Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and test the increase in physical fitness through bentengan and obstacle course games. In this study the authors used an experimental method. From the results of paired samples test, it can be seen that the significance value is 0.038, which is smaller than α = 0.05. These results prove that using the game hadang has a significant effect on increasing the level of physical fitness of UIR Petanque UKM athletes. A different thing happened to the fortress game that it was not significantly proven to the level of physical fitness of the Petanque UIR UKM athletes with a value of 0.603. If seen in table 1 the mean value of the game hadang was 1.12, while the game of bentengan was -62, this could mean that the game hadang better than the clash of arms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berpangkal dari beberapa permasalahan yang ditemukan peneliti di lapangan, yang telah dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu pada saat melakukan servis bawah, sikap awal berdiri sudah terlihat kesalahan yang menonjol, kaki yang dirapatkan sehingga tidak leluasa untuk bergerak dalam melakukan servis bawah. Sikap badan yang tidak merunduk saat melakukan servis bawah sehingga siswa terlihat kaku. Terkadang bola dilambung terlalu tinggi pada saat melakukan servis bawah, sehingga perkenaan kontak tangan dengan bola kurang tepat. Pandangan ke arah bola tidak diseimbangkan dengan ayunan lengan tangan terhadap bola. sehingga bola tidak dapat diarahkan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Pada sikap perkenaan, masih terdapat kesalahan yaitu, siswa belum bisa secara maksimal menyesuaikan ketepatan tangan saat menyentuh bola. Kemudian pada sikap akhir dalam servis bawah, ada siswa tidak kembali pada posisi awal setelah melakukan servis bawah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan servis bawah bolavoli siswa SMP Negeri 2 Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan korelasi. Semua populasi diambil sebagai sampel, teknik ini disebut dengan total sampling. Jadi populasi dan sampel di penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu sebanyak 40 orang. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan test push-up dan tes servis bawah bolavoli. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh rhitungsebesar 84.03 sedangkan rtabel pada taraf signifikan 5% adalah 0.304, dari data tersebut, maka uraian tersebut dapat ditarik asumsinya bahwa rhitung≥ rtabelatau 84.03 ≥ 0.304. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi 7.06% dan terdapat signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan terhadap hasil servis bawah bolavoli siswa SMP Negeri 2 Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the level of student confidence in micro teaching learning for students of Physical Education Health and Recreation, Univeritas Islam Riau. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study were all students of Physical Education for Health and Recreation Semester VI of the 2019/2020 Academic Year who had completed the micro teaching course which received 211 people. The research sampling technique used total sampling. The research was conducted by applying a questionnaire to students. Based on the results of the research analysis, the findings obtained were 34.59% of self-competence results in the "sufficient" category and 35.07% of micro teaching skills in the "sufficient" category. This proves that Health and Recreation Physical Education students must be able to hone their ability to practice speaking skills so that they can become more competent prospective teachers in their fields.

