Abstract

The research objective was to examine the turnover of UMKM in the city of Padang during the Covid 19 pandemic in terms of various internal and external factors. The research method uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The study population was 371 UMKM and a sample of 193 UMKM were taken by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques with field research, interviews, observation and questionnaires. Before the data is processed, the instrument test and classical assumption are tested on all research variables. It turns out that all these assumptions can be fulfilled. The result of multiple linear regression Y = 7.982.1 + 8.13X1 + 3.58X2 + 1.37 X3 - 6.41X4 - 7.52X5 + 2.73X6 - 5.26X7 + e. Hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously was carried out at a significance level of 5%. The test results of accountability, business climate and access have a significant negative effect on MSME turnover, while the variables of capital, human resources, law and infrastructure have a significant positive effect on MSME turnover in the city of Padang. Correlation of all internal and external factors with the turnover of MSMEs in the city of Padang is R = 0.534 and R2 = 0.286 and Adjusted R square = 0.238. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian mengkaji omset UMKM kota Padang saat pandemi covid 19 ditinjau dari berbagai faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Metode penelitian memakai metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian 371 UMKM dan sampel 193 UMKM diambil secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan field research, wawancara, observasi dan angket. Sebelum data diolah terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik terhadap semua variabel penelitian ternyata semua asumsi tersebut dapat dipenuhi. Hasil regresi linier berganda Y = 7.982.1 + 8.13X1 + 3.58X2 + 1.37 X3 - 6.41X4 – 7.52X5 + 2.73X6 – 5.26X7 + e. Uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan dilakukan pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil ujinya akuntabilitas, ikim usaha dan akses berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap omset UMKM sedangkan variable modal, sumberdaya manusia, hukum dan infrastruktur berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap omset UMKM kota Padang. Korelasi semua faktor internal dan eksternal dengan omset UMKM kota Padang nilai R = 0.534 dan R2 = 0.286 serta Adjusted R square = 0.238.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the strategies used by culinary MSME players in the city of Padang during the Covid 19 pandemic in order to survive by paying attention to various internal and external factors of each MSME. The research method uses qualitative methods. Methods of data collection using field research, interviews, observation and documentation. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique as many as 193 out of 371 populations. Methods of data analysis using qualitative analysis methods. The results showed that the culinary MSME players in the city of Padang in order to survive the Covid 19 pandemic had used strategies to increase sales turnover by using digital marketing techniques through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and collaborating with Gofood and Grabfood. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh para pelaku UMKM kuliner di kota Padang saat pandemi global covid 19 agar dapat bertahan dengan memperhatikan berbagai faktor internal dan faktor eksternal dari masing-masing UMKM. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode field research, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 193 dari 371 populasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ternyata para pelaku UMKM kuliner di kota Padang agar dapat bertahan saat pandemi covid 19 sebagian telah menggunakan strategi untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan dengan cara menggunakan teknik pemasaran digital melalui media sosial seperti instagram, facebook, whatshap serta bekerjasama dengan gofood dan grabfood.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to look at the effect of financial literacy and digital literacy on the turnover of culinary SMEs in Padang City during the covid 19 pandemic partially and simultaneously. The research method used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The research population was 371 samples, 193 were taken by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques with field research, interviews, observations and questionnaires. All research variables meet all instrument tests and classical assumption tests. The results of the multiple linear regression equation obtained Y = 1.657 + 0.539X1 + 0.723X2 + e. Testing the hypothesis partially and simultaneously at a significance level of 5% shows that financial literacy and digital literacy have a significant positive effect on the turnover of culinary SMEs in the city of Padang. The correlation between financial literacy and digital literacy with culinary SMEs turnover is 0.796 (strong), R2 = 0.633 and Adjusted R square = 0.625 ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian melihat pengaruhliterasi keuangan dan literasi digital terhadap omset UMKM kuliner kota Padang saat pandemic covid 19 secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian memakai metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian 371sampel 193 diambil secara purposive sampling. Abstract

