Abstract

Abstract:the voters who did not vote in the election (white group) legislature is still high. In 2014 the government gave rise to a new program, a program Volunteer Democracy (Relation). Relationships program is expected to create a positive awareness of the importance of the elections in the life of the nation. This study aims to determine the grounding performance, form the performance of “Relasi”, and the constraints faced “Relasi” in the implementation of legislative elections in 2014, especially in the city of Banda Aceh. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Source of data obtained through interviews and documentation. The subjects of the research is determined by purposive sampling method. The subjects in this study is one the group’s chairman and two members of the group of each segment. The results showed that the foundations of the program “Relasi” is the voter turnout tends to decrease. Mechanism of action of different used is adapted to the situation and the condi-tions required. Overall the entire relationship has been working in accordance with its function as an extension. Obstacles faced when socialization is the style, technique, time, and bounce. In addition to the mindset of the people who mostly do not have awareness about the importance of democracy.Keywords: volunteer democracy, legislative elections

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the mode of drug distribution in society, the form of cooperation between parents, schools, and the government in preventing drugs in adolescents, and the obstacles faced in preventing drugs. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The mode used by drug traffickers was to wrap drugs in food/beverage packages that are transported on the deck of the ship and put them in a modified vehicle tank. The form of cooperation between parents, schools, and the sub-district was a joint-venture. The obstacles faced in preventing drug abuse or spread among adolescents are the lack of public understanding of drug prevention, the large negative influence of peer groups, the lack of school facilities and infrastructure, and many apathetic people.

Abstract

TAI (team accelerated instruction) merupakan pembelajaran yang saling bekerja sama, dimana akan diadakan kompetisi belajar antar tim yang diwakili satu orang dari masing-masing anggota kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh prestasi belajar mata pelajaran sejarah dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI (team accelerated instruction) di SMA Negeri 1 Kaway XVI kabupaten Aceh Barat. Penedkatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kaway XVI Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Sedangkan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas Xb sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa 31 orang dan kelas Xc sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa 31 orang di SMA Negeri 1 Kaway XVI kabupaten Aceh Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian tes. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan statisyik yang sesuai yaitu dengan menggunakan rumus kolerasi product moment dengan taraf signifikan  α: 0,05 dan analisis uji-t. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI (team accelerated instruction) memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran sejarah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kaway XVI kabupaten Aceh Barat, dengan nilai r(xy) = 0.90.
