Abstract

Employee satisfaction is an emotional state of pleasant and unpleasant that may affectwork behavior such as motivation and morale, the productivity or performance, and othernforms of work behavior.This research was conducted at Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru, at Jenderal Sudirman street72-74 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to analyze the factors of job satisfaction onFuraya Hotel PekanbaruIn this study an extensible methodology used is descriptive, where samples are used thatHR employees Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru and as a source of information is the HRD, todetermine the sample using census methods, data collection through interviews,observation and questionnaire.From the analysis of the human resources department employee job satisfactionconducted by Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru on factors that include salary, promotion,supervision, relationships with co-workers and working conditions, stating that the jobsatisfaction factors are at kateori well.Keywords: Job Satisfaction,HRD, Hotel

Abstract

Era of globalization, competition is getting tougher demands organizations that want to be able to continue to maintain the existence and success to make changes in accordance with the development of today's business world. Therefore we need leaders with transformational style. Actualization needs of employees and the articulation of a clear vision can increase organizational commitment of employees.This study aims to determine the application of transformational leadership style and how the organization's commitment to PT.Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Pekanbaru and the relationship between the two variables in the analysis of this study using a statistical techniques and models used in this study is the product moment correlation. The results showed that there is a strong relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational commitment on PT.Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Pekanbaru, where the results of this calculation values obtained correlation coefficient of 0.612.Thus it can be seen that the transformational leadership style has a strong relationship with the organization's commitment to the employees of PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of productdevelopment to the increase in sales volume in PT.Inpersada PrimaciptaPekanbaru. In this research, product development as the independent variable (X)and the level of sales volume as the dependent variable (Y). samples used were 51respondents with a sampling technique using Non Probability Sampling withsampling techniques accidental ... ..Overall the data obtained through questionnaires and further processed forstatistical analysis tested as a simple linear analysis, t-test, correlation coefficient,and the coefficient of determination by using SPSS 16 for windows.From the calculation results obtained regression coefficient value of 2,027,where the value of the correlation coefficient indicates a strong enoughrelationship and positive relationship between product development (variable x) tothe level of sales volume (variable y). while the value of the coefficient ofdetermination (R square) of 0.978 means that the overall development of theproduct had a positive influence response to the levels of sales volume amountingto 97.8% hypothesis test results (t) that the value of t is greater than t table ie32.824> 2.00 means that product development and significant positive effect onthe level of sales volume.Keywords: product development, the level of sales volume, PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect foreman supervision on employee productivity at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Estate Sei. Turmeric Kuantan Singingi. Supervision foreman as the independent variable (X). While employee productivity as the dependent variable (Y). This study was conducted on all employees of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Estate Sei. Turmeric Kuantan Singingi many as 73 people.Data obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then be tested using statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination using SPSS 20.The results showed that the results of the t test of hypothesis testing thitung2,121> ttabel1,994. This shows that the supervision of the foreman effect on employee productivity. The amount of influence foreman supervision on employee productivity padaPT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Estate Sei. Abstract

Sales promotion is a series of actions to get the attention of consumers and provide stimulus to prospective customers. integrative designed to promote and offer items that are considered by different customers in the things that are important and unique to them. Sales Volume is the end result achieved by the company from the sales generated by the company. Sahabat Koe Ponsel as one of the companies selling goods should be able to survive from the times to increase competition. in order to create increased sales volume, there for Sahabat Koe Ponsel Companion has a business concept in the form of sales of goods and mobile phone accessories to prospective customers and consumers remains the goal, to try to continue to get closer to its customers. These results indicate that the Implementation Analysis Sales Promotion effect on Increased Sales Volume. Judging from the responses of respondents who chose shows that using sales promotions on the package price will further optimize the increase in sales volume on the Sahabat Koe Ponsel. Abstract

