Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penllaian kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jaya Mandiri Rekabuana di Cilandak. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel penllaian kerja diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,811 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,911 dengan kriteria baik. Penllaian kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 9,701 + 0,326X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,649 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 42,1%. Uji  hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 47,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,902 > 1,995). Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 48,3%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,973 > 1,995). Pengembangan karir dan pelatihan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,909 + 0,396X1 + 0,449X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 65,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (62,758 > 2,740).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Starbucks di Wilayah Cianjur. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel store atmosphere diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,406 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,481 dengan kriteria baik. Store atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 10,979 + 0,805X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,751 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 56,5%. Uji  hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether knowledge management and learning organization has an effect on employee performance at high school in Tangerang. Research data collected from questionnaires filled out by 180 respondents and the method used is the method quantitative research using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with the statistical tool SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, learning organization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research recommends companies to continue to pay attention to the application of knowledge management and learning organizations so that can run effectively to improve the performance of high school employees in Tangerang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline with motivation as a mediation variable. The independent variables in this study are Compensation and Work Discipline. While the dependent variable is performance and the mediating variable is motivation. The number of research samples were 57 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of path analysis using smartPLS 3.0, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. Work motivation mediates the effect of compensation on employee performance. Work motivation mediates the effect of work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and tenure on employee performance at PT. Infomedia Nusantara Bandung Branch. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance by 50.7%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (12.117 > 1.977). The working period significantly affects employee performance by 38.8%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (9.513 > 1.977). Compensation and tenure simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.873 + 0.482X1 + 0.269X2, and the contribution of the effect is 55.4%, hypothesis testing is obtained F count > F table or (88.055 > 2.670).

Abstract

The leadership of servants is a new research area linked to ethics, virtues, and morality. As critics debate whether this new leadership theory is significantly distinct, viable, and valuable for organizational success, scholars are currently looking for publication outlets. The objective of this research was to identify empirical studies that explored the theory of servant leadership by involving a sample population to evaluate and synthesize the mechanisms, results, and impacts of servant leadership. Therefore, we were trying to provide an evidence-informed answer to how the ship's servant leader works and how can we apply it? To synthesize research in a systematic, transparent and reproducible way, we conducted a sys-thematic literature review (SLR), a methodology adopted from the medical sciences. A disciplined screening process resulted in 39 appropriate studies of the final sample population. The synthesis of these empirical studies revealed: (a) there is no consensus on the definition of servant leadership; (b) the theory of servant leadership is being studied in a variety of contexts, cultures, and themes; (c) researchers use multiple measures to explore servant leadership, and (d) servant leadership is a viable theory of leadership that helps organizations and enhances us. This research helps to develop the leadership of servants. Theory and exercise. Furthermore, this research contributes to the methodology for conducting SLRs in the field of management, highlighting an efficient method for thematically mapping and holistic viewing of new research topics. By offering suggestions for future research, we conclude.

Abstract

The main aim of this report is to identify and describe the idea of digital leadership. For the study, the effects of digital leaders' traits and experience on the digitalization process will be examined. Different multinational and global businesses have been examined to apply the concept of digital leadership to their businesses. In this paper, with the goal of an organizational literature review, we analyze the concept of digital leadership. The paper seeks to identify the digital leadership concept; to analyze these abilities and their impacts deeply in the new digital age. As a result of detailed literature research, digitalization and technological developments lead businesses to transform organizational structures, processes, business models, and strategies. Digital leadership is crucial for organizations to survive in the new digital era by adapting and transforming business strategies. To accomplish business objectives and successfully drive the digital business transformation, digital leaders use and enhance the company's digital assets. Digital leaders have different abilities and perspectives compared to traditional leaders. However, many organizations do not understand digital leaders' value, leading to poor performance and unrecoverable failures. This research paper demonstrates a strong link between digital leadership and corporate success and productivity, following the analysis and clarification of the digital leadership concept generated in the modern age and the review of variable business strategies and positioning of the leadership concept in different sectors.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental factor that determines the quality of the human development index in any country. Leadership plays an essential role in many organizations, including educational organizations. Principals determine how education fosters and how teachers improve and develop students. Several factors could influence how a principal leads and manages subordinates. The principal's leadership function covers many excellent leadership functions within the educational system, including the educational administrator, educational supervisor, and educational leader. This study employed a quantitative research approach. Forty teachers participated as respondents in this research. The results showed that teachers' performance in the teaching and learning process was in the category of "very good", with indicators of preparation of learning implementation plan, implementation of learning, and evaluation/assessment of learning. As predicted by some theories and empirical findings, a good leadership practice would positively impact organizations. Like other organizations, Schools are also influenced by their leaders and how leaders function within the school system. This study shows a significant influence of the principal's leadership function on teacher performance in the teaching and learning process at the secondary school of Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia, with its influence in a stable category. Many studies had documented the link between leaders' performance and their subordinates' performance as the leaders showed an optimal function so their subordinates. This trend also occurred between principals and their teachers. Teachers would show an outstanding performance as a response to the positive principal leadership in the schools.

Abstract

The Kingdom of Thailand is one of the countries in Southeast Asia with a majority Buddhist Trevada population, but with its open character it is able to accept Islam and give its adherents the freedom to develop. The arrival of Islam for the first time in the Kingdom of Thailand in the city of Ayutthai, leaving a trail of evidence of its presence until now has grown along with the entry of other Muslims from overseas. Even though there has been upheaval in the South because of the forced history, in general the social life of the Muslim community in Thailand is currently in a conducive condition. This study uses a naturalistic qualitative approach.
