Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Loan to Deposit Ratio terhadap Return on Asset pada PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel Loan to Deposit Ratio diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 70,34%. Variabel Loan to Deposit Ratio diperoleh nilai rata-rata 2,86%. Loan to Deposit Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Asset dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 1,464 + 0,020X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,923 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan nilai determinasi 85,2%. UjiĀ  hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

In the current digital and new normal era, social media was being an important source of information, for entrepreneur, especially UMK (Micro and Small Business) players in marketing their products by optimizing the use of technology. The lack of income for micro and small business entrepreneur, because the majority of them still market their products in traditional and conventional ways. Knowledge, technological stuttering, internet access and technological devices were separately obstacles for MSE actors, but not a few of them have started using technology in product marketing, especially with the Covid-19 pandemic which has begun to spread in the world and Indonesia, especially those whose impact has been felt since February 2020, which has encouraged business actors to be able to use technology, especially social media to keep their product marketing ongoing. This study aims to analyze the use of social media with the use of applications of GoFood and/or GrabFood to increase income for MSEs in South Tangerang. The research method used in this research was a case study with a qualitative descriptive method, the data source in this study uses primary data from 122 respondents of MSEs (Micro and Small Enterprises) in South Tangerang based on purposive sampling, namely MSEs actors who market their products online. at least the last three months used applications on social media, such as applications of Gofood and/or Grabfood. The results of the study show that 61.5 percent of MSE respondents use application services for food delivery, both Gofood and GrabFood. From the above application users, the most widely used is GrabFood (51.65). There was an increase in income after using social media such as the Gofood and Grabfood delivery applications (82%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of debtor character and customer income on collectibility at BMT Al-Muqrin. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the debtor's character has a significant effect on collectibility by 43.4%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8.449 > 1.986). Customer income has a significant effect on collectibility by 49.3%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8,595 > 1,986). Debtor character and customer income simultaneously have a significant effect on collectibility with the regression equation Y = 13.633 + 0.338X1 + 0.526X2 and the contribution of the influence is 55.2%, hypothesis testing is obtained F count > F table or (56.629 > 2,700).

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan judul Sosialisasi Penerapan Investasi Online Pada CV Cahaya Agribiz Cianjur Jawa Barat, bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan penerapan investasi online yang tepat, di mana setelah memiliki tujuan keuangan yang sudah dikategorisasi berdasarkan jangka waktu pencapaian, selanjutnya bisa mulai menentukan pilihan instrumen investasi yang tepat sesuai time horizon tujuan keuangan dan profil risiko. Time horizon sangat penting karena akan mempengaruhi penilaian terhadap risiko sebuah instrumen investasi dan efektivitasnya dalam mencapai target dana yang sudah ditentukan. Metode kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang digunakan adalah adalah memberikan penyuluhan dalam bentuk presentasi materi penerapan investasi online dan tanya jawab.Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah CV Cahaya Agribiz Cianjur Jawa Barat mendapatkan pengetahuan penerapan investasi online yang tepat untuk memperoleh keuntungan untuk jangka panjang.
