Abstract

Abstrak. Analisis ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi ineternal dan eksternal sekolah agar dapat menciptakan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dalam meningkatkan daya saing SMA Nusantara Plus. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara langsung dengan pihak sekolah, kemudian data dianalisi menggunakan matriks EFE, IFE, CPM dan SWOT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang paing tepat untuk diimplementasikan oleh manajemen SMA Nusantara Plus Ciputat adalah strategi penetrasi pasar. Keywords: SWOT; Strategi Pemasaran; Daya Saing

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leading sector among provinces of Java Island. To accomplish economic development in a region, the local government often takes part in increasing the GDRP to achieve the people's well-being. It is essential to understand what sectors that could bring the most benefit to the economic agents. This study uses the Location Quotient (LQ) method with the sectoral current price GDRP data. The main result has shown that the provinces of Java Island have their advantage and disadvantage. Most of them excel in the agricultural sector except Jakarta Special Capital Region (SCR). Banten has a better real estate sector than the rest of Java Island, while most services sector has led by Jakarta SCR.

Abstract

P2MW is a business development program for fifth-semester undergraduate students who own a business. Through development and coaching funds, it offers business assistance and coaching. Ten students were divided into three student business groups. Food and beverage businesses in the creative industry are divided into two categories: seafood and frozen food, and handicrafts. During field activities, students are accompanied and mentored by lecturers who serve as supervisors. The goal of this community service is to ensure that student business groups follow the Entrepreneurial Student Development Program (P2MW) guidelines and that reporting is completed on time. The activity took place at the STIE Ganesha campus for four months, from August to November. Online and offline mentoring, coaching, and coaching are methods of carrying out activities. Offline mentoring activities include discussions, advice, consultation, and visits (visits). Online activities include mentor account assessments, https://kesejahteraan.kemdikbud.go.id. The STIE Ganesha student business group completed a series of P2MW in 2022 in accordance with the Directorate of Student Learning, the Directorate General of Higher Education, and Research Technology RI implementation instructions and guidelines. P2MW activities benefit the advancement of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in universities as well as the smooth operation of student businesses.

Abstract

The importance of introducing capital market investment to students and students is highlighted in increasing financial understanding and investment interest in youth. One effective approach is through educational seminars that can provide practical knowledge and in-depth understanding. This community service aims to introduce capital market investment to students and students. The activity involved 100 participants consisting of STIE Ganesha students and SMK Nusantara Ciputat students on September 15, 2023 in the Hall room on the second floor of the STIE Ganesha Campus. The activity method uses seminars, socialization, counseling and question and answer. The results of the activity show that educational seminars are effective in increasing knowledge and investment interest among students and students. Participants showed significant improvement in their understanding of the basic concepts of capital markets, existing investment instruments, and risk management. In addition, participants also showed increased interest in starting to invest in the capital market after attending the seminar. The activity has important implications in the development and implementation of educational seminars on capital market investment for students and students. This kind of seminar can be used as an effective means to increase their knowledge, understanding, and interest in investing, thus helping them in taking better financial decisions in the future

Abstract

SAK-EMKM has been introduced as an effort to increase financial transparency and make it easier for micro business owners to manage their finances. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the implementation of SAK-EMKM and its impact on financial transparency in micro enterprises in the trade sector. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a thematic analysis method. The population in this study is 27 MSME traders and the sample that is worthy of research is 8 samples. The data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The result of this study is that 7 out of 8 MSME traders do not refer to SAK-EMKM so they experience several obstacles including transparency of financial statements, financing and taxation. While 1 sample, the financial report has referred to SAK-EMKM so that the sample has benefited because the financial report is more transparent, clear and detailed when you want to know the profit and loss, debts and receivables, inventory of goods and others.
