Abstract

Introduction: Low back pain is a common complaint experienced by pregnant women in the third trimester. Doing exercise during pregnancy can relieve lower back pain. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of online pregnancy exercise on reducing low back pain in third trimester pregnant women in the Prambon Health Center Work Area. Methods: This type of research is a quasy experiment with a one group pretest posttest design. The population of study were all pregnant women in the third trimester, totaling 35 pregnant women. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The independent variable of online pregnancy exercise and the dependent variable decreased low back pain. The research instrument uses observation. Data processing using editing, coding, scoring, tabulating with data analysis Paired t-test. Results: The results showed that before the online pregnancy exercise was carried out, most of the respondents experienced low back pain with a scale of 3(more painful) as many as 27 respondents (77,1%), a scale of 4(very painful) as many as 8 respondents(22,9%),while after the online pregnancy exercise was carried out, most of the respondents experienced low back pain with a scale of 3 (more painful) to a scale of 0 (no pain) as many as 20 respondents (57,1%) and a scale of 1 (slight pain) 7 respondents (20%),of respondents experiencing back pain with a scale of 4 (very painful) to a scale of 1 (slight pain) as many as 3 respondents (8,6%) and a scale of 2 (slightly more painful) as many as 5 respondents (14,3%).Paired statistical test t-test shows value = 0.000<(0.05) so that H1 is accepted. Conclusion: There is an effect of online pregnancy exercise on reducing low back pain in third trimester pregnant women.

Abstract

Entering the 21 st century all nations will be faced with many challenges seriously and very basic, primarily related to the competence or the global dimension of globalization requires the availability of qualified human resources. The purposes of the research are (1) to prove and analyze the influence of student perception of loyalty through satisfaction of education services partially, (2) to prove and analyze the influent of students perceptions of loyalty through satisfaction of education services simultane cously, (3) to prove and analize statisfaction affects to student loyalty. The design of the researeh is descriptive research of explanatory research. The population is the students of Diploma -3 Midwifery STIKES Husada Jombang in academic year 2009. There are 562 students, There are 168 students based on the calculation of sample. The hypothesis is tested by using F Test and T Test. The results of this study are (1) there is an influence of students perception of the quality of educational services for students loyalty through satisfaction, (2) There is a simultaneous influence to ward students loyalty through satisfaction, (3) There is on influence of satisfaction through student loyalty. The description of the research conclusions are based on description and analysis of the following discussions (1) The hypothesis is partially students perceptions of the quality of educational services of student, (2) Hypothesis simultane ously to students perception of the quality of educational services significantly influence loyalty through satisfaction of students, (3) This Hypothetical effects to students satisfaction toward students loyalty.

Abstract

East Java has seen a steady increase in COVID-19 cases, with 1,221 people affected and 3547 lives lost. The study used in-depth interviews with stakeholders supported by NGOs and the Integrated Command Post to understand the phenomenon. The sample included nine cities in East Java Province, including Surabaya, Malang, Kediri, Batu, Blitar, Madiun, Mojokerto, Pasempuan, and Probalingga. The results of these interviews were disseminated to health workers in East Java using the Question-and-Answer lecture method. The health department and stakeholders at the Integrated Command Post collaborated to socialize technical guidelines for preventing COVID-19 transmission. The material presented in the program policies aims to prevent COVID-19 transmission in East Java. Stakeholders' policies towards the Integrated Command Post capacity building program are crucial for preventing COVID-19 transmission. Regulations or laws are necessary to regulate efforts in East Java. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out by stakeholders at the integrated post in East Java, with the health department monitoring its evaluation through monthly reports sent through puskesmas and hospitals based on the COVID-19 examination laboratory network. The study aims to provide information on self-isolation and increase support and cooperation across sectors and local governments in handling COVID-19.
