Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal leadership and the teacher competence consisting of pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence on the performance of teachers in SMK City of Jambi. The population in this study was the teacher of existing productive fields in the SMK City of Jambi totaling 136 people. By using proportional random sampling technique analysis, the obtained of samples with the number of teachers is 94. The method of analysis used is path analysis, where the data acquisition is done through questionnaires, interviews, and literature as a reference for this study. The results showed that the influences of positive and significant the principal leadership and the teacher competence on performance of teachers in the productive field of SMK City of Jambi.   Keyword : Principal Leadership, Teacher Competence, Performance of Teacher.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of service quality and image of the cooperative to cooperative member participation in koperasi Plasma Sawit Bukit Sandiang Tigo Bawan Kab.Agam. The hypotheses were (1) the effect of service quality to the cooperative image,(2) the effect of service quality and  cooperative image to the participation of cooperative members. This research was descriptive associative. The population in this study was a cooperative member of the Koperasi  Plasma Bukit Sandiang Tigo Bawan Kab.Agam, totaling 73 people with the sampling technique was Proportional random sampling. The technique of data analysis was descriptive analysis, classical assumption test: test for normality and homogeneity, path analysis, and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant influence on the quality of service to the cooperative's images, 2) There was a significant effect of service quality and cooperative image on the cooperative participation of cooperative members. Based on the above results it can be concluded that in order to increase the participation of cooperative members in Koperasi Plasma Sawit Bukit Sandiang Tigo Kab.Agam suggested to further improve service quality and image of the cooperative

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study, namely to analyze:the familyenvironment, Economic influence learning,and motivationinfluence toward learning outcomes of students in economic subjects SMAN In Bukittinggi. The type of this research is a associative deskriptive. Abstract

This study aims to find: (1). The results of the economic study which has high and low learning interest are taught using learning model two stay two stray higher than the use of conventional learning model, and (2). Interaction between the use of models of learning and students' interest in learning the results of the economic study. This type of research is experimental treatment by block, using two classes of experimental class is a class X.1 to X.2 control class is class, with a total sample of 55 students. Data collection techniques for interest in learning is done by spreading the research questionnaire before learning process is done. As for the results of such study in the form of multiple-choice test given at the end of the lesson. Data analysis techniques in the study include test requirements normality test and homogeneity test, while the results of hypothesis testing includes independent test samples T-test and two-way ANOVA. Results of this study concluded that: (1). Economic learning outcomes of students who are taught by learning model two stay two stray significantly higher than students taught by conventional learning models, (2). Economic learning outcomes of students who have a high interest in learning taught by learning model two stay two stray significantly higher than students taught by conventional learning models, (3). Economic learning outcomes of students who have low learning interest taught by learning model two stay two stray significantly higher compared to using conventional learning models and (4). There is no interaction between the cooperative learning model two stay two stray and interest in learning on learning outcomes of students. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of product, price , and distribution to the purchasing decision Syempana cake rise in the city of Pekanbaru and specifically to determine ( 1 ) The effect of the product on purchase decision , ( 2 ) The effect of price on purchase decisions ( 3 ) Effect of distribution to the purchasing decision . This research is a descriptive study . The population in this study are all potential consumers Syempana cake rise in the city of Pekanbaru . The sampling technique was accidental sampling with a sample size of 100 people . The technique of data analysis using logistic regression analysis . The results showed that ( 1 ) Product significant effect on purchasing decisions , ( 2 ) price significantly influence purchase decisions , and ( 3 ) distribution significantly influence purchasing decisions . The survey results revealed that the variable product gives a greater influence on purchase decisions Syempana cake rise . Results of logistic regression a significant difference between the independent variables ( product , price , and distribution ) to the buying decision for 25.396. Abstract

The objective of this research is to tested the influence of trust toward customer loyality and The influence of the satisfaction of service quality toward customer loyalty. The primary data is obtained from the customer of Bank Nagari Pasar Raya Padang Trust represented the convinience to make long term relationship to build positive performance. Service quality including service which was given by  Bank Nagari Pasar Raya Padang involved how they gave service. Data tested and analyzed with Multiple Analysis Regression Linier. The method of sampling is accidental sampling. The population is the customer of Bank Nagari Pasar Raya Padang. The sample consisted of 100 respondents. The result  of this research shows that both hiphothesys were proved. There is a positive effect on trust toward customer loyality, there is a positive effect on satisfaction of service quality toward customer loyality. Abstract

The working satisfaction has the important for the on-going life of an organization, including the government organization, for that purpose an organization needs to pay attention to the factors which influence the work satisfaction of the employees. The objective of this research is to know and to analyze the effects of the communication variables of a leader, the compensation and the work motivation on the Work Satisfaction of the employees at Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Tanah Datar. This research includes the quantitative approach. The population of the research is 74 participants by using Slovin Formula 43 samples are obtained. The techniques of sampling is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The data was managed by using path technique analysis by the help of SPSS software. The result of the research shows that the leader communication, the compensation and the work motivation has significantly influence the employees’ work satisfaction. The suggestion for this research is to the related stakeholders to give the contribution on the increasing the work satisfaction for the employees to increase the working performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) the effect of work stress on motivation to transfer, 2) Influence of motivation to transfer to transfer of learning, 3) The effect of motivation to transfer on transfer of learning, and 4) The effect of work stress on transfer of learning with mediation effect of motivation to transfer. This type of research is the study of causality. This research population is all employees of the Padang Religious Court, amounting to 60 people, and the status as civil servants who attended one training. Total samples 54 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The research found that: 1) Work stress significantly influence the motivation to transfer. Work stress have positive effect on motivation to transfer, 2) Motivation to transfer significantly affecting transfer of learning. Motivation to transfer will certainly increase the transfer of learning, 3) Motivation to transfer  significantly influence the transfer of learning. The better motivation to transfer will certainly increase tranfer of learning, 4) Motivation to transfer have been significantly mediated influence work stress on transfer of learning. A better motivation to transfer will increasing transfer of learning eventhough the employee having a stress in their job.  Keywords: Work stress, Motivation to transfer, Transfer of learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze : 1 ) The effect of leadership on organizational commitment Padang Regional Secretariat . 2 ) The effect of work motivation on organizational commitment Padang Regional Secretariat . 3 ) The effect of leadership on job satisfaction of the Regional Secretariat staff Padang . 4 ) The effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction Regional Secretariat of Padang . 5 ) The effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction of the Regional Secretariat staff Padang. This type of research is the study of causality . The population in this study were all within the Regional Secretariat Employees Padang , amounting to 226 people . The sample size is 144 employees . The technique of data analysis is descriptive analysis , test analysis and hypothesis testing requirements with path analysis. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of social media marketing, brand awareness and brand image. In addition, this study also examines the moderating effect of religiosity on the relationship between social media marketing, brand awareness and brand image. The population of this study were followers of HPAI-HNI official social media accounts who are Muslim and domiciled in West Sumatra. This study uses quantitative methods and obtained 253 respondents through an online questionnaire with purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM technique with SmartPLS 3. It was found that social media marketing had a significant positive effect on brand awareness and brand image. In addition, this study found that religiosity was a positive-significant moderating variable on the relationship between social media marketing and brand image but not on brand awareness. This research contributes to the company's branding activities, especially using social media marketing.
