Abstract

Community Service entitled UMKM Development by implementing sales through e-commerce and time management training during the Covid-19 pandemic aims to provide knowledge about sales through e-commerce and time management training, invite and instil awareness to UMKM actors that it is very It is important to develop marketing through e-commerce and time management to survive the Covid pandemic. The target of this service is all UMKM members who are in Bumi Mas Ciseeng Housing, Kuripan Village, Ciseeng - Bogor. The results of this PKM are proven that UMKM players can master the way of selling through e-commerce and time management training so that they can survive during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Community Service entitled the use of used cooking oil into washing soap at a garbage bank in the Village of Bambu Apus aims to empower and increase the value of used cooking oil that is not used and is usually disposed of into trash, but with this training with simple capital can be processed into washing soap which can be used alone or sold and earn income and improve the living standards of garbage bank members. The target of this service is all members of the garbage bank registered in the Village of Bambu Apus Pamulang, which consists mostly of housewives. The results of this PKM are proven by the women members of the garbage bank Bambu Apus Village that can apply the use of used cooking oil into washing soap properly and can be marketed to consumers by attending exhibitions or marketed around the neighborhood and online.

Abstract

Cooperative as an important pillar in economic development in Indonesia. Cooperatives need to improve their loyalty and customer satisfaction in order to win the competition with other rital businesses. The research aims to identify and analyze forming factors in customer satisfaction that contribute to customer loyalty. This research was conducted in South Tangerang City because there is an increase in the number of cooperative ventures. Primary data was collected through questionnaires to 100 cooperative customers in South Tangerang city with purposive sampling techniques, and data Analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The exogenous latent variable is the marketing Mix (7P). While customer satisfaction and loyalty as an endogenous latent variable. The results showed that the built model has fulfilled the criteria of goodness fit and variable measuring research has a reliability (CR ≥ 0.70, VE ≥ 0.50) which is good. The results of SEM analysis indicate that customer satisfaction is largely influenced by the people dimension (γ = 0.92). The People dimension is well formed by the ability of employees to provide clear information (λ = 0.97), employee appearance (λ = 0.87), fast employee response (λ = 0.84), and employee friendliness (λ = 0.57). This the human resources (people) on cooperative ventures need to be built sustainably and gradually the customer satisfaction proved able to foster cooperative customer loyalty.  Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, Marketing Mix, People, Cooverative

Abstract

Bank Sampah Asri Berseri terletak di Perumahan Griya Pamulang Asri, Benda Baru, Pamulang, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten. Bank Sampah Asri Berseri, sebagai salah satu UKM yang merupakan Socialpreneur dalam menjalankan usahanya, menggunakan konsep pengumpulan Aerob Composter, Recycling dan Metering Exchange Point (KTT). Jenis-jenis sampah yang diolah ialah kemasan plastik, botol, kaca, kresek, karton, kertas kosong, koran dan kertas buram, kaleng, besi, aluminium, seng, dll. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Bank Sampah Asri Berseri antara lain: 1) Peningkatan produk olahan kreatif dari sampah; 2) Perluasan pemasaran dengan konsep social ecopreneur; dan, 3) Peningkatan manajemen usaha. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada dan potensi mitra binaan, para pengabdi memutuskan untuk mengikuti Program Pemanfaatan Sampah sebagai sumber wirausaha baru dalam produksi produk sampah olahan berbasis social technopreneurs di Bank Sampah Asri Berseri. Solusi program tahap selanjutnya, yaitu 1) Konsultasi. 2) pelatihan dan pembekalan; 3) percontohan, 4) pendidikan bisnis, 5) pelatihan produksi, dan 6) bantuan pemasaran. Sebagai hasil dari kegiatan ini, kelompok usaha Bank Sampah Asri Berseri berkembang di bidang pengolahan produk pembuangan sampah yang kompetitif, sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan menciptakan rumah yang asri dan layak huni.

Abstract

The success of an organization is strongly influenced by employee performance. Every company always improves employee performance to achieve the goals it wants. This study aims to determine the effect of applying accounting information systems, internal control, work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance with employee integrity as an intervening variable. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach and uses a purposive sampling method. The data in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires directly to accounting students in the Pamulang University employee class, especially students in the accounting study program. The number of samples used is 100 respondents. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Exogenous latent variables are the application of accounting information systems, internal control, work motivation and organizational culture. While employee performance as an endogenous latent variable with employee integrity as an intervening variable. The results showed that internal control variables formed employee integrity variables (loading factor = 0.69) and employee integrity variables were proven to influence employee performance variables (loading factor = 0.97). This provides an overview in the form of recommendations for improving internal control from the employee side which will have an impact on improving organizational performance.
