Abstract

Planning is the main thing in human resource management activities. Without outlining, their functions are not able adequately fulfilled. Therefore, it plays an essential role because preparation is the process of determining the direction and purpose of activity to be performed. Rational resource devising in the field of education needs to be involved in examining the needs of workers who will occupy the position of human resources required by educational institutions. The demand for human resources in the future can be planned as immeasurable as possible to obtain quality human resources asexpected.

Abstract

Conceptually, the 2013 curriculum relied heavily on Scientific methods, which in its application were more popular with the term 5 M: Mengamati (observing),Menanya(asking), Mengumpul (gathering), Menalar (reasoning) and Mengkomunikasikan (communicating), and applied through scientific methods and approaches, such as: Contextual Teaching Learning, Enquiry, Problem Solving, Communicative, Cooperative and so on.And always starting and guided by the core curriculum, which is known by the four Main Competences (KompetensiInti/KI), namely: KI. 1: Spiritual Attitude KI.2: Social Attitude, KI. 3: Knowledge, and KI.4: Skills. The cultivation of character is integrated with the learning of Islamic Religious Education, so that the implementation is in line and agreed in shaping the mental attitude, social attitude, knowledge and skills.This means that humans who will be formed are people mentality or morality, intellectual andskills, or who will be formed is the heart (affective aspects), mind (cognitive aspects) and hands or feet (psycho-psychological aspects). In order for the students to have good moralsand avoid being chipped (mazmumah morals).The building up of the character values refers to the 2013 curriculum established by Ministry of National Education No. 68 of 2013 for Junior High School (SMP / MTs), namely: Faith, honesty, discipline, responsibility, care, (tolerance, mutual cooperation), polite, confidence in interacting effectively with the social and natural environment in the social term.The character has been instilled by Islamic Education (PAI) teachers who are quite professional, so that the results are quite intense, high, positive and entrenched, because the aim is the same, namely: forming commendable morals and avoiding despicable morals.

Abstract

Employee satisfaction of the suitability between the business and the outcome of his work is not necessarily felt by the employees, but not separated from the affect it. Employees will feel satisfied when their work is appreciated. The satisfaction felt by the employees can be determined by various factors, among them is giving incentives. Providing incentives will make employees feel the attention and recognition of achievements that are achieved so that the spirit of work and loyalty will be better. Employee will feel the satisfaction of his job if achievement achieved can be rewarded by giving incentives. Giving incentives to improve employee satisfaction does not only apply to organizations with profit, but also on nonprofit organizations (including educational institutions). Therefore, giving incentives is an important element that needs to be considered when trying to give satisfaction to the employees in their work.

Abstract

Abstract. The function of staffing or purpose of filling a position is an activity to obtain skilled employees who will fulfil vacant positions in the alignment. Charging this site aims that all places have officials who will lead to the tasks in the field so that the target organization can be accomplished. In an association that is always at issue is the duty and authority of an executive. An official is unlikely to carry out all the tasks alone to give some of the works to his subordinates. Abstract

Abstract: One of the most critical resources in management is human resources. The importance of this human resource requires being apprehended by all levels of management, as well as in management education. Although the emergence of sophisticated technology today, the human factor still strikes an essential role in the success of an association. Human resources are an indispensable constituent in an organisation because humans are the first and primary element in management before the other aspects. Accordingly, human resource management has a vital role in administering and accomplishing organizational goals, not least in educational institutions. Human resources must be appropriately regulated by its function so that these human resources can execute a role in the duties and functions of the institutions that they involve. Abstract

The potential of zakat through the Google Adsense business can be used as an instrument to encourage economic growth. This can be done regardless of the pros and cons among scholars against zakat payment on Google Adsense business income on youtube. Also, this article refers to a literature study with a normative and juridical approach. The results showed several scholars argued that even though the haul had not been achieved, professional or income zakat needs to be issued as long as the nishab had been reached. Some scholars also require professional or income zakat to be issued when the nishab and haul have been reached. Meanwhile, YouTubers and content creators are professionals who are loved by people of all ages and the job is promising in the millennial era with the potential to generate lots of zakat funds. It is hoped that more similar professions with great potential will emerge in the future. Therefore, people who earn from the Google Adsense business on youtube can better understand the payment of zakat from their income. This study can be a basis for further surveys on the development of other professional zakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the behavior of Muslim communities in paying zakat, primarily through Islamic institutions in Indonesia, in order to develop strategies for increasing the number of zakat recipients nationally in order to enhance the welfare of the larger community. – In the absence of government regulations regarding the obligation of Muslim communities to pay zakat, the behavior of zakat payers can be influenced in two ways: by enhancing the understanding of zakat and by bolstering the credibility of zakat management institutions, particularly Islamic banks. Providing complete information to the public regarding the existence of zakat management institutions and what they have done and will do is essential. Never before has research been conducted on how individuals pay zakat. This study examines the behavior of selecting a location to pay zakat as well as obedience to God and the government, awareness without coercion, and awareness without coercion

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui dampak dari pengaruh Brand Awareness (X) melalui Top of Mind (X1), Brand Recall (X2), Brand dan Recognition (X3) baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) Handphone Samsung pada Dosen di Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur atau path analysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa hipotesis pertama yang diajukan mengatakan bahwa variabel Brand Awareness (X) melalui Top of Mind (X1), Brand Recall (X2), Brand dan Recognition (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y). Dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0.549 (54.9%). Hasil perolehan untuk uji Fhitung telah menunjukkan hasil dengan nilai 21.528 sedangkan Ftabel sebesar 2.770 dan probability sig 0.000 < probability α = 0,05. Hipotesis kedua variabel Top of Mind (X1) terhadap Loyaltias Konsumen (Y) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Nilai probability alpha (α) (0.003 < 0.05). Sedangkan untuk nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel (3.136 > 2.004). Hipotesis ketiga variabel Brand Recall (X2) tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyaltias Konsumen (Y). Nilai probability alpha (α) (0. 0.998 > 0,05). Sedangkan untuk nilai t-hitung lebih kecil dari nilai t-tabel (0.002 < 1.673). Hipotesis ketiga variabel Brand Recognition (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyaltias Konsumen (Y). Nilai probability alpha (α) (0.001 < 0,05). Sedangkan untuk nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel (3.607 > 2.004). Kata Kunci: Brand Awareness, Top of Mind, Brand Recall, Brand Recognition, Loyalitas Konsumen
