Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh hubungan variabel antara disipilin kerja pegawai dan kualitas pelayanan Kantor Pemerintahan Desa Kadugede terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Desa Kadugede. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausalitatif dengan pengumpulan data kuosioner 100 responden dari total 4514 populasi penduduk Desa Kadugede, pengambilan sample mengguakan metode sampling insidental, yaitu teknik menentukan sampel secara kebetulan, yakni seseorang dengan kebetulan tanpa ada janjian berjumpa peneliti. Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan dengan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Koefisien Korelasi dan Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepatuhan Disiplin Kinerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan bagi kepuasan  warga Desa Kadugede. Disiplin Kerja bepengaruh langsung terhadap Kepuasan masyarakat sebesar 0,349 atau 12,18%. Selain itu Kualitas pelayanan publik memiliki pengaruh signifikan bagi kepuasan masyarakat Desa Kadugede. Kualitas pelayanan mempunyai dampak signifkan langsung kepada kepuasan masyarakat sebesar 0,475 atau 22,56%. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan juga bahwa Disiplin Kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas pelayanan di Desa Kadugede. Disiplin Kerja bepengaruh langsung terhadap Kualitas pelayanan dengan pengaruh yang kuat sebesar 0,510 atau 26%. Dan terdapat pengaruh signifikan  antara Disiplin Kinerja kepada kepuasan masyarakat melalui Kualitas pelayanan publik. Pengaruh total variable Disiplin Kinerja bagi kepuasan masyarakat melalui kualitas pelayanan yang menjadi unsur variabel mediasi sebesar 34.93%. Hasil penelitian sebagai referensi dan tolak ukur serta dapat dikembangkan untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya dengan faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan digital marketing dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan unit analisis Paguyuban UMKM Jasijuka Sejahtera, dengan populasi sebanyak 32 orang. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Non-Probability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh, sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 32 responden, dengan teknik pengumoulan data adalah kuesioner. Metode pengolahand ata menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan pelatihan digital marketing terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja dan secara simultan pelatihan digital marketing dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Digital Marketing, Motivasi Ekstrinsik, Kinerja, Usaha Mikro Kecil &Menengah

Abstract

Program Pejuang Muda Kampus Merdeka tahun 2021 merupakan program kolaborasi bersama antar Kementrian Sosial, Kemendikbud Ristek dan Kemenag RI. Program ini memiliki prinsip berdampak, inklusif dan kolaboratif. Pejuang muda diikuti oleh mahasiswa dari berbagai lintas jurusan yang disebar dan ditempatkan di 34 provinsi dan 354 kabupaten/kota. Terdapat beberapa kategori program yang dilakukan mahasiswa antara lain : 1. Pengembangan Program Bantuan Sosial. 2. Pemberdayaan Fakir Miskin dan Lanjut Usia. 3. Pola hidup sehat dan kesehatan lingkungan. 4. Fasilitas untuk Kepentingan Umum Pembangunan. Dalam pelaksanaan dilapangan, mahasiswa dibimbing oleh Mentor yang bertugas akitf memberikan pembelajaraan sharing season, pendampingan kegiatan dan menilai kinerja mahasiswa melalui tugas Team Based Project. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui online dan offline. Tujuan pengabdian ini yakni memastikan validasi data yang benar dan sesuai terkait DTKS dari Pudatin Kemensos dan membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kabupaten Sanggau, Sekadau, Kapuas Hulu, Ketapang dan Kota Singkawang Provinsi Kalimantan Barat.

Abstract

Pendidikan selalu menjadi perhatian utama untuk mempersiapkan masa depan setiap generasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana pendidikan dan pelatihan mempengaruhi profesionalisme guru. Mengingat bahwa penelitian ini terkait dengan ilmu sosial dan humaniora, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Koleksi data dilakukan dengan pengamatan dan wawancara partisipatif. Informan dipilih oleh teknik pengambilan sampel yang purposive dengan beberapa kriteria, dan diwawancarai dengan teknik satu-satu dan pertanyaan terbuka. Triangulasi, pemeriksaan anggota, dan briefing peer de 'dilakukan untuk mempertahankan kredibilitas dan validitas data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan konten dan analisis tema. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah 1) semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan guru semakin profesional mereka. 2) Pelatihan membuat mereka lebih sadar akan profesionalisme mereka. 3) Pelatihan Pembelajaran dan Administrasi Membuat Mereka Lebih Profesional. 4) Pelatihan sikap membuat guru lebih bijaksana saat berhadapan dengan masalah siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan beberapa pandangan luas tentang kehidupan guru dan bagaimana melatihnya dengan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify strategies and steps for increasing public awareness of the Deposit Insurance Corporation program. The qualitative approach was used in this study. The Simple Random Sampling technique was used in this study, which had 150 respondents. Data was gathered using observation, visual analysis, literature review, and interviews. According to the study's findings: 1. Many people are still unaware of and misunderstand the Deposit Insurance Corporation's programs, duties, functions, and authorities (LPS). 2. The public can learn more about the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee programs by visiting the website and social media, or by visiting the nearest bank. Inquire directly with the LPS office or regional representative about clarification of information. Furthermore, through the socialization of activities both in person and online, 3. Public literacy steps and strategies for the IDIC guarantee program include: a) intensive program socialization to the community, both offline and online, in the form of seminars, workshops, webinars, and so on. b) The significance of involving members of the community (universities, Ormas, NGOs), as well as stakeholders from banking and non-financial financial institutions. (c) LPS takes the ball and walks straight to the center of the community gathering point to introduce the institution. d) Social media optimization for LPS across multiple platforms. e) Increase public trust by outperforming LPS performance standards. f) Creating user-friendly digital applications for the general public. g) Creating poster flyers to be distributed at the offices of banking and non-banking financial institutions

