Abstract

The Ministry of Industry noted the number of workers in the industrial sector was 5.98 million people, higher than the number of manufacturing and distribution (4.28 million), and the rest belonged (1.7 million). The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing mix and the factors that influence the consumption of cigarettes. The research data consisted of primary data obtained through direct interviews with consumers, taken by accident sampling with a total sample of 95 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression models. The results showed that the product in the form of product availability contributed to cigarette consumption by 50.52%, the price in the form of a price ratio of 45.26%, the distribution variable in the form of ease in getting products by 47.36%, and promotion in the form of advertising attractiveness by 46, 31%. Price, distribution, and promotion have a significant effect on cigarette consumption, while products do not affect. It is necessary to improve the quality of packaging, physical form, and taste with a balanced price

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Agrowisata Belimbing Karangsari saat ini adalah jumlah pendapatan mengalami penurunan akibat adanya pembatasan jumlah pengunjung pasca pandemi covid 19. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh variasi produk (jenis produk, rasa produk, kualitas produk, ketersediaan produk, dan desain produk) dan kualitas pelayanan (keandalan, ketanggapan, empati, jaminan dan bukti fisik) terhadap minat beli konsumen. Responden yang menjadi sampel adalah konsumen yang membeli produk langsung di outlet. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut dapat diambil sebagai sampel berjumlah 45 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Variasi produk meliputi jenis, rasa, kualitas, ketersediaan, dan desain produk pada produk olahan yang dimiliki Agrowisata Belimbing Karangsari sudah dengan baik dalam berinovasi untuk mengolah buah belimbing menjadi berbagai macam varian produk mulai dari makanan ringan atau cemilan sampai minuman sari buah. Dari hasil tersebut didukung dari presentase penilaian konsumen mengenai produk olahan belimbing terhadap variasi produk yang memberikan nilai dengan kategori tidak setuju sebesar 5%, kategori netral sebesar 39,72%, kategori setuju sebesar 47,22%, dan kategori sangat setuju sebesar 8,06%. Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh karyawan seperti keandalan, ketanggapan, empati, jaminan, dan bukti fisik sudah direalisasikan sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil penilaian konsumen dengan kategori tidak setuju 0,64%, kategori netral 42,54%, kategori setuju 49,84%, dan kategori sangat setuju 6,98%. Semua hubungan antar variasi produk dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen.
