Abstract

The role of human resource management is reflected in the company's policy to regulate its human resources so that it can play a major role in working together and supporting the company's strategy by measuring the level of employee performance. Employee work performance is strongly influenced by the condition of company such as motivation factors, job satisfaction, working stress, physical condition of work, compensation system, and job design. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation factors, job satisfaction, working stress, physical condition of work, compensation system, and job design with employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Balimbingan. This research was carried out at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Balimbingan in May 2018. This study uses non-parametric analysis with Kendall Tau test. The results showed that the factors of motivation, job satisfaction, work stress, physical condition of work, compensation system and job design were partially related to employee performance because of the significance value (0.000 <0.05). Motivation factors, job satisfaction, physical condition of work and compensation system are strongly related and the direction of a positive relationship with work performance is the correlation coefficient values of 0.895, 0.720, 0.733 and 0.706, respectively. Job stress factors are negatively related to work performance with a correlation coefficient value of -0.550. Job design factors are positively related to a low correlation level of 0.377. Simultaneously the six factors are significantly related to work performance because the value of Asymp.Sig <0.05

Abstract

Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin Benth) is an essential oil-producing plant which is a source of foreign exchange for the country. Indonesia is currently the world's producer of patchouli oil with a contribution of 90%, for that it is necessary to maintain market opportunities by increasing production through appropriate cultivation techniques, improving the quality of patchouli oil and developing patchouli plantings in areas that have bright prospects seen from the level of suitability. land and climate.The purpose of this study was to determine market structure, market behavior (various forms of collusion) and market appearances that occurred in the marketing of nimal oil in Bukut Village, Terangun District, Gayo Lues Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data, for market participants, snowball sampling is used. The method used to analyze the market structure is Concentration Ratio analysis tools (Market Share, Herfindal Index and Concentration Ratio for Biggest Four or ), Degree of Product Differentiation, Barriers to Market Entry and Level of Market Knowledge. To analyze Market Behavior, it is descriptively analyzed about collusion and strategies that occur. To analyze the Market Performance used the analysis tools of Marketing Margin, Share Price, and Cost and Profit Ratio.〖CR〗_4.Market share at the collector levelthere is an oligopoly marketing system for patchouli oil with loose concentration. The concentration of buyers in marketing patchouli oil in Bukut village, both collectors, village collectors, and representative warehouses/ wholesalers is oligopsony. The marketing structure of Patchouli Oil in Gayo Lues, at the level of collector traders is a loose oligopoly with a CR4 value of 0.5421, at the level of a village collector it is a tight oligopoly with a CR4 value of 0.8855, while at the warehouse representative/ wholesaler level it is a tight oligopoly with a CR value, reaching 1.00. should have a value of 1.00 is a monopoly, but because there are still three competing companies, it is categorized as a strict oligopoly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership to soldier Performance through human resources development of the command battalion 469 Kopasgat. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to 171 employees of the command battalion 469 Kopasgat. Data analysis method used is structural modeling and processed with the help of analysis of the moment structural (AMOS) application program. The result of the Research shows that there is the influence of transformational leadership influence of human resources development, then transformational leadership and human resources development influence of soldier performance of the command battalion 469 Kopasgat; furthermore, the results of the study found human resources development variables function partially mediate the relationship of transformational leadership to the soldier performance of the command battalion 469 Kopasgat.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of service quality on increasing the number of Sharia Pawnshop customers in Aceh Province. Service quality indicators are Tangibles, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability and Assurance. This study used primary data which were the results of the distribution of questionnaires to Sharia Pawnshop customers in Aceh Province as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results found that all service quality variables such as Tangibles, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability and Assurance had a positive and significant effect on increasing the number of Sharia pawnshop customers in Aceh Province. This proves that PT. Sharia Pawnshop (PT. Pegadaian Syariah) must pay attention to and improve the quality of services to increase the number of people, especially those in Aceh Province to become customers of the pawnshop and most importantly maintain the current number of customers.

Abstract

The financial market is the driving force of the country's economy because it can be used as an instrument for capital formation, facilitating community participation in resource mobilization, and facilitating financing for national development. This study examines the stock market response to the exchange rate, gold prices and inflation in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods with secondary data collection methods for the period June 2016 – July 2023. Data processing was carried out using a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results show that the Indonesian stock market responded positively to changes in the exchange rate, namely 36.244. Meanwhile, the price of gold was also responded positively by the Indonesian stock market at 0.532, while inflation was responded negatively by the Indonesian stock market at 0.253. Thus, the Indonesian stock market responds to every change in variables such as the exchange rate, gold prices and inflation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of communication strategies on teacher performance, the influence of transfomational leadership on teacher performance, the influence of communication strategies on work motivation, the influence of transformational leadership on work motivation, the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, the influence of communication strategies on teacher performance with work motivation as intervening variable, the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The research method is a quantitative model. The sample is based on questionnaire data distributed to all teachers of the Nurul Amaliyah Tanjung Morawa Education Foundation. The analysis was used using SEM-PLS analysis with a sample of 90 respondents (teachers). Communication strategy and transformational leadership variables influence teacher performance, communication strategy and transformational leadership influence teacher performance with work motivation as an influential intervening variable.
