The purpose of this research is to describe the extent of the influence and relationship-type learning model number head together and lecture method terhaadap learning outcomes xi classes in accounting subjects in SMAN 6 Jambi. Design of this study using an experimental research approach, the sample in this study amounted to 83 students in SMAN 6 Jambi. with a data-processing technique using the formula average. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students in the control classes using methods lectures on the subjects of Accounting at SMAN 6 Jambi are in scores of 87.5. The results of students in class experiments using model types Number Head Together on the subjects of Accounting at SMAN 6 Jambi currently on scores 92.5. Judging from the comparison the control class that is 87.5> 92.5 with a difference of 5.0 points in the experimental class. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of NHT method was found to increase student learning outcomes in accounting subjects in SMAN 6 Jambi.Keyword : Number Head Together, Methods of Teaching, Learning Outcomes

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal leadership and the teacher competence consisting of pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence on the performance of teachers in SMK City of Jambi. The population in this study was the teacher of existing productive fields in the SMK City of Jambi totaling 136 people. By using proportional random sampling technique analysis, the obtained of samples with the number of teachers is 94. The method of analysis used is path analysis, where the data acquisition is done through questionnaires, interviews, and literature as a reference for this study. The results showed that the influences of positive and significant the principal leadership and the teacher competence on performance of teachers in the productive field of SMK City of Jambi. From the simultaously statistical variable, the result from the two test of independent variable were influentally the quality of teacher has proven to be is the personality had the dominant influentally toward quality of teacher in SMK Unggul Sakti Jambi town. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh otoritatif orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran menata produk bidang manajemen di SMK Unggul Sakti Kota Jambi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para siswa keahlian pemasaran SMK Unggul Sakti Kota Jambi yang berjumlah 191, dan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis proportional random sampling, diperoleh sampel sejumlah 130 siswa. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur, dimana perolehan data didapat melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai referensi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pola asuh otoritatif orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa bidang manajemen di SMK Unggul Sakti Kota Jambi.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the picture, the influence and the comparison between the use of the learning model of scramble and the probing promting on the result of student learning of class IX on IPS subjects in SMP Negeri 6 Kota Jambi. The research design used is quantitative research with quasi experimental method. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that there is a comparison of the acquisition of student learning outcomes by using the model of learning scramble and probing promting. Where, student learning outcomes using probing promting learning model is superior because students feel more challenged and courageous and confident to express their own opinions based on their own assumptions. AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) the description of e-learning and the level of understanding of students in class XI IPS on economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. (2) the effect of e-learning on the level of understanding of class XI IPS students on economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 143 students with a sample of 106 students. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the validity and reliability test, while the classical assumption test used is Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Simple Regression Test. The results showed that (1) e-learning was included in the very poor category with an average TCR value of 49.52%, and the level of student understanding of 66.25% in the fairly good category. (2) E-learning has an influence on the level of understanding which can be seen from tcount > ttable of 2.024 > 1.658. So, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. That is, if the use of e-learning is carried out well in schools, it can train students' independence in the teaching and learning process, and the level of student understanding will be better if students can understand a material using e-learning.Keywords: E-Learning Learning, Level of Understanding

Abstract This study aims to determine (1) the description of the economic status of parents, interest in learning, and learning outcomes of class X IPS in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. (2) The effect of the economic status of parents on the learning outcomes of class X IPS in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. (3) The effect of interest in learning on student learning outcomes of class X IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. (4) The effect of the economic status of parents and interest in learning on the learning outcomes of class X IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 102 students with a sample of 83 students. The data processing techniques in this research are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Homogeneity Test Normality Test, Simple Regression Test, Multiple Regression Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that (1) the economic status of the parents obtained a TCR value of 80.65% with a good category, interest in learning to obtain a TCR value of 81.21% in a good category, and students who obtained a value above 7.6 %) students and students who score below the KKM are 35 (34%) students. (2) There is an effect of the economic status of parents on the learning outcomes of class X IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City of 2.410. (3) There is an effect of interest in learning on student learning outcomes of class X IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City of 2,394. (4) There is an effect of the economic status of parents and interest in learning on the learning outcomes of class X IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Kota with an Fcount of 3.840 with a significant value of 0.025. Thus, that parents and teachers play an important role in fostering student interest, because students' interest in learning is not only from the factors of parents and family but also from within the students themselves. In the learning process, every support has meaning, meaning and an important role in the growth and development of students' activities in carrying out learning interaction. AbstractThis study aims to find out (1) To describe the marketing strategy of Rismato's tempeh home industry in Rajawali Village, Jambi City. (2) To find out the description of the welfare of the Tempe Rismanto home industry employees in Rajawali Village, Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation (observation), questionnaires (questionnaire), and interviews. Where the population in this study were 30 respondents with a sample of 30 respondents. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the Validity and Reliability Test, while the classical assumption test used is Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Simple Regression Test, while this Hypothesis Test is Partial Test. The results of this study indicate that (1) The marketing strategy is included in the fairly good category with the achievement of an average TCR value of 78.10%. (2) Employee welfare is in the good category with an average TCR score of 81.90%. That is, the marketing strategy has a strong influence on a product to be marketed, while the welfare of employees is remuneration provided directly or indirectly to improve the financial condition of employees, and with a marketing strategy it can increase income and affect employee welfare.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Employee Welfare.
