Abstract

The research aims to: examine the quality of academic service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsibility, assurance, and empathy) influencing student satisfaction at the Malang State Polytechnic Business Administration Department. The subjects in this study are Business Administration students, there are 2 (two) academic services, namely Academic Administration for D3 Business Administration Program and DIV Marketing Management. The type of data used is primary data (questionnaire) and secondary data. The results show that the influence of the variables studied is 72.2%. and each Service Quality variable, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Assurance and Emphaty has a significantly positive effect on Student Satisfaction, but for the Responsiveness variable it shows a significant negative effect on Student Satisfaction.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the Effect of Work Experience, Leadership Style, Competence, and Integrity on the Quality of Employee Decisions in the Department of Commerce of the State Polytechnic of Malang. The type of data used is primary data (questionnaire) and secondary data. This research involved employees in the Department of Commerce Administration. The results of the three leadership styles studied, namely the Autocratic, Participative and Laissez-faire leadership styles, then who have the most significant influence are the Autocratic and Participatory Leadership Styles.

Abstract

Dasawisma "LELY 1" RT 08 RW. 05 Bandungrejosari Malang, is a group of mothers of households, which is its main task as the wife is to manage all revenue/receipt of either acceptance or not of the regular routine and expenses routine or daily routine no expenditure for the purposes of his family. The problem of mothers group Dasawisma "LELY 1" the existence of the outposts are over budget so that the financial deficit occurs at the end of the month or the existence of unmet needs. The condition of the above could have been avoided if the management of the fund families done with proper planning. One of the proposed to mothers PKK is Financial management training. Problems found a) lack of understanding of the importance of family financial management, b) lack of knowledge and skills in family financial management in planning and achieving financial goals. The solutions offered are a) Increased knowledge and skills of family financial management, financial management training b) family. The fundamental contribution of the partners is a) Extension of the importance of Family financial management, b) Sharing and discussion of experience in financial management, family c family financial management Training), e) Mentoring of family financial management.

Abstract

Industri Rumah Tangga Raket Tenis Meja Kota Malang merupakan kumpulan anggota rumah tangga, yang tugas utamanya sebagai istri adalah mengelola semua pendapatan/penerimaan baik penerimaan rutin maupun tidak rutin dan pengeluaran rutin maupun pengeluaran tidak rutin sehari-hari untuk keperluan keluarganya. Masalah anggota Industri Rumah Tangga Raket Tenis Meja adanya pos-pos yang over budget sehingga terjadi defisit keuangan pada akhir bulan atau adanya kebutuhan yang tidak terpenuhi. Kondisi diatas seharusnya dapat dihindari apabila dalam pengelolaan dana keluarga dilakukan dengan perencanaan yang tepat. Salah satu yang diusulkan kepada anggota adalah Pelatihan Manajemen Pemasaran . Permasalahan yang ditemukan a) Kurangnya pemahaman pentingnya Manajemen Pemasaran , b) Kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam Manajemen Pemasaran dalam merencanakan dan mencapai sasaran keuangan. Abstract

The targets of community service activities are the teachers or educators of Malang City's AlJabbar Kindergarten (TK), and other private kindergartens around them. The selection of private Al-Jabbar Kindergarten teachers is because the existing facilities of the school are inadequate, so there is a need for learning media assistance and enhancement of the quality of creative teachers in the learning process. This activity aims to help improve the quality of the learning process by increasing the ability of teachers in this school, so that learning is better and more enjoyable. PKM activities include: Introductory material, Learning media demo, Provision of Materials, practical training in making instructional media, Planning learning media according to topic, making instructional media according to plan, discussion and evaluation of learning media and finally improvement in making instructional media..

Abstract

Desain feed Instagram merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat menarik calon konsumen melalui media sosial, khususnya Instagram. Desain feed Instagram menjadi hal yang penting bagi Kopi Probio+ untuk membantu beriklan. Sebelumnya Kopi Probio+ hanya mengunggah foto dan beberapa informasi mengenai produk di Instagramnya sehingga kurang menarik perhatian calon konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan desain feed Instagram dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva Pro agar lebih terorganisir dan informatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Action Research yang meliputi beberapa prosedur penelitian, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Terdapat 15 responden yang terdiri dari 1 orang pemilik usaha, 2 orang ahli pemasaran, 2 orang ahli komputer, dan 10 orang calon konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode EPIC untuk mengukur efektivitas desain (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, dan Communication). Hasil penelitian ini melalui 2 siklus dan menunjukkan nilai EPIC Rate sebesar 4,5. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa responden setuju bahwa desain Instagram feed sangat efektif untuk digunakan sebagai media iklan Kopi Probio+. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah desain feed Instagram dapat dikatakan sangat efektif dan layak untuk digunakan dalam membantu mengembangkan bisnis Kopi Probio+ dan menjadi alternatif media periklanan. Diharapkan Kopi Probio+ dapat melanjutkan pembuatan desain feed Instagram dan memperbarui informasi secara rutin agar dapat menarik calon konsumen.

Abstract

Cooperative for INKA’s employee, known as Kopinka, operates in the field of goods and servieces through its business units. Despite promotional activities through social media, Whatsapp groups, discount banners, shooping vouchers, and a company profile, the observations indicate a lack of complete content and less attractive design. This study employs an action research approach using CorelDraw to design the company profile booklet for Kopinka Madiun. Involving 10 units of analysis, including computer experts, marketing experts, company representatives, and consumers, the research result show high average values for the dimensions of empathy, persuasion, impact, and communications. With an Epic rate of 4,5 out of 5, the booklet is considered highly effective, suitable for user, and can be published as an additional promotional media for Kopinka. The research conclusion asserts that the design of the company profile booklet can effectively be utilized as a promotional media in the Cooperative for INKA’s employee.
