Abstract

This paper describes the design and means of detecting levels of carbon monoxide in healthy people, which can also provide a warning when carbon monoxide levels have exceeded normal levels. The design is carried out in several stages, including literature study, data collection, tool testing, analysis, and reporting. Carbon monoxide is a gas that cannot be felt by the human senses because it is odorless, colorless, and tasteless. The effects of carbon monoxide exposure cause poisoning and death if inhaled in certain amounts. The results of the combustion trial of each experimental substance with a maximum detection time of 10 minutes include mosquito coils with a carbon monoxide content of 31.08 Ppm, paper burning with a content of 30.46 Ppm, and cigarette smoke with the highest value of 87.63 Ppm. From the experiments conducted, it can be concluded that the design results can detect carbon monoxide levels well, this is indicated by the intensity of the levels that vary between one experimental substance and another.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is an important thing to do in order to improve employee competence so that a company can develop. Performance appraisals are also used for employees in promotions, positions, or company employees who are unable to comply with procedures. Perum LPPNPI is one of the offices that carries out employee performance appraisals. In conducting a performance assessment it is not appropriate because the system is still using a manual system. This problem causes performance appraisals to be a little difficult to determine the best employees based on established criteria. Decision support system is a suitable system for evaluating employee performance. The method used is the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method using the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view by using Euclidean distance to determine the closest distance from an alternative. to the optimal solution. By using a decision support system is expected to facilitate the company in assessing employee performance appropriately.

Abstract

An expert system is a computer program tAn expert system can assist a layperson in resolving an issue by making a decision on a problem based on an expert's response. In general, a worker executes his job in an efficient manner that allows him to save money while working. As a result, most employees and entrepreneurs employ tools that assist humans in doing tasks that are simple and time-saving. There are various things that will require processes that are available at the barrier gate, given the performance power that can pick disconnected elements in the machine. The barrier gate system is a parking crossing facility for everyone who will enter and exit the parking lot at the shopping center through automatic crossing gates, where passengers can open the door first, and a parking data checking procedure using the barcode scanner available at the barrier gate is required. In expert systems, the Bayes theorem approach may be used to diagnose barrier gate damage and compute every conceivable symptom that exists in barrier gate damage. The proposed expert system may be utilized to diagnose existing barrier gate deterioration.

Abstract

Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS shortened) is a combination of symptoms and diseases caused by the HIV virus's damage to the human immune system. This study examines the WEKA Application for K-means Clustering Data Mining in Grouping AIDS Cases by Province. The increasing number of AIDS patients in Indonesia is a matter that never escapes the government's notice. People are concerned about the spread of the AIDS virus due to the persistently rising death rate. Documents supplied by the Social Security Administering Body describing the number of villages/subdistricts with health facilities were mined for data and study. This research utilizes data from the years 2008-2011 for a total of 34 provinces. There are two assessment criteria: 1) the average number of AIDS cases and 2) the average number of AIDS-related deaths controlled by three clusters: high cluster level (C1), medium cluster level (C2), and low cluster level (C3) (C3). So that the C1 cluster evaluation for AIDS cases is based on four provinces, Papua, DKI Jakarta, West Java, and East Java, nine provinces for the C2 cluster, and twenty provinces for the C3 cluster. This information can be sent to provinces who are concerned about the number of AIDS cases.