Competitiveness and halal certification of products also support the Indonesian economy. In Indonesia, the number of MSMEs reaches more than 64 million and their competitiveness is low and unable to compete locally and globally, than around 95.34% need halal certification services for food products. The purpose of this study is to describe the competitiveness and halal certification of food products in the culinary MSMEs of the city of Padang in order to increase sales turnover. The research method uses descriptive statistics with a qualitative approach. Population was 371 samples, 193 were taken by purposive sampling collected by observation and interviews. The method of data analysis was carried out with descriptive statistics. The results showed that MSME actors already knew about competitiveness as much as 48.70% and had made product innovations as much as 61.64% in the form of product quality as much as 32.79%. The performance of MSMEs to increase sales turnover is seen from the results of annual sales, there is no longer a maximum of one billion rupiah and the majority of business ownership is still independent as much as 53.36% and not to mention having product halal certification as much as 49.74% Abstrak Daya saing dan sertifikasi halal produk turut menopang perekonomian Indonesia dan mensejahterakan masyarakat dengan meningkatnya omset penjualan. Di Indonesia jumlah UMKM mencapai lebih dari 64 juta, daya saingnya tergolong rendah sehingga tidak mampu bersaing secara lokal dan global dan sekitar 95.34% perlu layanan sertifikasi halal produk pangan. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui gambaran daya saing dan sertifikasi halal produk pangan pada UMKM kuliner kota Padang guna meningkatkan omset penjualan. Metode penelitian menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi penelitian 371 sampel 193 diambil secara purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data field research dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM sudah mengetahui tentang daya saing sebanyak 48.70% dan sudah melakukan inovasi produk sebanyak 61.64% berupa kualitas produk sebanyak 32.79%. Kinerja UMKM untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan dilihat dari hasil penjualan tahunan belum ada lagi yang maksimum sebanyak Rp 1 milyar dan kepemilikan usaha mayoritas masih berdiri sendiri sebanyak 53.36% serta belum lagi memiliki sertifikasi halal produk sebanyak 49.74%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived usefullness of online search, perceived ease of online search, need for touch, sales staff assistance, socialization on the webrooming intention of FEB Dharma Andalas University students. The research sample consisted of 292 people using the Slovin formula. Primary data was collected using a non-probability sampling technique using a Likert scale questionnaire. All the results of the instrument test and the classical assumption test complied in order to obtain the equation Y = 0.028 + 0.095X1 - 0.291X2 + 0.406X3 + 0.486X4 + 0.156X5 + e. The results of partial hypothesis testing show perceived usefullness of online search, perceived easy of online search, need for touch, sales staff assistance have a significant positive effect on webrooming intention of FEB students at Dharma Andalas University except socialization has a significant negative effect on webrooming intention. Correlation of perceived usefullness of online search, perceived ease of online search, need for touch, sales staff assistance, socialization with high webrooming intention 0.915. Perceived usefullness of online search, perceived ease of online search, need for touch, sales staff assistance, socialization is able to explain the webrooming intention of undergraduate students of Management FEB Dharma Andalas University by 0.835 while the remaining 0.165 is explained by other variables not included in the research model. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh perceived usefullness of online search, perceived easy of online search, need for touch, sales staff assistance, socialization, terhadap webrooming intention mahasiswa FEB Universitas Dharma Andalas. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 292 orang menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan teknik non probability sampling menggunakan angket skala Likert. Semua hasil uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik memenuhi sehingga didapat persamaan Y = 0,028 + 0,095X1 - 0.291X2 + 0.406X3 + 0,486X4 + 0,156X5 + e. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan perceived usefullness of online search, perceived easy of online search, need for touch, sales staff assistance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap webrooming intention mahasiswa FEB Universitas Dharma Andalas kecuali socialization berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap webrooming intention. Korelasi perceived usefullness of online search, perceived easy of online search, need for touch, sales staff assistance, socialization dengan webrooming intention tinggi 0,915. Perceived usefullness of online search, perceived easy of online search, need for touch, sales staff assistance, socialization mampu menjelaskan webrooming intention mahasiswa prodi S1 Manajemen FEB Universitas Dharma Andalas sebesar 0,835 sedangkan sisanya 0,165 dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk ke dalam model penelitian

Abstract

The Wali Nagari device is one of the HR components that must be familiar with and able to utilize technological devices. The tasks he carries are very heavy including administering village government, development, and community affairs as well as assisting administration services to the Wali Nagari. With the ability to use information technology facilities in the form of sharing data, sharing printers, using e-mail and the internet, it is hoped that the internal coordination of village guardians can be better established. This service activity has relevance to the needs of the village guardian apparatus in Nagari Gasan Gadang at the Wali Nagari office. Based on the results of questions and answers with several levels of the nagari guardian during the visit of the lecturer team to the Gasan Gadang guardian's office. The wali nagari device has difficulties in sharing or sharing data and printers between colleagues in the wali nagari office. Another thing that is needed by the village guardian apparatus is the procedure for communicating on the internet using e-mail. By doing the service at the wali nagari gasan gadang office, it is hoped that the obstacles encountered can be overcome

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of poverty, health and nutritional status on the economic growth of the city of Padang partially and simultaneously. The research data comes from secondary data. Research using associative method with a quantitative approach. Samples were taken by purposive sampling in the form of time series data for 2013-2022. Data collection uses field research techniques. The research data were processed using inferential statistics with the results of a multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.236 - 0.619 X1 + 0.288X2 + 0.539X3 + e. The partial and simultaneous research hypothesis at a significance level of 5% indicates that poverty has a significant negative effect on the economic growth of the city of Padang while health and nutritional status except a significant positive effect on the economic growth of the city of Padang. Correlation of poverty, health and nutritional status = 51.3% (moderate) and and Adjusted R square = 20.6% ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh kemiskinan, kesehatan dan status gizi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kota Padang secara parsial dan simultan. Data penelitian berasal dari data sekunder. Penelitian menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling berupa data time series tahun 2013-2022. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik field research. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan statistik inferensial dengan hasil persamaan regresi linier berganda Y= 2.236 - 0.619 X1 + 0.288X2 + 0.539X3 + e.
