Abstract

This study aims to discuss the communication strategy of the Tangerang City Election Supervisory Agency in the effort to suppress campaign violations in the 2019 Presidential Election. It is known that the spread of the Barokah Tabloid in Baiturahman Mosque, Karawaci Subdistrict, Tangerang City is a violation of the 2019 ELECTION campaign in places of worship. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and in data collection using interviews and documentation. Research Findings Analyzing the findings of the Barokah Indonesia tabloid which spread in Kawaraci in the mosque, identified these findings and traced these findings. Tangerang City Bawaslu Communication Strategy Coordinate with various parties and provide oversight of the implementation especially the 2019 election campaign especially in the Karawaci area and the implementation of activities in places of worship.

Abstract

Technological developments open new spaces for interaction. Women are still issues in conversation today. Women are commodity from their bodies. This study discusses the use of whatsapp stickers that use photos of women's bodies, the use of these stickers is widely used in the application group whatsapp, this shows that women are still physically viewed, sexually exploited and placed subordinate in conversation. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive with case study research method, with the critical paradigm. Using interviews as a data collection technique, researchers interviewed group members who often used sensual female stickers to find out the background, motives and tried to uncover the practice of subordination of whatsapp group members who used female body sensual stickers. The results of this study show that the occupants of the group use sensual female body stickers as a joke, a medium of virtualization in the group. For men in the Whats app group, the use of a sensual female body as a conversation sticker, is a form of recognition of the beauty of the body and sexuality appeal of women. Subordinate practice in women occurs in whatsapp 19 Ers group conversations, when women's bodies in various sensual poses uses as mere joke objects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Framing Rencana Pemindahan Ibu Kota Indonesia Dalam Video “Dilema Ibu Kota Baru: Selamatkan Jakarta, Korbankan Kalimantan?” Pada Channel Youtube BBC News Indonesia. Penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaiaman BBC News Indonesia memframing pemberitaan melalui video dengan tema pemindahan ibu kota baru. Teori Konstruksi Realitas Sosial dan Analisis Framing dalam mengupas framing BBC News Indoensia. Objek penelitian adalah Video “Dilema Ibu Kota Baru: Selamatkan Jakarta, Korbankan Kalimantan?” Pada Channel Youtube BBC News Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan metode analisis framing oleh Zhongdang Pan dan M. Kosicki. Metode analisis Pan dan Kosicki terdiri dari struktur sintaksis, skrip, tematik dan retoris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi video yang dimuat oleh BBC News Indonesia dapat dilihat dari dua perspektif. Pertama, pemindahan ibu kota ke Kalimantan dilakukan karena Jakarta dianggap sudah tidak layak menjadi ibu kota Indonesia. Kedua, pemindahan ibu kota ke Kalimantan berdampak besar bagi warga adat dan hutan Kalimantan.

Abstract

With this, the results of the work that have been made by researchers regarding the P2WKSS program organized by DP3AP2KB, see how to communicate the program, and see the implementation of programs that have been held. By using Cultip & Center Theory, there are 4 indicators, namely, Fact Finding, Planning, Communication, and Evaluation. The method used in This research is qualitative, with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews with the object which is the organizer. The results of writing from researchers that there is still a need for communication planning carried out by DP3AP2KB to be able to invite the public to want to participate in government programs to help improve the family economy that is happening at this time, through the P2WKSS program, the community can increase awareness that they live their lives from various aspects, namely, health, economy, education, and environment in the surrounding area.
