Abstract

Community Service entitled UMKM Development by implementing sales through e-commerce and time management training during the Covid-19 pandemic aims to provide knowledge about sales through e-commerce and time management training, invite and instil awareness to UMKM actors that it is very It is important to develop marketing through e-commerce and time management to survive the Covid pandemic. The target of this service is all UMKM members who are in Bumi Mas Ciseeng Housing, Kuripan Village, Ciseeng - Bogor. The results of this PKM are proven that UMKM players can master the way of selling through e-commerce and time management training so that they can survive during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Kami melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian dengan 3 tahapan, yaitu penyuluhan perkembangan penjualan e-commerce dan pentingnya  pembagian tugas, diskusi mengenai kendala yang dihadapi dan pendampingan  pembuatan media penjualan online serta penyusunan struktur organisasi. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, Usaha kerupuk Super Ikan Laut Mandiri mengalami kemajuan cukup pesat penjualan nya dengan metode online, sistem kerja juga lebih efektif dan efisien dengan pembagian tugas yang baik. Saran kami agar industri ini terus up to dated tentang kemajuan teknologi terutama sistem penjualan saat ini dan terus ber inovasi mengembangkan produknya.Kata Kunci: Penjualan, Wewenang, Tugas, UKMWe carried out Community Service activities in 3 stages: counseling on the development of e-commerce sales and the importance of division of tasks, discussions about the obstacles faced, and assistance in making online sales media and preparing organizational structures. After attending the training, the business has progressed rapidly in its sales using the online method. The work system is also more effective and efficient with a good division of tasks. Our advice is to keep this industry up to date on technological advances, especially the current sales system, and continue to innovate to develop their products.Keywords: Sales, Authority, Duties, SMEs

Abstract

The Community Service Program provided is a way of making simple financial statements for PKK women in Ciater Village, which aims to prepare PKK women in Ciater Serpong Village to be able to independently record family finances effectively and efficiently. In addition, the participating mothers will be able to manage and plan finances in their household effectively and efficiently. The target of this service is all PKK women, residents of Ciater Serpong Village, most of whom still do not understand in managing finances and doing simple financial reporting in their households. By being given explanations and training on how to manage finances to make simple financial reports, the participants were enthusiastic about participating in PKM. The results of this PKM proved that women in Ciater Village could master how to make simple financial reports quickly and well and increase their determination and concern for financial records in their respective families. So that mothers can manage household expenses and financial planning well.

Abstract

One of the big problems of SMEs that happen in Indonesia is manual bookkeeping. Therefore, it leads to difficulty in calculating turnover, gross profit, and net profit, inhibiting SMEs from growing and scaling up the business. This study aims to observe and determine whether there is an influence of Education Level and Business Scale on the Use of Accounting Information in SMEs in Pamulang District Tangerang Selatan. The tests carried out show that the education level variable significantly affects and the business scale variable does not influence users of accounting information. Based on the F test, it is known that the level of education and the scale of business together significantly affect users of accounting information. So it can be concluded that the results of this study indicate that the education level of the MSME actors affects the use of accounting information in their respective units

Abstract

PT. XYZ, which is tasked with assisting companies in carrying out information activities, including specific information systems, general information, multimedia and opinion counters within the company, has a very important role in publicizing and disseminating various company activities and leadership policies throughout Indonesia. With limited employees who are superior, qualified, professional and competent in providing better public services, it is necessary to increase the quality and quantity of employees in carrying out their duties. One of the factors that influence the performance of PT. XYZ in this study is digitization. The purpose of digitization is to make it easier for employees to convey, provide, compile and explain information received by PT. XYZ to be processed and used as information suitable for consumption by the public. In carrying out its work, information systems require good data center support. This data center is big data for all levels of Company information, where all information can be accessed through the data center. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of digitization and data center on the performance of PT. XYZ employees. The sample used in this study were PT. XYZ employees totaling 99 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, where not every respondent has the same opportunity to be sampled. The results in this study based on SPSS processing obtained the calculated t value for the digitization variable of 3.395 and the data center was 7.238, while the t table obtained was 1.661. This means that if t count > t table and the significance value is <0.05. So that it can be interpreted that there is an influence between digitalization and data center partially on performance. Based on the results of the f test, the calculated f value for the digitization and data center variables simultaneously is 54.697 while the f table obtained from the f table search is 3.091. So the results state that there is an influence between digitalization and the data center simultaneously on the performance of PT. XYZ employees. While the value of r2 = 0.533 which means that 53.3% of the performance variables can be explained by digitalization and the data center while the remaining 46.7% is influenced by other variables outside the model studied.Keywords: Digitization, Data Center, Performance, Employees, Management

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi dan tingkat utang terhadap pertumbuhan laba baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2022. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 12 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan pemilihan model regresi, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis hipotesis dengan menggunakan program pengolahan data Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai probabilitas uji F adalah 0,000912 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan dalam penelitian ini bahwa secara simultan tingkat inflasi dan tingkat utang berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Sedangkan hasil penelitian uji t tingkat inflasi memiliki nilai probabilitas 0,0003 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel tingkat inflasi mempengaruhi pertumbuhan laba, sedangkan hasil uji t tingkat hutang memiliki nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,6345 > 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Tingkat Hutang tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of competitive advantage and environmental uncertainty on business performance and the implications for the sustainability of MSME businesses in Depok City. This type of research is associative quantitative (causality) and the population in this study are MSME business actors in Depok City. The sample of this research was determined by convenience sampling method so that the total sample is 100 samples. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS program data processing. The results showed that there was a significant influence of competitive advantage on business performance in Depok City. There is a significant influence of environmental uncertainty on business performance in Depok City. There is a significant influence of competitive advantage on the sustainability of MSME businesses in Depok City. There is a significant influence of environmental uncertainty on the sustainability of MSME businesses in Depok City. There is a significant influence of business performance on the sustainability of MSME businesses in Depok City. There is a significant influence of competitive advantage on the sustainability of MSME businesses through business performance in Depok City and there is a significant influence from the influence of environmental uncertainty on the sustainability of MSME businesses through business performance in Depok City.

Abstract

Materi yang kami usung dalam PKM kali ini adalah Pemahaman Bayar Pajak Online. Kami memilih untuk memberikan materi pemahaman pembayaran pajak secara online dikarenakan hal ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para peserta untuk lebih efektif dan efisien dalam melakukan pembayaran pajaknya. Pembayaran pajak secara online bisa dilakukan untuk semua jenis pajak kecuali pajak dalam rangka import atau pajak yang tata cara pembayarannya diatur secara khusus. Mengingat sebagian besar adalah pelaku UMKM maka kami yakin pemahaman ini penting bagi mereka. Bagi pemula mungkin pembayaran pajak secara online sedikit membingungkan, namun jika sudah terbiasa justru memudahkan kita dan lebih cepat karena kita tidak perlu antri di kantor pajak. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertempat di Taman Bacaan Perigi Depok, dimana para anggota nya adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang sebagian besar adalah pelaku UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan oleh nara sumber yang adalah dosen prodi Akuntansi sekaligus praktisi. Materi disampaikan dengan cara yang mudah dipahami oleh peserta dan kegiatan tanya jawab agar tim PKM yakin bahwa peserta mampu memahami materi yang disajikan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Pajak; Pembayaran Pajak; Pajak Online