High employee performance will have an impact on company performance. Employee performance is not a coincidence, but many factors influence among the supervision and motivation.This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the supervision of the oil palm plantation company leader in the processing factory of PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Pinggir-Bengkalis, to identify and analyze the motivation of employees of oil palm plantation companies in the processing factory of PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Pinggir - Bengkalis, to determine and analyze the performance of the company's employees in the oil palm processing factory of PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Pinggir - Bengkalis, to determine and analyze the effect on performance monitoring and motivation of employees in the processing factory of PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Pinggir - Bengkalis. This research is descriptive quantitative statistical calculations. The statistical analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The population in this study are employees of the processing plant as many as 78 people. The sample used in this study are taken entirely from the overall number of population.The results showed that the supervision of the leadership at the processing factory of PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Pinggir-Bengkalis in the category "very good". Motivation of employees of the company at the processing factory of PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Pinggir - Bengkalis in the category "very good". Performance company employees on employee processing plant in PT. Adei Plantation and Industry Pinggir - Bengkalis overall performance of employees in the category "High". Supervision and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the company's employees in the oil palm processing factory of PT. Abstract

Banks were the financial institutions that play an important role in improving the economy of a country. Increasing competition among banks in practice many banks are less careful or deviate from the rules applicable. Elements that should receive particular attention is the financial performance of the bank. To assess the financial performance of one of them through the bank's financial statements. The financial statements also the media information about the health of the banking performance. To assess the soundness of banks in Indonesia, Bank Indonesia as the central bank has an important role in the national banking system in healthy banks, in order to achieve stability in the financial system of the bank.This research is descriptive quantitative research with the aim to identify and analyze the financial performance of the three (3) Bank Owned central government by using methods RGEC. The method of measuring the financial performance using ratios as indicators of NPL, IER, LDR, NPM, ROA and CAR on bank financial statements as primary data.Results of research conducted average yield ratio and placement of components ratings show PT. namely PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, the Year 2012 is categorized as "Very Healthy" (PK-1), in 2013 predicated "Very Healthy" (PK-1), 2014 is categorized as "Very Healthy" (PK-1), PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga, The year 2012 is categorized as "Healthy" (PK-2), in 2013 predicated "Healthy" (PK-2), 2014 is categorized as "Healthy" (PK-2), and PT. Abstract

Financial performance evaluation of activities is very important for the company. Methods used to measure the financial performance of any of them is a Du Pont System. Du Pont System is Methode for measuring financial performance involving some of the ratio,there are the ratio of profitability and the ratio of activity. The purpose of this research to know the company financial PT. Buana Finance Tbk, PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk and PT. Clipan Finance Tbk by using Du Pont System method in trend analysis. The result showed that the performance of PT. Buana Finance Tbk, seen in ROE and ROI tended to decline during the period 2009-2013.But PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk and PT. Clipan Finance Tbk experience fluctuation. ROE who fluctuating is caused by several things , among them is inefficiency in the total cost increases and not balanced with the EAT , NPM that fluctuating for five years. Infesiensi also occurred in total assets , which increased by that is not balanced with the value of sales , resulting in TATO fluctuative. Companies should make improvements at the level of sales and total assets, also do efficiency in expense and debt.Keyword: Trend Analysis, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of working capital turnover on profitability in food and beverage industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2009 - 2013. The independent variables it is working capital turnover while its dependent variable is profitability, measured by using Return on Assets ratio (ROA), Return On Investment (ROI) and Return on Equity (ROE).The sample in this study were selected with certain criteria with menngunakan method sampling.Diperoleh purposive sample of five companies with the financial statements of the period 2009 – 2013 that was obtained by 25 observations.The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing t test, the result is a working capital does not significantly affect the Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Investment (ROI) and Return on Equity (ROE).Keywords: Working Capital, Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Investment (ROI) and Return on Equity (ROE).

Abstract

Financial level assessment of a company can be done by analyzing the company's financial statements . to determine whether the company's financial condition in the condition that baikdapat performed with various analyzes , one of which is a ratio analysis.purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of the bank bumn the period 2010-2014 in the review of the profitability ratio analysis . the method used is descriptive analysis using a measurement of profitability ratios of return on assets , return on equity , net interest margin and operating expenses . Data and information were obtained from branches pekanbaru Indonesia stock exchange located on the street generals sudirman no, 73.From the results of data analysis using ratio analysis profitability can be concluded that the ratio of Return on Assets , Return on Equity and Net interst margin on state-owned bank has fluctuated and as a whole can be categorized as good , while operational costs in state-owned banks has fluctuated for each bank and in the category of bad .Keywords : analysis , profitability ratios , financial performance
