Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjudul meningkatkan kemampuan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yang efektif di era digitalisasi pada pengajar yayasan TPQ Nurul Ikhlas Jl. Cendana Rawakalong Kec Gunung Sindur Kab Bogor. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis kepada para pengajar TPQ Nurul Ikhlas tentang bagaimana melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran yang efektif bagi para peserta didik TPQ Nurul ikhlas pada era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan penyampaian materi secara langsung oleh peneliti tentang media – media yang berbasis TI yang akan dilakukan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sehari-hari. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bahwa dengan meningkatnya kemampuan SDM tenaga pengajar maka akan terwujud pembelajaran yang efektif dan tepat di Yayasan TPQ Nurul Ikhlas dalam menghadapi era digital.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan SDM, Pembelajaran Efektif, Era Digital This community service is entitled improving the ability of human resources (HR) in carrying out effective learning in the digitalization era for teachers of the TPQ Nurul Ikhlas foundation Jl. Cendana Rawakalong, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency. The general purpose of this community service activity is to provide practical training and knowledge to TPQ Nurul Ikhlas teachers on how to conduct effective learning activities for TPQ Nurul Ikhlas students in the digital era. The method used is a survey method and the delivery of material directly by researchers about IT-based media that will be carried out in daily learning activities. The conclusion from this community service is that by increasing the ability of human resources (teaching staff), effective and appropriate learning will be realized at the TPQ Nurul Ikhlas Foundation in facing the digital era.Keywords: Human Resources Capability, Effective Learning, Digital Era

Abstract

This study aims to describe the problem solving ability of UMT students in solving the first degree differential equations worksheet with the factorization method. This research is included in the category of qualitative research with a descriptive category. The research subjects were 20 fourth semester students for the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection methods used are test techniques, filling out structured student worksheets and filling out questionnaires. The test is carried out by filling out the initial test. Filling out structured student worksheets consisting of material, examples and practice questions. Based on the initial test data, filling in the worksheets and questionnaires, the criteria for the three types of students were obtained. Type 1 students fill out 1-2 initial test questions, fill in the material incompletely, the sample questions are only done one question out of the two questions provided with unsystematic problem solving analysis and the last part of the practice questions is not filled in. Type 2 students fill out 2-3 questions for the initial test, complete the material, two examples of questions are done, the practice questions are filled with one question. Type 3 students work on 4 pre-test questions, complete structured student worksheets for each material, sample questions and practice questions. The student fills out a worksheet with a systematic problem-solving analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and improve students' mathematical critical thinking skills in terms of learning styles in class X MIPA 1 students at SMAN 9 Depok. The research method used in this research is analytical method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Instruments for collecting data in this study were in the form of a learning style questionnaire and a test of critical thinking skills. All students of class X MIPA 1 were identified with the type of learning style by using learning styles and critical thinking skills tests taken by 6 students representing each type of learning style of 2 students. The test is carried out on the Absolute Value material. Furthermore, the analysis of all data is carried out with the following steps: data reduction stage, data presentation stage, and conclusions. The results showed that: 1) students with visual learning styles were able to overcome indicators at the stage of providing simple explanations and arranging tactics but were less able to meet indicators at the inference stage, 2) students with auditory learning styles were less able to reach the stage of providing simple explanations but were able to in arranging strategies-tactics and inference stages, 3) students with kinesthetic learning styles are able to fulfill all indicators at the stage of giving simple explanations, setting strategies-tactics, and inferences
