelola BumDes ikut hadir dalam kegiatan ini dan ditambah juga dengan sejumlah masyarakat setempat yang ingin menambah pengetahuannya mengenai pengelolaan kas BumDes. Teknik ceramah dan diskusi digunakan dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pengelola BumDes memahami arti pentingnya pencatatan keuangan yang baik. Selain itu, pengelola BumDes berharap mendapatkan bimbingan teknis mendalam agar mereka dapat membuat pelaporan keuangan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dan diterima oleh masyarakat umum. Abstract

This study aims to examine factors that affect the performance of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and find out what problems BUMDes have in the Central Bengkulu Regency. This research used stewardship theory and Social Enterprise Theory. Researchers applied descriptive qualitative approach. The research informant was a village device/BUMDes manager. The results of this study showed that most BUMDes have business units and income of at least one million per month. The factors affecting their performance were business type, revenue, and management/ management of organizations. The problem faced by all BUMDes was BUMDes Human Resources (HR), which was not yet capable and competent, as well as knowledge and skills in conducting good financial management and reporting. The development of BUMDes' business unit, BUMDes management, and its ability to manage and account for its performance was the key to the success of BUMDes. Local governments should pay more attention and foster and increase supervision of the performance of BUMDes more intensely. The study used BUMDes performance categorization assessments attributed to the Building Village Index, specifically the Economic Resilience Index.
