Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Starbucks di Wilayah Cianjur. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel store atmosphere diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,406 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,481 dengan kriteria baik. Store atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 10,979 + 0,805X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,751 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 56,5%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

The purpose of this study is to explore the principle of Tauhid in ownership in Islamic economics, Tauhid in Islam is recognized as a fundamental principle of religion or can be called the most basic principle in religion especially in the concept of Islamic economics. Research method is a Literature review is a systematic, explicit and reproducible method for identifying, evaluating and synthesizing works of research results and ideas that have been produced by researchers and practitioners. Literature review aims to make an analysis and synthesis of existing knowledge related to the topic to be researched to find empty space for research to be carried out. the results of this study found that Islam recognizes human nature to love wealth and own it. The wealth that is in the hands of humans is only a deposit and a mandate that must be fulfilled according to what the owner wants. The concept of ownership in Islam is very comprehensive, where Islam not only regulates how property ownership can be obtained in a lawful way, how property can be developed and utilized, but also regulates how property can function for the welfare of the people, namely by moving the owners to distribute to meet their needs. The concept of ownership in Islamic teachings departs from the view that humans have a basic tendency (fitrah) to own property individually, but also need other parties in their social life.

Profit sharing schemes are very limited compared to fixed income schemes, murabaha and ijarah contracts are far more widely used by Islamic financial institutions than profit sharing schemes. the purpose of this research is to know the concept of profit sharing in the industrial field in islamic economy. This research method uses systematic literature review Literature review aims to make an analysis and synthesis of existing knowledge related to the topic to be researched to find empty space for research to be carried out. The results of this study found that Sharia Banking stipulates that mudharabah is what is meant by "Akad mudharabah " in Financing is a joint venture agreement between the first party (malik, shahibul mal, or Sharia Bank) which provides all the capital and the second party („factor, mudharib, or the Customer) who acts as fund manager by sharing business profits in accordance with the agreement set forth in the Akad, while the loss is fully borne by the Islamic Bank unless the second party makes a deliberate mistake, is negligent or violates the agreement. based on careful calculations between the three schemes, viz revenue sharing, gross profit sharing and net Profit sharing, hence the schematic profit sharing is the most profitable for tile entrepreneurs in developing their production business.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Application of the Maslahah Concept in DSN MUI Fatwa in the Sector of Sharia Economics and Finance. The concept of maslahah, or public interest, is a fundamental principle in Islamic jurisprudence that is also applied in the fatwas issued by the Indonesian Council of Ulama's (MUI) Shariah Supervisory Board (DSN). The application of the maslahah concept in DSN MUI's fatwas is crucial to ensure that the decisions made are in the best interest of the Muslim community and promote the well-being of society. Research method is Library research refers to the process of searching for and analyzing information in a library setting. This can involve searching for books, articles, and other sources of information related to a specific topic or research question. Result of the research maslahah concept is applied in DSN MUI's fatwas is by considering the broader societal impacts of a particular issue or problem. For instance, in the context of Islamic finance and banking, DSN MUI has issued fatwas that aim to promote financial stability, economic growth, and social justice. This is achieved by ensuring that Islamic financial institutions adhere to Shariah principles and avoid practices that are harmful to society or the environment. Moreover, the maslahah concept is also used to address new issues and challenges that arise in modern society. For example, DSN MUI has issued fatwas on digital currencies and e-commerce that take into account the unique characteristics of these new technologies and how they can be used to promote the well-being of society while adhering to Islamic principles.. The purpose of the study is How is social justice in the perspective of the Qur'an, and how is the relationship of social justice in the perspective of the Qur'an and Pancasila. The Qur'an mentions the value of justice 78 times.2 With a variety of expressions in the Qur'an, among others, with wordsal'adl, al-qisth, andal-mizan. Al'adlwhich is called 28 times,al-qisthtried as many as 27 times, andal-mizancalled 23 times. The principle of the value of justice is an important concern in the order of human life.