Abstract

The development of scientific publications in the field of traditional game learning models requires more research in order to compete with other fields. The goal of this research is to look at the production of scientific publications based on the traditional game learning model. The Scopus database and various bibliometric indicators such as global publication trends, most active authors, number of citations, and author keywords are used to collect publications. From 1996 to 2022, a total of 473 publications on traditional game learning models are discovered. Data in Comma-separated Values (CSV) and Research Information Systems (RIS) formats are exported to Microsoft Excel, Publish or Perish (PoP), and VOSviewer software for this review. According to the research findings, 2021 has been the year with the most publications, with 139 documents. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia is listed as the most active affiliate, with up to 80 academic scientific works published. Suherman, A., from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, is the most active writer, with 13 publications to his credit. With 60 documents, the Journal of Physics Conference Series is the most actively published scientific resource. Some of the research limitations in our paper include the selection of keywords that do not represent the entire search data, data filters, and data providers. It should be noted that a variety of other databases can be used to obtain data. This bibliometric study sheds light on future research directions in the field of traditional game learning models.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the difference in the influence between the tactical learning model and the direct learning model on football playing skills in Riau provincial sports SMAN students, (2) the interaction between the learning model and motor ability on football playing skills in Riau provincial sports sman students (3) Differences in the influence of direct learning models on football playing skills on high ability motorcycles, (4) Differences in the influence of direct learning models on football playing skills on low motor ability. This type of research is an experiment using a factorial design of 2 x 2. The population in this study was 76 students who were active in the sport of football. The sample in this study was 20 people using a purposive random sampling technique followed by ordinal pairing to divide the group. The instruments in this study were football skills tests, (1) passing and stopping, (2) dribbling, (3) shooting, (4) heading, barrowmotor ability tests, (1) standing broad jump, (2) softball throws, (3) wall passes, (4) medicine ball puts, (5) 60 yards running using ANAVA two Away data analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant difference in influence between the tactical learning model and the direct learning model on improving football playing skills, (2) There was an interaction between the learning model and motor ability on football playing skills in students of sports high schools, (3) Tactical learning models and direct learning models in the group of high ability motor students on playing skills Football has the same result. (4) The tactical learning model provides more significant results than the direct learning model of football playing skills in students with low motor ability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the formation of children's character through play activities in physical education, sports and health. The type used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection was used by distributing research questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were Class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Rambah Samo, Rokan Hulu Regency, which consisted of 60 students. The instrument to be used in this research is a questionnaire. Based on the research data obtained in this study it can be concluded that Character Education Through Physical Education Sports Health is in the "Moderate" category with a percentage of 61.66%.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti di lapangan terlihat masih rendahnya keterampilan passing dan Stopping Permainan sepakbola Klub Sepakbola Pantai Raja Kabupaten Kampar. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena kurang tepatnya metode latihan yang digunakan oleh pelatih dalam proses latihan.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan imageri terhadap keterampilan passing dan Stopping Permainan sepakbola Klub Sepakbola Pantai Raja Kabupaten Kampar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimental) dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua pemain sepakbola Klub Sepakbola Pantai Raja Kabupaten Kampar berjumlah 15 orang, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua populasi dijadikan sampel atau disebut juga dengan total sampling yang berjumlah 15 orang. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes Passsing dan stopping. Data dianalisis menggunakan tatistic uji-t dependend sample. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh latihan imageri yang signifikan terhadap Keterampilan Passing dan Stopping pemain sepakbola, dari rata-rata (mean) sebesar 62.26. Kemudian dilakukan perlakuan eksperimen dengan latihan imagery selama 12 kali pertemuan, setelah itu dilakukan tes akhir (pos-test) yaitu tes keterampilan passing dan stopping dengan skor keseluruhan post-test yaitu sebesar 1078 dengan rata-rata (mean) sebesar 71.86, dengan hasil = 11.22 yang bearti lebih besar dari taraf signifikan 5% = 2.14. dengan kesimpulan, Ho ditolak, dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

 This study aims to have its own uniqueness and cultural elements. For a society, traditional games can affect a person's self-development because it includes the development of the soul, nature and culture of the social life of young people in the future in order to describe how the use of traditional games in developing gross motor skills in early childhood is efficient or not when used in learn how to teach. This service activity was carried out at the Special Guidance Elementary School in East Dumai. The development of gross motor skills should be in line with the rules put forward by experts. Likewise with the hulahop game which makes students develop their gross motor skills because the game is in accordance with the gross motor rules that should exist in children. The use of Hulahop games to develop children's gross motor skills is very efficient and suitable for use in developing these aspects.ABSTRAKPengabdian ini bertujuan mempunyai keunikan dan unsur kebudayaan yang tersendiri. Bagi sesebuah masyarakat, permainan tradisional dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan diri seseorang kerana ia meliputi perkembangan jiwa, sifat dan kebudayaan hidup sosial anak muda pada masa akan datang guna mendeskripsikan bagaimanakah penggunaan permainan tradisional dalam mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia dini, apakah efisien atau tidak bila digunakan dalam belajar mengajar. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Binaan Khusus Dumai Timur.  Pengembangan kemampuan motorik kasar hendaknya sejalan dengan kaidah yang dikemukakan para ahli. Begitu pula dengan permainan hulahop yang membuat peserta didik berkembang kemampuan motorik kasarnya dikarenakan permainannya yang sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah motorik kasar yang seharusnya ada pada diri anakpenggunaan permainan Hulahop guna mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak sangatlah efisien dan cocok digunakan dalam menggembangkan aspek tersebut.
