Abstract

Efforts to improve the performance of the State Civil Servant (ASN) as a servant of the State andpublic servants, the government seeks to further optimize the function of the State Civil Apparatus(ASN). This is done, among others, by improving the personnel system, empowering and improvingthe accountability of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) itself. The low quality of service provided bythe State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to the community which is one of the benchmarks to assess theperformance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) could be caused by many things. When thegovernment is unable to act decisively against the Civil State Official (ASN) rules and not disciplinein performing duties as servant of State and public servant, then selamnyalah performance of StateCivil Apparatus (ASN) will be dilapidated and far from what expected. However it is necessary toconsider the communication within the State Civil Servant (ASN). The result of this researchconcludes that there is influence of work discipline, leadership, communication and mutation toperformance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Local Secretariat Environment of TanjungbalaiGovernment partially or simultaneously. And the ability of work discipline, leadership,communication and mutation in explaining the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is equalto 60.9% the remaining 39.1% is explained by other variables not included in this research model

Abstract

Ketergantungan masyarakat akan laut yang menjadi satu satunya mata pencarian, menyebabkan tingkat ekonomi masyarakat masih berada dibawah garis kemiskinan, khususnya di kampung nelayan indah. Tingginya kebutuhan hidup tidak sebanding dengan pendapatan yang didapat dari hasil melaut. Pendapatan dari hasil melaut jauh menurun dari apa yang didapat nelayan selama ini. Dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan atau halaman rumah yang ada, maka pekarangan atau halaman rumah akan diberdayakan menjadi kebun mini dengan menanam komoditas pertanian yang dibutuhkan sehari-hari untuk mengurangi beban belanja keluarga. Pemanfaatan pekarangan sangatlah tepat untuk memenuhi pangan dan gizi keluarga, mengingat selama ini pekarangan dan lahan disekitar lainnya belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Padahal lahan tersebut memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai penghasil pangan, dalam memperbaiki gizi keluarga sekaligus meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Manfaatnya sangat besar, terutama bagi masyarakat golongan ekonomi lemah. Untuk itu, Pemerintah telah menganjurkan agar memanfaatkan setiap jengkal tanah termasuk lahan tidur, galengan, maupun tanah kosong yang tidak produktif. Manfaat lain yang diperoleh adalah berkurangnya pengeluaran keluarga sekaligus dapat memberikan tambahan pendapatan keluarga jika hasil yang diperoleh telah melebihi kebutuhan pangan keluarga. Melalui pemanfaatan pekarangan ini diharapkan akan terbentuk suatu kawasan yang kaya sumber pangan yang diproduksi sendiri dari hasil pemanfaatan pekarangan

Abstract

ABSTRAKMadrasah Ibtidaiyah (disingkat MI) adalah jenjang paling dasar pada pendidikan formal di Indonesia, setara dengan Sekolah Dasar, yang pengelolaannya dilakukan oleh Kementerian Agama. Kurikulum Madrasah Ibtidaiyah sama dengan kurikulum Sekolah Dasar, hanya saja pada MI lebih banyak mempelajari Pendidikan Agama Islam. MIS Al Djamiatul Washliyah adalah salah satu Madrasah Ibtidaiyah yang berada di Dusun I Pauh Kecamatan Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Kondisi MIS Al Djamiatul Washliyah saat ini memang sangat memerlukan perhatian dari semua pihak. Kondisi halaman Madrasah yang sangat rendah sehingga kalau musim hujan maka air akan tergenang, halaman Madrasah seakan-akan seperti kolam renang dan ini sangat mengganggu kegiatan belajar mengajar siswa/i. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim merupakan lanjutan dari Hibah Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) yang didanai oleh Kemenristek/BRIN. Oleh karena itu, tim melakukan penyemenan halaman Madrasah. Target kegiatan ini adalah agar kegiatan belajar mengajar di MIS Al Djamiatul Washliyah dapat berjalan dengan baik. Anak-anak dapat bermain di halaman Madrasah dengan aman dan nyaman, sehingga jika musim hujan turun tidak perlu khawatir lagi. Tim juga melakukan pelatihan kepada guru-guru. Tim memberikan pelatihan mengenai penggunaan google classroom dan google meet yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran secara daring. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan ini, kemampuan guru lebih meningkat.   Kata Kunci : Madrasah, Perbaikan Sarana dan Prasarana, Pelatihan ABSTRACTMadrasah Ibtidaiyah (abbreviated as MI) is the most basic level of formal education in Indonesia, equivalent to elementary school, which is managed by the Ministry of Religion. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum is the same as the elementary school curriculum, it's just that MI studies more of Islamic Religious Education. MIS Al Djamiatul Washliyah is one of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah located in Dusun I Pauh, Kecamatan Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang. The current condition of MIS Al Djamiatul Washliyah really requires the attention of all parties. The condition of Madrasah yard is very low so that during the rainy season the water will be stagnant, the Madrasah yard looks like a swimming pool and this greatly disturbs students' teaching and learning activities. The community service carried out by team is a continuation of Stimulus Community Partnership Program (PKMS) Grant funded by Ministry of Research and Technology/BRIN. Therefore, the team cemented Madrasah yard. The target of this activity is so that teaching and learning activities at MIS Al Djamiatul Washliyah can run well. Children can play in the Madrasah yard safely and comfortably, so that if the rainy season falls there is no need to worry anymore. The team also conducted training for teachers. The team provides training on the use of google classroom and google meet that can be used by teachers in online learning. Abstract

Good business governance (GCG) is essential for the sustainability and development of a company in the future. The principles of implementing GCG, which include transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness, are fundamental in managing business, especially in state-owned companies as regulated in the Minister of State for State-Owned Enterprises Regulation Number: PER – 01 / MBU/2011 concerning the Implementation of Governance Good Company (Good Corporate governance).PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal is a sub-holding company of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), which manages port business entities in multipurpose terminal operations in Indonesia. The implementation of good corporate governance in the company has not been optimal due to a lack of socialization to communicate, educate, and convey information about GCG to employees by position holders.This research uses qualitative research methods with informants from relevant positions, company employees and service users. The research results show a lack of socialization from office holders so that new employees do not understand GCG, the principles of accountability, starting from the delivery of information and financial reports, have not been carried out promptly, and the principles of responsibility in service sessions have not been maximized, indicated by, among other things, limited internet access and providing comfort and satisfaction to customers.
