Abstract

This study was conducted to find out the interpretations of Islamic criminal law verses and to see the polemics which occurred in the applications of Islamic criminal law in Indonesia alongside the harmonization of its applications in Indonesia. This study used a normative-descriptive approach in a way that explained in detail the laws and the verses’ interpretations as well as the polemics of Islamic criminal law in the Indonesia’s positive law. In the context of the development and application of national law in Indonesia, Islamic law is one of the sources adopted. Islamic law itself regulates the vertical relationship with Allah and the relationship with humans. These two relationships have a role in the formation of national law in Indonesia. In terms of applications, Islamic law can contribute to the development of positive law with the following three alternatives: 1) Islamic law which is a continuation of legal politics in the colonial period, either through transitional rules of the 1945 Constitution’s article 2 or by means of being stipulated in the further new legislation, 2) positive Islamic law which is sourced from Islamic values, and 3) the theory of legal leveling.  This theory is applied to make Islamic law a source of national law in the future.

Abstract

Today there are still many Muslimah dressed not in accordance with the rules in the Islamic religion. Good dress habits must be planted early so that the Muslimah get used to and make Islamic dress codes entrenched in society. Tabarruj is a woman's style of dress or attitude that is excessive in order to attract the attention of others when she comes out of her house, deliberately showing the beauty of her face and body and waving her way so that she can see the jewelry in front of other people. the Aim of this research is to know the understanding of paragraph about tabarruj in the Qur'an, inside about rule dressed up or be decorated for woman. In this study the researcher used library research with the method of maudhu'i of interpretation which collects verses of the Quran based on the topic or theme set by all the verses collected based on the period of decline, then studied in depth and thoroughly from various aspects that can be explored, then pay attention to these verses with explanations and relationships with other verses. The Results show that tabarruj in the Qur'an is style dressed up or attitudes woman on purpose interesting other people's attention when she go out from her house and show her beauty.

Abstract

This study aims to observe and analyze the integration of character education in learning the Qur'an and hadith at MTsN 1 Musi Rawas Utara. This type of research is field research, while the approach used is through a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach in this study is to match the empirical reality with the applicable theory by using a descriptive method. The results of the study obtained information that the integration of character education at MTsN 1 Musi Rawas Utara was carried out by planning, implementing, and assessing. In the search results, it can be seen that all character values ​​are integrated in the lesson plan for learning Al-Quran Hadith at MTsN 1 Musi Rawas Utara, then also integrated into the learning process of Al-Quran Hadith at MTsN 1 Musi Rawas Utara by the subject teacher. In conclusion, the integration of character education in learning the Qur'an and hadith for students at MTsN 1 Musi Rawas Utara has gone through planning, implementation and assessment, and has been integrated in the lesson plan and has been implemented by subject teachers. Abstract

This research is motivated because there are study programs in the IAIN Curup postgraduate program that have not been nationally accredited. However, in 2019 this accreditation problem can be overcome with the issuance of B accreditation for the MPI, PAI, and HKI programs, while the BKPI study program is still at minimal accreditation, as a study program that has just received an establishment permit. Another problem is that there are some students who are dissatisfied with the postgraduate services of IAIN Curup, especially the performance of several lecturers. There are lecturers who do not provide information regarding absenteeism, and some students admit that they tend to experience difficulties when conducting thesis guidance. This study aims to determine the quality of academic and learning services on student satisfaction of the IAIN Curup postgraduate program. The sample used was 30 respondents from each study program in the IAIN Curup postgraduate program with non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of academic service and learning had a significant effect on student satisfaction of the IAIN Curup postgraduate program. The results of this study are expected to provide a positive significance for academic services and the learning process so that students can complete their studies on time and students become more total in carrying out the learning process.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine blasphemy phenomena on social media which are analyzed descriptively with the approach of Islamic law. This analysis was then developed on two issues, how the phenomenon of insulting and blasphemous actions in social media, how Islamic law perspective on insulting and blasphemous actions. The reality of each user, obscenities seems to have become a compulsory song that must be sung with enthusiasm in order to berate, blaspheme, and even sometimes provoke so that it leads to anarchy. The phenomenon of mutual blasphemy on social media does not only occur at the level of the political elite, but has taken place in laymen. Media, which should be a positive center for information and communication, has turned into an arena for arguments that are far from polite. The method used in this research is library research, namely research conducted by collecting magazines, journals and books and utilizing the internet to collect data related to research. From this research method it is known that with electronic media anyone can connect without face to face. This is certainly good news, but keep in mind that behind the ease of interaction through social media there are consequences. Considering that there have been many parties involved in criminal matters violating electronic transactions that have caused mischief and blasphemy.