Abstract

This community service aims to assist 25 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Ciung Wanara tourist location, Ciamis district, boost their sales turnover in 2022. The method is carried out by providing socialization, offline discussions, and training, as well as digital materials. Make-up. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the Indonesian economy. This type of business is very stable, not affected by inflation, flexible, and not overly reliant on the macro-financial system. The role of digital marketing facilitates MSME actors' ability to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, raise awareness, and increase sales turnover. MSME actors in Ciung Wanara gain insight as well as depth of understanding into digital marketing as a result of this community service. They already have business Google accounts, Instagram accounts, and other accounts on social media to reach out to a larger viewer.

Abstract

Teaching Campus batch 4 is one of the Free Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) programmes launched by the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. Since the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, this programme has run for three semesters. The Teaching Campus allows students to practise learning outside of the classroom for one semester in order to improve students' literacy and numeracy skills in assigned schools. Students collaborate with teachers to develop learning models and strategies in the target education units. Three female students, accompanied by Field Supervisors, completed the Teaching Campus Program Batch 4 at SDN 03 Sukada, Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency. Pre-assignment activities, assignments, work programme implementation, and assignment completion are examples of activities. Students carry out work programmes with the approval of Field Supervisors and the school in order to strengthen literacy, numeracy, digital technology adaptation, and administration for students and SDN 03 Sukadana. The Campus Teaching Program Batch 4 results for students include: (1) being able to improve students' learning literacy abilities in grades 1-6. (2) The ability to improve numeracy learning for both low and high school students. (3) Can improve digital technology adaptation introduction and application in student learning in grades 1-6. (4) Assisting schools in the organisation of classrooms, libraries, and school administration. (5) Has the potential to improve students' character, will, interest, talent, and mentality in learning activities both inside and outside the classroom. Students and Field Supervisors' presence at SDN 03 Sukadana had a significant impact on educational progress; the benefits of the campus teaching programme batch 4 were felt by students, parents, and teachers.

Abstract

P2MW is a business development program for fifth-semester undergraduate students who own a business. Through development and coaching funds, it offers business assistance and coaching. Ten students were divided into three student business groups. Food and beverage businesses in the creative industry are divided into two categories: seafood and frozen food, and handicrafts. During field activities, students are accompanied and mentored by lecturers who serve as supervisors. The goal of this community service is to ensure that student business groups follow the Entrepreneurial Student Development Program (P2MW) guidelines and that reporting is completed on time. The activity took place at the STIE Ganesha campus for four months, from August to November. Online and offline mentoring, coaching, and coaching are methods of carrying out activities. Offline mentoring activities include discussions, advice, consultation, and visits (visits). Online activities include mentor account assessments, https://kesejahteraan.kemdikbud.go.id. The STIE Ganesha student business group completed a series of P2MW in 2022 in accordance with the Directorate of Student Learning, the Directorate General of Higher Education, and Research Technology RI implementation instructions and guidelines. P2MW activities benefit the advancement of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in universities as well as the smooth operation of student businesses.

Abstract

Menghindari budaya plagiat memerlukan upaya dan komitmen semua pihak. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan kepada 85 mahasiswa STIE Ganesha penggunaan aplikasi mendeley. Kegiatan berlangsung selama empat bulan dari Oktober 2022 hingga Januari 2023 melalui sosialiasi, pelatihan,  ceramah, diskusi, pre-test, post test dan praktikum langsung. Hasil penelitian bahwa mahasiswa mengapresiasi kegiatan dengan baik dan positif ditandai dengan antuasiasnya selama kegiatan. Kegiatan ini bermanfaat dan turut membantu mahasiswa dalam tugas perkuliahan. Mahasiswa lebih produktif dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah. Mahasiswa dapat praktik langsung dan mengoperasikan mendeley mulai mendownload aplikasi, mencari daftar pustaka dan menginput sumber berbagai refrensi baik dari buku, jurnal, dan situs. Kendala  yang ditemukan yaitu mahasiswa tidak konsisten dalam penggunaan mendeley, oleh karena itu diperlukan pendampingan dosen yang berkelanjutan pasca kegiatan sosialisasi. Peran dosen sangat signifikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas karya ilmiah mahasiswa. Pihak kampus perlu membuat program guna menunjang skill menulis mahasiswa seperti coaching dan workshop penulisan karya ilmiah.

Abstract

The study aims to determine how the role of parents, community and teachers on student learning motivation at SDN 03 Sukadana, Ciawigebang sub-district, Kuningan district. The study used a descriptive qualitative method. The object of research took 40 respondents consisting of parents, community, and teachers. Data processing techniques were carried out with field observations, interviews and literature studies. The research was conducted during 5 months ranging from August to December 2022. The results showed that parents or guardians of SDN 03 Sukadana students have an important role in student learning motivation. Parents as facilitators of children learning outside the hours of school teaching and learning activities Parents have a high awareness in developing spurring student learning motivation. They monitor, accompany and supervise their children's learning process at home. The surrounding community at SDN 03 Sukadana is active in the progress of students' learning motivation and the learning process at school. Teachers at SDN 03 Sukadana play a significant role in student learning motivation. Teachers need to strengthen their human resources in terms of utilizing and using technology to support student learning.
