Abstract

Aceh is one of the provinces that paves the way for the Islamic development in Indonesia. Therefore, Aceh has a strong Islam preaching and becomes the center of science. Innovations made in Islamic knowledge with government policies in managing zakat funds collected from the community-made Aceh are through the BAZNAS in provincial level namely Baitul Mal Aceh; one of the BAZNAS with highly effective Allocation to Collection Ratio (ACR) levels. Baitul Mal Aceh has a superior program aiming at making Mustahik into Muzzaki consisting of education, health assistance, and economic empowerment programs. This research was conducted to see the effect of Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah (ZIS) through Economic Growth, Education, Health, and HDI on Poverty in Aceh. The method used in this research was Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results revealed the direct effect of ZIS on Economic Growth, Health, and HDI, as well as the total indirect effect of ZIS on Economic Growth and Poverty in Aceh. The results also showed that the effect of ZIS through Health and HDI on Economic Growth and the effect of ZIS through HDI on Poverty in Aceh.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the stability of money demand in Indonesia before and after the change of exchange rate system, from managed floating exchange rate to free floating exchange rate in the middle of 1997. And also to analyze the role of exchange rate on the money demand in Indonesia.The result shows that there are no change in stability of money demand for M1 and any change in stability for M2. The role of exchange rate is very significant in money de¬mand in Indonesia not only for M1 but also for M2. Because of right now, the exchange rate system is free floating exchange rate, where no government intervening, so that the govern¬ment should to maintain the exchange rate market more efficient.Keywords: Money Demand, Managed floating exchange rate, free floating exchange rate, stability of money demand

Abstract

AbstractThis study analyzes the effect of Indonesian Bank loan, the amount of demand deposits, and the Indonesia economic crisis in 1997 on the interbank call money market transactions in Indonesia using a multiple linear regression method. This study finds that the variables influencing the interbank call money market transactions are the interest rate of interbank call money market and the check money. Abstract

The goal of this study is to analyze the doctrine purchasing power parity (PPP) in Indonesia with the case study of the rupiah exchange rate to U.S. dollar. The autoregressive is used to estimate the relationship between the change of exchange rate and the difference Indonesia–USA inflation rate. The data used in this study are quarterly data obtained from the International Financial Statistics (IFS) and Bank Indonesia (BI) with the period 1997Q4-2013Q4. The exchange rate that used in this study is using the rate on rupiah to U S dollar. The price data used consumer price index in Indonesia and the United States with a base year of 2000. The results of this study show, that rupiah to the U.S. dollar is undervalued during the free floating exchange rate system and, the PPP doctrine to the case of the rupiah to the U.S. dollar is not valid in the period of this study.

Abstract

Since July 1997, Asia-Pasific countries have been fighting to handle monetary crisis they face. Among those countries, few countries are able to handlle the crisis relatively quickly while Indonesia seems to have a difficulty in handling the crisis. As this article extends, it happens because the fundamental of the Indonesian economy is less weak rather than those countries.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an activity that is not foreign in Indonesia. Currently emergingentrepreneurs in Indonesia are generally located in urban areas, one of the mainproblems kewiarusahaan in Indonesia, namely the uneven understanding of theimportance of entrepreneurship for the people living in remote areas. Finally, there isthe economic inequality between urban and rural areas. An understanding ofentrepreneurship need to be inflated in order to raise the economic level of societytowards a better economy. Lots of potential natural resources that can be extracted andcan boost the economy of citizens around but with the lack of knowledge aboutentrepreneurship existing potential is not utilized and not optimized as well as possibleand not occupied thereby earning less than optimal. Therefore it is very necessary toprovide counseling to the local community that there is a potential that can be extractedand utilized by the community. The purpose of this program is increasing citizenknowledge about entrepreneurship and the potential that can be exploited andoptimized in the area where they live. Stagesof entrepreneurship education programs(the importance of innovation in business) is carried out in the post and in homes.Before the survey was carried out in some houses that have natural resources (fruits)which is a lot for sale. After getting fruits,making jams trial began barking, and aftercompletion of the test the jam barked into people's homes. The latter process is todisseminate jam making barking and extension of entrepreneurship (the importance ofinnovation in business). Increased knowledgeof citizens about entrepreneurship and thepotential that can be exploited and optimized in their area, a hope for the author may bebeneficial to the citizens and to improve their economy.

Abstract

Writing activities, basically a good activity done by children. By writing, creativitycan be enhanced and a child is like to immerse themselves in the creative process, whichmeans the child to create something that also means asking questions, having doubts andconfusion until finally finding a solution. And when the creative process is getting trained,the child will be easier to transfer skills to other areas that also require creativesolutions, such as school or other activities. Children ages Elementary School in DusunTedunan, Tridadi Village, District Loano, Purworejo has a keen interest in reading shortstories and was interested enough to try to write a story, but unfortunately there areno means of supporting their interests. Creative Writing their training activities isexpected to motivate children to write. Because as for efforts to improve theeffectiveness of learning to write using an approach that emphasizes the importance ofthe subject of the learning process for students, the process approach and media images.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis returns to scale produksi tenun lurik di Kecamatan Cawas, Kabupaten Klaten. Kecamatan Cawas merupakan sentra penghasil tenun lurik dengan jumlah unit usaha paling banyak di Kabupaten Klaten. Variabel-variabel yang diteliti antara lain tenaga kerja, pengalaman, bahan baku, dan modal awal. Penelitian ini menggunakan model fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas melalui uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi.                         Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 75 unit usaha. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan faktor tenaga kerja dan bahan baku signifikan pada a=10%, sedangkan faktor pengalaman dan modal awal tidak signifikan terhadap produksi tenun lurik. Nilai returns to scale sebesar 1,144701 menunjukkan bahwa usaha tenun lurik mengalami increasing returns to scale.

Abstract

Yogyakarta is one of the most popular tourist destinations by tourists to spend their vacation time, it can be seen from the dense visit of the tourists who come during the holidays. The lack of facilities and infrastructure in Yogyakarta City to respond to the high tourists make new problems arise. This makes some tourists look for some alternative new tourist areas, such as natural attractions in the suburbs, namely in Gunung Kidul, Sleman and Kulon progo.Hamlet Nglinggo included as one of the tourist village in Special Region of Yogyakarta which is located Samigaluh, Kulon progo. Nglinggo tourist village is a new tourist village and is busy visiting tourists in recent years. This tourist village offers natural attractions tea plantations and waterfall Curug Watu Jonggol which is still one village with the existence of tea plantations. The potential of natural tourism is the main attraction compared to other tourist villages in Yogyakarta. Based on the data of the village tourist managers, the average number of visits per month reached the number of visits 1000-1500 the number of visitors (source pokdarwis). Increasing the number of visits to make the latest problems resulting from the absence of planning in the development of tourist villages, low human resources, and institutional governance is not good to cause some of the potential of this tourist village is less managed and competitive.Based on the problems mentioned above then in need of community empowerment efforts through the development of Nglingo Tourism Village so as to support slogan kabuapten Kulon progo the Jewel of Java. The goal is the creation of tourism village development through participatory planning, creation of institutional governance, and human resource capacity building. The methods used are training, mentoring, and implentation. While Partners cooperation in pelasakanaan KKN-PPM is the village government Pagerharjo District Samigaluh Kulonprogo.
