Abstract

Abstrak. Wisata kuliner di Bali pada umumnya mengeksplorasi dan mengembangkan keanekaragaman pangan tradisional untuk disajikan kepada para wisatawan, baik domestik maupun mancanegara. Kuliner tradisional Bali di masing-masing kabupaten sudah jarang dapat di temui, baik di pasar tradisional yang kelola oleh pemerintah ataupun pasar tradisional yang dikelola oleh desa-desa adat di Bali, permasalahan tersebut muncul dikarenakan pangan tradisional tersebut tergerus oleh kemajuan jaman dan teknologi. Pengembangan aplikasi ensiklopedia kuliner tradisional Bali berbasis Mobile Geographical Information System menjadi solusi atas permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall. Dalam proses perancanga sistemnya menggunakan diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan data modelling diagram, proses impementasi rancangan terhadap aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan Framework Ionic. Penelitian ini berhasil merancang dan membangun aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mendigitalisasi kuliner khas tradisional Bali dimana dengan terciptanya aplikasi ini dapat membantu konsumen mendapatkan lokasi penjual kuliner tradisional Bali, serta wawasan baru dan menjaga eksistensi kuliner tradisional Bali. Kata kunci: Model Aplikasi, Mobile Geographical Information System, Ensiklopedia Kuliner Tradisional Bali, Framework Ionic Abstract. Culinary tourism in Bali in general explores and develops traditional food diversity to be served to tourists, both domestic and foreign. Traditional Balinese culinary in each district has rarely been met, both in traditional markets managed by the government or traditional markets managed by traditional villages in Bali, the problem arises because the traditional food is eroded by the times and technology. The development of a traditional Balinese culinary encyclopedia application based on the Mobile Geographical Information System is the solution to this problem, this research uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall model. In the process of designing the system using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams and data modeling diagrams, the process of design implementation of applications created using the Ionic Framework. This research succeeded in designing and building applications that are used to digitize traditional Balinese culinary where by creating this application can help consumers get the location of traditional Balinese culinary sellers, as well as new insights and maintain the existence of traditional Balinese culinary.
